Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui peranan Yayasan Lembaga Perlindungan Anak Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta dalam menangani kasus bullying terhadap anak di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta, dan untuk mengetahui kasus bullying dilihat dari aspek hukum. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitaitif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Yayasan Lembaga Perlindungan Anak Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Jumlah subjek penelitian tujuh orang yang terdiri atas dua orang pengurus Yayasan Lembaga Perlindungan Anak Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta, tiga orang masyarakat, dan dua orang korban kasus bullying. Teknik pengambilan data dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi untuk memperoleh data yang diinginkan. Keabsahan data ditempuh dengan strategi triangulasi data. Hasil penelitian tentang peranan Yayasan Lembaga Perlindungan Anak dalam menangani kasus bullying adalah (1) memberikan penyuluhan kepada masyarakat untuk mengantisipasi terjadinya bullying; (2) melakukan pendampingan terhadap kasus bullying; (3) menyediakan rumah aman sebagai tempat singgah atau sebagai tempat pembinaan bagi korban maupun pelaku bullying; (4) melakukan koordinasi dengan lembaga terkait seperti Kepolisian, dan LSM Peduli Anak. Ditinjau dari aspek hukum bullying menjadi sebuah tindakan yang melanggar hukum jika (1) perbuatan bullying sudah melampaui batas; (2) bullying memenuhi unsur pidana maka tindakan akan mendapatkan sanksi hukum (3) pelaku bullying di bawah umur akan diproses hukum secara diversi. Kata kunci: Bullying, Yayasan Lembaga Perlindungan Anak, Undang-Undang Nomor 35 Tahun 2014 Abstract The research aims to determine the role of the Yogyakarta Special Region Child Protection Foundation in handling cases of bullying against children in the Special Region of Yogyakarta, and to find out cases of bullying from a legal aspect. This research uses a qualitative method. This research was conducted at the Yogyakarta Special Region Child Protection Foundation. The number of research subjects was seven people consisting of two administrators of the Yogyakarta Special Region Child Protection Foundation, three people from the community, and two victims of bullying cases. Data collection techniques by observation, interviews, and documentation to obtain the desired data. The validity of the data was pursued by a data triangulation strategy. The results of research on the role of the Child Protection Foundation in handling bullying cases are (1) providing information to the public to anticipate bullying; (2) provide assistance to bullying cases; (3) providing a safe house as a shelter or as a place of guidance for victims and perpetrators of bullying; (4) coordinating with related institutions such as the Police and Child Care NGOs. From a legal perspective, bullying becomes an act that violates the law if (1) the bullying has exceeded the limit; (2) bullying fulfills a criminal element, the action will be subject to legal sanctions (3) the bullying under age will be subject to legal diversion. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to (1) develop a hybrid flipbook-based media in e-learning Pancasila Education courses as a step to reduce the use of internet quotas, (2) make Pancasila Education lectures varied and fun, and (3) know the validity of media, matrials, and design. The methods used use a quantitative epproach with this type of research development of the ADDIE model. The research subject of student in semester 1 of Program Studi Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan of Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta. Data Collection techniques use observationsm interviews, and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques use quantitative descriptive. The results of flipbook-based media research in e-learning Pancasila Education courses at Universitas PGRI Yogyakarta to be used to obtain 87% media validity, 86% material validity, and 88% design validity.  Hybrid media-based flipbook Pancasila Education courses become a variety of fun lectures in the covid-19 pancemic and can reduce the use of the internet because it is used offline. In addition, the use of flipbook-based hybrid media can increase student learning achievement by up to 11%.

Abstract

This study aims to develop Pancasila learning media into an electronic book based on voice text so that it is expected to increase students' learning motivation. The second objective is to determine the feasibility of developing electronic book media based on voice text. The research method uses Research and Development with the stages of Analysis, Design, Development Implementation, and Evaluation (ADDIE). The effectiveness of the media is obtained from the evaluation results of Based on expert validation, electronic book media based on voice text gets an average percentage score of 89% with a very feasible category and the average validation of electronic book material based on voice text gets a score of 92% with a very appropriate category and in terms of user practicality gets a score of 88% with a very appropriate category.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the use of Spin The Wheel media on the Wordwall platform in improving the critical thinking skills of fourth-grade students of SDN Gondoriyo, especially in learning Pancasila Education on the material of rules and norms. The background of this study is the low critical thinking skills of elementary school students caused by the dominance of conventional learning methods and the lack of use of interactive learning media. This research used a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The research subjects consisted of teachers, students, and principals. Data collection techniques were conducted through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis used an interactive model that included data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that Spin The Wheel Wordwall media significantly increased students' participation and critical thinking skills. Students are more active in discussing, expressing opinions, and providing solutions to the cases presented. This media also creates a fun learning atmosphere, encourages collaboration, and contextualizes understanding of social norms. The use of this media faces several challenges, such as limited technological infrastructure, a lack of teacher competence in operating digital media, and limited time for curriculum integration. However, these challenges can be overcome through strategies to improve facilities, gradual teacher training, and flexible management of time and learning methods. Abstract

This study aims to develop a mobile-based learning media to support the implementation of the Project Citizen model and to analyze its effectiveness in civic education within higher education settings. The research utilized a Research and Development (RD) approach, applying the ADDIE model which consists of five phases: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The development process involved one media expert, one subject matter expert, and 52 university students as participants. Validation from the media expert resulted in a score of 91%, indicating the media is very feasible. Similarly, the material expert gave a validation score of 94%, also categorized as very feasible. Student feedback, collected through questionnaires, yielded an effectiveness score of 83%, classifying the media as very effective. The findings demonstrate that the developed mobile-based Project Citizen learning media is both feasible and effective. It supports active civic engagement and structured learning, aligning well with the objectives of civic education in higher education institutions. The mobile-based Project Citizen media is a viable and effective tool for enhancing civic education. Its integration into the curriculum can facilitate meaningful student participation in democratic practices through project-based learning.
