Abstract

Kinerja karyawan merupakan kunci sukses dari keberhasilan perusahaan, maka dari itu karyawan dituntut profesional, integritas serta produktif dalam pencapaian kerjanya. Agar tujuan perusahaan dapat tercapai secara efisien dan efektif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menguji upaya meningkatkan kinerja karyawan melalui motivasi. Keterbaharuan dalam penelitian ini adalah belum diketemukan penelitian sebelumnya yang membahas mengenai upaya meningkatkan kinerja karyawan melalui motivasi pada perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang distribusi di Serang. Batasan dalam penelitian ini hanya untuk melakukan analisis besarnya pengaruh upaya meningkatkan kinerja karyawan melalui motivasi. Metode penelitian adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan alat bantuan kuesioner dengan skala Likert 10 poin dan teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara simple random sampling. Jumlah sampel yang dipergunakan sebanyak 40 buah untuk menguji tiga (5) hipotesis yang telah ditetapkan. Model Structural Equation Modeling dipergunakan untuk menguji signifikansi statistik koefisien jalur. Temuan hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa motivasi mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Motivasi mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Budaya organisasi mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Implikasi temuan membuktikan bahwa kedisiplinan dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan secara tidak langsung pengaruhnya melalui motivasi

Abstract

This study aims to explore the competitive dynamics in motorcycle sales between Honda and Yamaha in Indonesia throughout 2023. Motorcycle sales in Indonesia exhibit a fascinating rivalry between these two leading brands. Sales data from January to October 2023 reveal that Honda continues to dominate the market with a commanding 78.7% market share, while Yamaha holds the second position with a 20.4% share. This research will analyze the factors contributing to this competition, including the business strategies employed by both brands, the rapid advancements in technological innovation, and the evolving consumer preferences. These aspects are expected to provide deeper insights into the trends and challenges faced by the motorcycle industry in Indonesia. The findings from this study are anticipated to serve as a valuable reference for stakeholders in formulating more effective strategies to navigate the competitive landscape of the automotive market.

Abstract

Abstract – This paper describes the concept of energy independent educational tourism on Ria Bomo beach, Banyuwangi. Educational tourism is implemented to help the community's economy after the COVID-19 pandemic. The decline in post-pandemic tourists from 35,035 to 689 visitors, so that it has an impact on MSME business actors and tourism managers. Therefore, the community service team proposed the use of natural resources by implementing PLTS and PLTB as an effort to encourage business actors. The application of PLTS and PLTB is conceptualized as an education for tourists visiting Ria Bomo beach. The results of applying the concept show that the increase in tourist visitors is 10% on Monday-Friday. While tourist visitors on Saturday-Sunday to 20%. This concept is applied for education and piloting at beach destinations throughout Banyuwangi Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of profitability and disclosure of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) aspects on company value in basic materials sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2021-2024. The data used are financial reports, sustainability reports, and ESG disclosure scores measured based on GRI standards. The method applied is panel data regression to test the relationship simultaneously and partially. The results of the study show that profitability has a positive impact on company value, as well as the disclosure of ESG aspects as a whole which has been proven to have a significant effect on company value. These findings confirm that financial performance and company sustainability efforts are key factors in increasing company value and attracting investor interest. Therefore, companies in the basic materials sector are advised to increase their level of transparency and sustainability performance in order to create optimal long-term value.

Abstract

Tulisan ini membahas desain kendaraan listrik sebagai media pembelajaran di SMKS Muhammadiyah 2 Genteng Banyuwangi. Produksi kendaraan listrik meningkat sebesar 85-92% yang disebabkan oleh peraturan Presiden untuk mengurangi efek gas rumah kaca. Oleh sebab itu, desain kendaraan listrik diusulkan untuk media pembelajaran dan mendukung ketahanan energi nasional. Metode menggunakan observasi, indentifikasi, dan desain rangka kendaraan listrik. Desain rangka menyesuaikan kebutuhan edukasi bagi siswa program studi TKRO, TBSM, dan program studi lainnya. Hasil desain kendaraan listrik menunjukkan bahwa minat belajar siswa tentang kendaraan listrik sangat antusias. Sehingga media edukasi kendaraan listrik dapat menjadi contoh di SMK dan SMA di Kabupaten Banyuwangi

Abstract

Prosthetic disability is a concern for Indonesian society. Based on data from the Ministry of Social Affairs for 2020-2024, people with disabilities reached 22.97 million people, with physical disabilities being the largest category. Therefore, research is proposed to address prosthetic disability with a hand design and control system similar to a natural hand. The design uses fiber, resin, and catalysts. Meanwhile, a control system is used to regulate the movement of the prosthetic fingers based on angular variations in the servo motor. The resulting prosthetic hand design is divided into 15 segments, such as the thumb, the other four fingers, and the palm. Then, the control system produces stable finger movements with a 0° angle control for opening the hand, holding a glass with a 70°–87° angle control, and a full grip with a 140°–168° angle control. The purpose of implementing this technology is to create more effective and responsive solutions to improve the independence and quality of life for individuals with physical disabilities.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendesain dan monitoring tegangan output magneto. Tegangan output magneto memiliki 2.500 Vac serta tidak dapat diukur secara kontinyu. Sehingga, desain dan monitoring diusulkan dengan teknologi mikrokontroler Arduino. Metode penelitian menggunakan eksperimen dengan desain prototipe dan monitoring menggunakan sensor tegangan ZMPT101B, sensor suhu LM35, sensor IR (rpm), dan LCD. Hasil penerapan teknologi mikrokontroler menunjukkan bahwa variasi putaran motor 82 rpm, 123 rpm, 164 rpm, 205 rpm, 246 rpm, dan 287 rpm mempengaruhi tegangan output magento sebesar 56.8 v, 173 v, 193 v, 214 v, 228 v, dan 246 v. Sedangkan suhu delco mengalami peningkatan pada setiap variasi putaran motor dan waktu 1 menit yaitu 27.7°C, waktu 2-3 menit 27.7°C. waktu 4 menit yaitu 27.1°C, waktu 5 menit sebesar 27.4°C dan waktu 6 menit sebesar 27.4°C. Variasi putaran motor (rpm) berbanding lurus terhadap tegangan output dan suhu delco. Penerapan desain dan simulasi magneto dapat memudahkan dalam monitoring tegangan output pada setiap perubahan rpm, waktu dan suhu secara real time.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas tentang pembuatan website E-Catalog sebagai media promosi bagi wisatawan di Kampung Bunga Gombengsari. Aneka ragam tanaman hias tidak teridentifikasi secara jelas oleh wisatawan yang disebabkan oleh informasi tidak mencakup 12 lokasi kios secara menyeluruh dan waktu tempuh kurang lebih 1.5 jam, serta media promosi yang dapat diakses dengan mudah oleh wisatawan lokal, asing, maupun mancanegara yang ingin berkunjung di Kampung Bunga. Metode meliputi desain layout, header, sidebar, perancangan website E-Catalog dan fitur pemesanan. Hasil perancangan website E-Catalog terdiri dari tampilan layanan website, tampilan kategori E-Catalog bunga, dan fitur pemesanan yang digunakan sebagai media promosi, penjualan bunga secara online serta memberikan informasi akurat kepada wisatawan yang berkunjung di Kelurahan Gombengsari. Penerapan website E-Catalog meningkatkan komunitas Kampung Bunga dalam penjualan aneka ragam jenis bunga sebesar 15-25% dan pemesanan terintegrasi dengan fitur whatsapp pada tiga ketegori bunga di Kelurahan Gombengsari.

Abstract

This paper presents a novel full-wave rectifier to reduce an output ripple of DC wave. Several filter variations have been applied, but the filter output produces a ripple wave output. Therefore, variations of IC 7812, 7815, 7818 and 7824 are proposed to reduce the ripple wave output. The full wave rectifier circuit is designed to regulate the diode output voltage, output current, VRMS and DC motor rotation. The results of applying the IC show that the output ripple can be reduced based on the voltage variation settings on each IC. The greater the variation in IC output voltage, the greater the output voltage, current, VRMS and motor rotation. Meanwhile, the ripple output shows variations in values of 0.252, 0.023, 0.025 and 0.023. The input voltage does not affect the full wave rectifier circuit even though the diode output voltage, current, rpm, VRMS and output ripple vary.

Abstract

Plant diseases and pests have led to a decline in the quality of dragon fruit produced in Banyuwangi regency, Indonesia. Infections in dragon fruit cause rot, and farmers struggle to identify the pests responsible. To address this problem, this work proposed two concepts for the classification and monitoring systems of dragon fruit. The classification was done by processing some images of dragon fruits captured by DLSR camera and utilizes a convolutional neural network with three layers for training and testing. The monitoring system is based on the Internet of Things to tracks the status of ripe, raw, and rotten fruits. The application of the dragon fruit classification system to ripe, rotten, and raw fruits has yielded results that increase fold accuracy by 0.976, 0.981, and 0.986, respectively, with 200 training data in each of the three training and testing phases. There is a decrease of 0.024, 0.019, and 0.014 in fold loss accuracy. Meanwhile, the monitoring system's platform integrates the classification of dragon fruit to monitor the condition of ripe, raw, and rotting fruit in real time. With the implementation of the classification and monitoring system, farmers will be better equipped to predict when dragon fruit will ripen and prevent the spread of rot to other fruits.
