Background: Employee performance is an aspect that must be considered by every company. Because if the employee's performance is not good, it will affect the progress and development of the company in the future. However, in recent years the performance of employees at PT PIP has decreased. Many factors affect the decline in employee performance at PT PIP, one of which is the occurrence of work accidents due to inconsistent implementation of Occupational Safety and Health, resulting in decreased employee motivation. Purpose: This study aims to examine and analyze the variables that can affect employee performance with Occupational Safety and Health at PT PIP through employee motivation as mediation. Originality/Value: Updates in this research have not been found in previous research discussing efforts to improve employee performance by implementing the Occupational Safety and Health program and employee motivation at PT PIP. Research Limitations: The limitations in this study are only to analyze efforts to increase employee performance with Occupational Safety and Health and employee motivation at PT PIP. Research Design/Methodology: In this study, a quantitative descriptive method was used. There are 2 types of data sources used in this study, namely primary data and secondary data. The population in this study were all permanent employees of PT PIP. In this study, a saturated sample was used for the sampling method, which means that all the people in the population are used as the sample. As a result, all permanent employees of PT PIP or 103 respondents became the research sample. Findings: Based on the research results show that Occupational Safety and Health has a positive effect on employee performance but not significant. Occupational Safety and Health has a positive and significant effect on employee motivation. Employee motivation has a positive effect on employee performance. Employee motivation mediates the effect of Occupational Safety and Health on employee performance.

Background: MSMEs have an important role in the Indonesian economy, as a country with the largest number of MSMEs in ASEAN. MSMEs often face challenges in improving employee performance. Perceived Organizational Support and Innovative work behavior are factors that influence employee performance. Purpose: to broaden new understanding and perspectives regarding the impact of POS and IWB on employee performance through employee engagement variables, with the hope of forming a new research model. Novelty: in considering the role of IWB and POS with employee engagement as an intervening variable in improving employee performance at MSMEs coffee shops in Serang. The research methodology used: is a quantitative approach with a questionnaire as a data collection tool. The number of respondents is 50 samples, consisting of employees and coffee shop owners in the Serang area, Banten. The results showed: IWB and POS have a positive and significant impact on employee performance. However, employee engagement does not strengthen the effect of POS on employee performance. Zakat is an important instrument in efforts to eradicate poverty in society. Dompet Dhuafa has implemented a fundraising strategy through technology aimed at increasing the collection of zakat funds. Increasing zakat collection needs to be balanced with the ability to distribute zakat funds and readiness to face potential risks. Amil's work productivity is needed to be able to collect large amounts of zakat funds and at the same time be able to distribute zakat funds. This research aims to analyze the influence of work motivation and amil's competence on amil's work productivity at LAZNAS Dompet Dhuafa. This research uses a quantitative-descriptive approach. Respondents in this study were 75 people using simple random sampling techniques. Data was collected through filling out questionnaires by respondents. The results of the research show that the processing indicators influence the test using PLS-SEM (Structural Equation Model). The results of the research show that the indicators which have the highest average score on each variable include the need for affiliation on the work motivation variable, spiritual competence on the amil competence variable, and ability and improving the results achieved on the work productivity variable, test results of the model of the influence of work motivation and Amil's competence on work productivity shows an R-Square figure of 0.47 while the remaining 0.53 is influenced by other factors not examined in this research. Another finding from the influence test results is that the amil competency coefficient has a significant direct influence of 0.655. This shows that the better the amil's competence, the higher the work productivity produced by the amil. This research has limitations in the variables studied and the number of respondents. This research has high originality because it is in accordance with the challenges faced by national zakat institutions today. Keywords: Amil Zakat, Motivation, Competence, Work Productivity

Kinerja karyawan merupakan kunci sukses dari keberhasilan perusahaan, maka dari itu karyawan dituntut profesional, integritas serta produktif dalam pencapaian kerjanya. Agar tujuan perusahaan dapat tercapai secara efisien dan efektif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menguji upaya meningkatkan kinerja karyawan melalui motivasi. Keterbaharuan dalam penelitian ini adalah belum diketemukan penelitian sebelumnya yang membahas mengenai upaya meningkatkan kinerja karyawan melalui motivasi pada perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang distribusi di Serang. Batasan dalam penelitian ini hanya untuk melakukan analisis besarnya pengaruh upaya meningkatkan kinerja karyawan melalui motivasi. Metode penelitian adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan alat bantuan kuesioner dengan skala Likert 10 poin dan teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara simple random sampling. Jumlah sampel yang dipergunakan sebanyak 40 buah untuk menguji tiga (5) hipotesis yang telah ditetapkan. Model Structural Equation Modeling dipergunakan untuk menguji signifikansi statistik koefisien jalur. Temuan hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa motivasi mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Motivasi mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Budaya organisasi mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Implikasi temuan membuktikan bahwa kedisiplinan dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan secara tidak langsung pengaruhnya melalui motivasi

Kinerja karyawan adalah hasil kerja seseorang dalam organisasi dan merupakan hal yang penting bagi suatu organisasi atau perusahaan. Beberapa hal yang dapatmempengaruhi kinerja dari seorang karyawan, diantaranya kompensasi, disiplin kerja dan budaya organisasi.Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menguji efek moderasi budaya organisasi pada pengaruh kompensasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Keterbaharuandalam penelitian ini adalah belum diketemukan penelitian sebelumnya yang membahas mengenai efek moderasi budaya organisasi pada pengaruh kompensasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada perusahaan yang bergerak dalam industri manufaktur di Banten.Batasandalam penelitian ini hanya untuk melakukan analisis besarnya pengaruh kompensasi, disiplin kerja, dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada perusahaan industri manufaktur di Banten.Metode penelitian adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan alat bantuan kuesioner dengan skala 1 sampai 10. sampel yang digunakan yaitu sebanyak 5 kali jumlah indikator yaitu sebanyak 110 orang respondenuntuk menguji tiga (5) hipotesis yang telah ditetapkan. Model Structural Equation Modeling dipergunakan untuk menguji signifikansi statistik koefisien jalur.Temuan hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa 1). kompensasi mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. 2). disiplin kerja tidak mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. 3). budaya organisasi mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. 4). budaya organisasi bukan sebagai pemoderasi pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kinerja. 5). budaya organisasi bukan sebagai pemoderasi pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja.

Pada jangka pendek tujuan dari pengabdian pada masyarakat (ppm) ini untuk: (1) menciptakan strategi menjadikan golden melon sebagai produk unggulan, dan (2) mengadakan pelatihan kepada masyarakat tentang teknik untuk membudidayakan golden melon yang benar dengan pemanfaatan pupuk organik hasil konversi limbah/ kotoran kambing khas Banten. Metode/pendekatan yang digunakan adalah metode/pendekatan eksperimen dan Focus Group Discussion (FGD) dengan alat analisis Descriptive dan SWOT Analysis. Hasil dari ppm ini adalah: (1) terciptanya strategi menjadikan golden melon sebagai produk unggulan, dan (2) adanya pelatihan kepada masyarakat tentang teknik untuk membudidayakan golden melon yang benar dengan pemanfaatan pupuk organik hasil konversi limbah/ kotoran kambing khas Banten.Kata Kunci: Golden Melon, Produk Unggulan, Bernilai Ekonomis, Ekologi, Sosial Dan Budaya Masyarakat

This study was conducted to determine the effect of Competence (X1), Workload (X2), and On The Job Training (X3) on Work Productivity (Y) at Lazada Logistics Hub Leu Serang. In this research, the method used is quantitative research. The population in this study were 155 Lazada Logistics Hub Leu Serang couriers with a total sample of 85 respondents. The sampling technique in this study is simple random sampling, which is random and simple sampling without regard to the level (strata) contained in the population. The method of collecting data in this study is using a questionnaire and analyzing the data using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the student version of Smart Partial Least Square (Smart-PLS) 3.3.2 software. The research results obtained are: First, competence has a positive and significant effect on work productivity. the t-statistic value is 3.399 > 1.96 with a large effect of 0.399 and a P-value of 0.001 < 0.05. Second, workload has a positive and significant effect on work productivity and has the most dominant influence on work productivity. the t-statistic value is 3.924 > 1.96 with a large effect of 0.415 and a P-value of 0.000 <0.05. Third, on the job training has a positive and significant effect on work productivity. the t-statistic value is 2.399 > 1.96 with a large influence of 0.180 and a P-value of 0.017 < 0.05.

The purpose of this study is to analyze a model that is expected to improve employee performance involving Work-Life Balance and Work Environment. The research method is quantitative using a 10- point ordinal scale questionnaire with a sampling technique carried out by simple random sampling. The number of samples used is 125 people to test (2) the hypothesis that the Structural Equation Model- Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) model is used to test the statistical significance of the path coefficients. The findings of the study explain that work-life balance has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance

This research will analyze the effect of human resource development, compensation, occupational safety and health on employee performance in the Regional Office of the National Land Agency of Banten Province. Thing that distinguishes this research form previous research is the difference in: (1) the aspects studied, namely aspects of human resource development, compensation, occupational safety and health on the performance of employees at the Regional Office of the National Land Agency of Banten Province, (2) the unit of analysis used in this study, namely the HR of the Regional Office of the National Land Agency, National Land Affair Banten Province. The limitations in this study are only to analyze and calculate the influence of human resource development, compensation, occupational safety and health on employee performance at the Regional Office of the National Land Agency of Banten Province. The population in this study are Regional Office Employees as HR staff at the Land Agency of Banten Province as many as 107 people.The result of this study explain that Human Resource Development, Compensation, and Safety and Health have an significant effect on Employee Performance.

Background: In an institution, the importance of employee performance as a standard for an institution can be assessed well. Where the performance assessment that occurs at Kantor Kesehatan ABC Banten has decreased due to various factors. So the need to improve this performance needs to be seen its effect on several variables, there are recruitment, organizational culture and motivation, which can improve employee performance in achieving organizational goals. Objective: The purpose of this study is to measure the influence of recruitment, organizational culture, and motivation on employee performance at Kantor Kesehatan ABC Banten. Originality / Value: The novelty in this research is that no previous research has been found that discusses the influence of recruitment, organizational culture, and motivation on employee performance at Kantor Kesehatan ABC Banten.
