Abstract

The purpose of this study is to see and understand consumer behavior in the food and beverage business from the literature side of the study on store atmosphere which moderates the influence of food and beverage quality and service quality on customer satisfaction at Atlas Coffee and Bike in Pekanbaru City. The results showed that the store atmosphere, the quality of food and beverage services affect customer satisfaction at Atlas Coffee and Bike. In this study using the operational method of variables consisting of exogenous and endogenous variables where the exogenous variables are Store Atmosphere (X1), Food and Beverage Quality (X2), Service Quality (X3), then the endogenous variable is Consumer Satisfaction (Y). Consumers have full expectations to enjoy the atmosphere at Atlas Coffee and Bike to the fullest and want satisfaction, moreover the food and beverage business has dimensions that are more than just basic consumption needs but also want a recreational atmosphere. The results of this study are very useful for management, it can increase revenue and expect consumers to make repeat visits.

Abstract

Learning Management Systems (LMS) have become integral to digital learning, yet their successful implementation depends largely on user acceptance. This study systematically reviews research applying the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) to understand factors influencing LMS adoption in higher education. Following PRISMA 2020 guidelines, a comprehensive search was conducted across Scopus, Web of Science, and Google Scholar for peer-reviewed empirical studies published in English between 2010 and 2024. A total of 312 records were retrieved, of which 74 duplicates were removed. After screening 238 titles and abstracts, 198 studies were excluded for not meeting the inclusion criteria. The full texts of 40 articles were assessed, and 10 studies were finally included in the qualitative synthesis. The review revealed that Perceived Usefulness (PU) and Perceived Ease of Use (PEOU) remain the most consistent predictors of LMS adoption. External factors such as digital self-efficacy, system quality, institutional support, and social influence also emerged as critical determinants. These findings affirm TAM’s continued relevance in educational technology while emphasizing the need to integrate contextual and organizational factors to strengthen predictive accuracy and promote sustainable LMS adoption.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh fenomena perilaku self-injury yang semakin sering ditemukan di kalangan remaja, termasuk di lingkungan sekolah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan persepsi siswa terhadap perilaku self-injury di SMA Swasta Pelita Raya Jambi, serta untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pemahaman siswa mengenai dampak psikologis dan emosional dari perilaku tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 60 siswa kelas XI, yang dipilih dengan teknik total sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket skala Likert yang terdiri dari 28 item pernyataan, disusun berdasarkan tiga indikator persepsi: aspek kognitif, afektif, dan konatif. Uji validitas dilakukan menggunakan korelasi Pearson Product Moment dan menghasilkan 28 item valid dari total 35 item. Hasil uji reliabilitas menunjukkan nilai Cronbach’s Alpha sebesar 0,883, yang menunjukkan bahwa instrumen memiliki reliabilitas tinggi. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa persepsi siswa terhadap perilaku self-injury berada dalam kategori tinggi, dengan skor rata-rata sebesar 105,93 dari skor maksimal 116. Indikator afektif memiliki skor tertinggi dibandingkan indikator lainnya. Sebagian besar siswa berada pada kategori persepsi tinggi dan sangat tinggi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa siswa memiliki tingkat pemahaman dan sikap yang cukup baik terhadap perilaku self-injury, serta menunjukkan empati dan kesadaran terhadap pentingnya bantuan dan dukungan dalam menangani masalah emosional. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan agar layanan bimbingan dan konseling di sekolah lebih proaktif dalam memberikan edukasi mengenai regulasi emosi dan pencegahan self-injury melalui pendekatan preventif dan kuratif.
