Abstract

The management of grants and bansos funds has become a problem in several local governments. The problem of grant and bansos management is related to transparency and accountability. Bandung City Government seeks to improve its public services by innovating the management of grants and bansos through the media website called Sabilulungan or Grants and Bansos Online to solve the problem. Through this research there will be discussed related to the management model of grants and bansos through grants and online bansos. This research uses descriptive qualitative research method (more specifically with the method of "action research") to see clearly the management of grants and bansos melelui innovation grants and bansos online. Based on the results of this study found that this innovation is very beneficial in the management of grant funds and bansos mainly improve transparency and accountability. This innovation has a positive impact that can be replicated by other regions

Abstract

This study proposes the collaboration model for implementing blended learning based civil apparatus training programs. This study adopted a mixed-method approach, integrating quantitative and qualitative data into the Delphi process to develop a collaboration model for stakeholders in blended learning-based civil apparatus training. The results reveal a model describing the identification of the actors and their roles and the process and prerequisites in collaborating with the blended learning-based civil apparatus training programs. The study offers valuable insights for training institutions and stakeholders involved in similar initiatives, providing practical guidance derived from recommendations to enhance collaborative training practices, ultimately aiming to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of training programs

Abstract

Knowledge is a strategic asset of an organization which is still largely in the minds of its employees. Therefore the organization needs to make special efforts to catch it. The PKASN LAN Puslatbang LAN attempts to capture this knowledge through knowledge sharing among its employees. Knowledge sharing aims to improve the knowledge and performance of employees. This research aims to find out various knowledge sharing methods applied by PKASN LAN Puslatbang, knowing the supporting factors of implementing knowledge sharing, and knowing the inhibiting factors. The research method that will be used is descriptive qualitative method. Based on the research that has been done, it is obtained that the knowledge sharing in the PKASN Puslatbang is carried out through employee meeting methods, inhouse training, discussions between employees, and other methods. Supporting factors are organizational culture, human resources, and leadership support. The inhibiting factors are institutional, governance, and the absence of rewards for employees who share their knowledge.
