Abstract

This study aims to analyze community culture in understanding the eruption of Mount Merapi and analyze the meaning of education implied in the mythology of Mount Merapi. This study uses a qualitative approach. The informants in this study were the Cangkringan community, the caretaker of Mount Merapi, the NGO (Non-Governmental Organization) Cangkringan. Data collection techniques are carried out by participant observation and in-depth interviews. The collected data is then analyzed using domain, taxonomic, compound, and cultural theme analysis techniques.The findings in the form of public trust in Mount Merapi that people believe Mount Merapi is inhabited by supernatural beings who should have a life like humans. The supernatural beings have their own organization that regulates the government hierarchy with all its attributes and activities. One form of government hierarchy of supernatural beings that is closely related to society is that people believe that Mount Merapi is a Palace of Fine Beings.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian Tindakan Kelas ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui upaya meningkatkan prestasi belajar PPKn dengan menggunkan model Brain Based Learning Kelas VII B SMP Negeri 16 Rejang Lebong Bengkulu Tahun Ajaran 2019/2020. Penelitian dilakukan di Kabupaten Rejang Lebong Bengkulu pada tahun pelajaran 2019/2020 di Kelas VII B dengan jumlah 26 siswa (Laki-laki 11 dan Perempuan 15). Penelitian Tindakan Kelas ini menggunkan siklus model Kermmis dan Mc Taggart yaitu rencana, tindakan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, tes evaluasi, wawancara, dokumentasi. Teknik Analisi Data menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif yaitu terjadi peningkatan prestasi belajar dari pra siklus. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa upaya untuk meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa kelas VII B SMP Negeri 16 Rejang Lebong Bengkulu dengan menggunakan model Brain Based Learninghasil jumlah perhitungan pra siklus dengan persentase ketuntasan sebesar 50,00%, pada siklus I mengalami peningkatan tuntas dengan persentase 57,69%, dan pada siklus II mengalami kenaikan kembali dengan presentase 65,38%. Sesuai dengan KKM 70 dan Indikator keberhasilan 60% dengan hasil yang diperoleh di siklus II maka, Penelitian Tindakan Kelas ini dihentikan karena prestasi belajar siswa meningkat dan sudah mencapai indikator keberhasilan yang telah ditentukan. Kata Kunci : Prestasi Belajar, PPKn Brain Based Learning Abstract This Classroom Action Research aims to determine efforts to improve PPKn learning achievement by using the Class VII B Brain Based Learning model of SMP Negeri 16 Rejang Lebong Bengkulu for the 2019/2020 academic year. The research was conducted in Rejang Lebong Bengkulu Regency in the 2019/2020 school year in Class VII B with a total of 26 students (male 11 and female 15). This Classroom Action Research uses the Kermmis and Mc Taggart model cycle, namely planning, acting, observing and reflecting. Data collection was carried out by observation, evaluation tests, interviews, documentation. The data analysis technique used quantitative descriptive, namely an increase in learning achievement from the pre-cycle. The results of the study concluded that efforts to improve student achievement in class VII B SMP Negeri 16 Rejang Lebong Bengkulu using the Brain Based Learningmodel resulted in the number of pre-cycle calculations with a completeness percentage of 50.00%, in the first cycle experienced an increase in completeness with a percentage of 57.69% , and in the second cycle it increased again with a percentage of 65.38%. In accordance with KKM 70 and success indicators of 60% with the results obtained in cycle II, this Classroom Action Research was stopped because student learning achievement had increased and had reached predetermined success indicators. Abstract

The purpose of this service is to improve the photographer's post-processing capabilities based on Photoshop and Nik Color Pro software in optimizing the results of the photos. This workshop method by providing integrated training from exposure to the need for entrepreneurship studies, understanding of the composition of photography, the practice of shooting and training in the use of nik colour pro software in the post-processing process of work through editing. Assistance is also needed in evaluating the results of photography to produce better work. The conclusions of this paper (1) Community service activities can improve the skills of photographers in opening creative economic opportunities. (2) The intensive training system with direct practice in the field, the guidance of shooting techniques, the direct editing practice of the Nik Color Software Effect Pro training turned out to be effectively applied.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuanĀ  menganalisisĀ  pelaksanaan praktek Magang I berbasis lesson study bagi peningkatan kompetensi pedagogi mahasiswa PPKn FKIP Universitas PGRI Yogyakarta. Subjek penelitian sebanyak 40 mahasiswa, 6 dosen pembimbing dan 1 kepala UPPL. Analisis data menggunakan deskriptif serta analisis tahapan lesson study yaitu plan, do dan see. Metode pengumpulan data dengan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menghasilkan kesimpulan pelaksanaan praktek Magang I berbasis Lesson Study dapat meningkatkan kompetensi perencanaan pembelajaran selama tiga putaran yaitu putaran 1 ke 2 meningkat dari 86,03% menjadi 88,94%, sedangkan pada putaran 3 meningkat kembali menjadi 92,73%. Pada kompetensi pelaksanaan pembelajaran terjadi peningkatan dari putaran 1 ke 2 yaitu 83,60% naik menjadi 87,60% dan pada putaran ketiga meningkat kembali menjadi 91,15%. Peningkatan kompetensi tersebut didukung oleh (1) adanya mata kuliah prasyarat yang mendukung praktek Magang I; (2) pelaksanaan pembelajaran yang terbimbing dari tahap plan, do dan see; (3) terjadinya learning community pada mahasiswa dengan saling memberikan masukan kepada mahasiswa lainnya; (4) mahasiswa terus dituntut untuk melakukan inovasi pembelajaran; (5) adanya observer yang selalu mengevaluasi perkembangan perkembangan pembelajaran; serta (6) proses lesson study yang selalu melibatkan proses pembelajaran bersamaImplementation Analysis Magang 1 Based on Lesson Study in Improving Pedagogical Competencies of Students PPKn FKIP Universitas PGRI Yogyakarta. The study aims to analyze the implementation of lesson study based Magang I for improving pedagogical competence of PPKn students at FKIP University, PGRI Yogyakarta. The research subjects were 40 students, 6 supervisors and 1 UPPL head. Data analysis used descriptive as well as stage lesson study analysis, namely plan, do and see. Methods of collecting data with interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the study resulted in the conclusion that the Magang I based on Lesson Study could improve the competency of learning planning for three rounds, namely round 1 to 2 increased from 86.03% to 88.94%, while in round 3 it increased again to 92.73%. In the learning implementation competency there was an increase from round 1 to 2 which was 83.60%, up to 87.60% and in the third round it increased again to 91.15%. Increased competence is supported by (1) the existence of prerequisite courses that support Magang I; (2) implementation of guided learning from the plan, do and see stages; (3) the occurrence of learning community for students by giving input to other students; (4) students continue to be required to carry out learning innovations; (5) there are observers who always evaluate the development of learning; and (6) the lesson study process that always involves a shared learning process

Abstract

This study aims to develop Pancasila learning media into an electronic book based on voice text so that it is expected to increase students' learning motivation. The second objective is to determine the feasibility of developing electronic book media based on voice text. The research method uses Research and Development with the stages of Analysis, Design, Development Implementation, and Evaluation (ADDIE). The effectiveness of the media is obtained from the evaluation results of Based on expert validation, electronic book media based on voice text gets an average percentage score of 89% with a very feasible category and the average validation of electronic book material based on voice text gets a score of 92% with a very appropriate category and in terms of user practicality gets a score of 88% with a very appropriate category.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a mobile-based learning media to support the implementation of the Project Citizen model and to analyze its effectiveness in civic education within higher education settings. The research utilized a Research and Development (RD) approach, applying the ADDIE model which consists of five phases: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The development process involved one media expert, one subject matter expert, and 52 university students as participants. Validation from the media expert resulted in a score of 91%, indicating the media is very feasible. Similarly, the material expert gave a validation score of 94%, also categorized as very feasible. Student feedback, collected through questionnaires, yielded an effectiveness score of 83%, classifying the media as very effective. The findings demonstrate that the developed mobile-based Project Citizen learning media is both feasible and effective. It supports active civic engagement and structured learning, aligning well with the objectives of civic education in higher education institutions. The mobile-based Project Citizen media is a viable and effective tool for enhancing civic education. Its integration into the curriculum can facilitate meaningful student participation in democratic practices through project-based learning.
