Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu menghasilkan instrumen yang valid dan reliabel yang dapat menjadikan alat ukur penilaian saat praktikum berlangsung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode desain based reseach. Penelitian dilakukan dengan tujuh tahapan, yaitu: studi pendahuluan, desain produk, pengembangan innstrumen, validasi ahli, pengujian, analisis data dan kesimpulan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa jurusan Teknik Mesin dengan sampel sebanyak 29 siswa. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan tes dan observasi. Pengujian validitas konstruk instrumen dilaksanakan oleh dua orang dosen ahli dan menyatakan bahwa instrumen valid. Hasil pengolahan data menunjukan bahwa instrumen yang dikembangkan reliabel dan tergolong dalam kategori sangat baik. Berdasarkan penilaian kinerja yang ada, sebagian besar siswa kompeten. Kesimpulan penelitian ini bahwa instrumen penilaian kinerja telah disusun sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan dinyatakan layak untuk digunakan.

Abstract

This research aims to acquire online learning module TPS-based. This module will be used in the online learning process to ensure a long distance study in the Covid-19 pandemic. The research methods used are research and deveopment (RD) consisting of 6 steps of preliminary analysis, curriculum analysis, writing and drafting of teaching materials, product trials, revisions, and final products. The research instruments used are polls andsheet validations. Module validation is done by material and media experts. Respondents to this study were students of SMK grade XI majoring engineering cooling and air conditioners as many as 20 students. The results showed that according to the materialexperts of this module already meet the requirements of a good module of the aspect of content feasibility and feasibility of presentation with a value of: 85.23%. According to the media experts the module has fulfilled the requirements of a good module of the content feasibility aspect and language eligibility with a value of 80.88%. This module is in positive response by students with an average percentage of 85% covering the aspect of the material, the aspect of the language, the aspect of interest and the aspect of the display. The conclusion of this research is that the TPS-based online learning module is well worth the use and has fulfilled good module standards. In addition, this module can be used in the online learning process especially in the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memperolehh data hasil belajar peserta didik sebelum dan sesudah diterapkan model pembelajaran guided discovery learning dan pengaruhnya terhadap hasil belajar. Desain yang digunakan adalah time series design. Sampel penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 160 orang siswa SMK kelas X. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan tes.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan setelah diberikan perlakuan, hasil belajar peserta didik mengalami peningkatan dari kategori D meningkat menjadi B pada tahap 1 dan dari kategori B meningkat menjadi A pada tahap II. Pengujian N-Gain pada tahap I berada pada skor 0.65 meningkat lebih menjadi 0,43 pada tahap II.Penerapan model pembelajaran guided discovery learning berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik pada materi proyeksi ortogonal.Kesimpulan penelitian ini bahwa metode pembelajaran guided discovery learning dapat apikasikan pada mata pelajaran gambar teknik.

Abstract

The background of this research is that work readiness tends ti decrease due to several factors, one of which is work motivation. This study aims to determine the relationship between work motivation and work readiness in Mutiara Bandung Vocational School students. This research is a descriptive research and with a quantitative approach and survey design research type. Respondents in this study consisted of 40 students at SMK Mutiara Bandung who were or had implemented street vendors. The result of these findings indicate that work motivation has a strong and positive correlation with work readiness, and work motivation has a strong and positive relationship with a percentage of 42,6%. Based on these findings, the relationship beetwen work motivation and work readiness is in the strong, positive, and significant category.
