Abstract

ABSTRACTThe rich of Indonesian biodiversity becomes an attraction for local and foreign researchers to conduct research in this country. One of scientific productivity indicators that mostly used is number of publication in scientific journal. The previous studies had never analyzed scientific productivity of Indonesian biodiversity researchers, both institutionally and individually. This paper analyzes 2,432 articles concerning Indonesian biodiversity research affiliated with institution from Indonesia (published in 1990-2015) from Scopus database, including 8,544 authors from 1,638 institutions. Data pre-processing resulted publication year, number of author, and author?s institution location. Then, they were analyzed using scientometrics analysis. Scientometrics analysis is a quantitative method related to measurement of the science communication. The result shows that internation-al collaborations produced most of scientific publications on Indonesian biodiversity. The number of scientific publication on Indonesian biodiversity was significantly increase and showed exponential growth trend. Indo-nesian author mostly wrote articles from Animalia kingdom. Multi and mega authors wrote the most of scien-tific publications on Indonesian biodiversity.Keywords : Indonesia, biodiversity, scientometrics, productivity, scientific publication, Scopus

Abstract

Some parents have children who can read is their pride, because through reading children will be easier to follow learning in elementary schools later. But the ability of children will not be achieved if it is not supported by the guidance of parents in teaching their children at home, because the intensity of teacher guidance at school is very little. The purpose of this study was to determine how much parental involvement in language development towards reading in early childhood. This research uses the Classroom Action Research method conducted in Group B TKQ Yaa Bunayya Karawang Regency by using data analysis conducted during the study from beginning to end through the stages of planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting on data, the data obtained during learning is processed using percentage techniques. Data collection techniques are done by observation, interview, and documentation. The subjects of this study were eight children, consisting of two girls and six boys. The results showed that the role of parents in improving language development towards reading in early childhood in Cycle II increased very high by 86%.Sebagian orang tua mempunyai anak yang bisa membaca adalah kebanggan sendiri, karena melalui membaca anak akan lebih mudah dalam mengikuti pembelajaran di Sekolah Dasar nanti. Namun  kemampuan anak tidak akan tercapai jika tidak di tunjang dengan bimbingan orang tua dalam mengajarkan anaknya di rumah, karena intensitas bimbingan guru di sekolah sangatlah sedikit. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui seberapa besar keterlibatan orang tua dalam perkembangan bahasa terhadap membaca pada anak usia dini. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas yang dilakukan di Kelompok B TKQ Yaa Bunayya Kabupaten Karawang dengan menggunakan analisis data yaitu analisis kuantitatif yang dilakukan  selama penelitian dari awal sampai akhir  melalui tahapan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi data, data yang diperoleh selama pembelajaran diolah dengan teknik persentase. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Subjek dari penelitian ini adalah delapan orang anak, terdiri atas dua perempuan dan enam laki-laki. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran orang tua dalam meningkatkan perkembangan bahasa terhadap membaca pada anak usia dini pada Siklus II meningkat sangat tinggi sebesar 86%.

Abstract

UMKM dibidang fashion adalah usaha yang berdiri sendiri yang dilakukan oleh perorangan atau badan usaha disektor fashion. Pelaku UMKM harus mencari strategi yang tepat agar dapat bertahan dan mengembangkan usahanya. Salah satu strategi ialah dengan menggunakan digital marketing yang memungkinkan para pelaku UMKM dapat memasarkan produknya tanpa terkendala karena jangkauan yang luas dan lebih murah. Penelitian ini digunakan untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran strategi digital marketing dalam pemberdayaan UMKM dibidang fashion. Metode penelitian yang digunakan oleh peneliti adalah dengan teknik analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa dengan adanya digital marketing ini dapat menjadi strategi yang efektif dalam meningkatkan penjualan fashion dan dapat mengembangkan UMKM di bidang fashion.

Abstract

This study aims to describe (1) the strategy of the Civil Servant Human Resource Development program, (2) the implementation of the work culture mindset training, and (3) the improvement of Civil Servant work behavior after participating in the work culture mindset training. The research method used is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The data collection techniques used are interviews, observations, documentation, and literature studies. The data collection methods used are interviews, observations, documentation, and literature studies. The informants in this study consist of the Head of the General Affairs Subdivision, 1 trainer and 10 Civil Servants from the Banten Provincial Government. The results of this study are as follows: (1) The strategy for the Civil Servant Human Resource Development program is carried out through several elements, including the identification of development needs, the preparation of training and development programs, the introduction of continuous training, management and leadership support, performance evaluation and measurement, as well as the use of the latest technology and learning methods. The implementation of the work culture mindset training is carried out based on the results of the development needs identification and program preparation within the human resource development strategy that has been conducted. The implementation of this training consists of several components, such as setting goals, training benefits, training participants, trainers, training schedule, training materials, training facilities, training methods, and training media. After the Civil Servant Human Resource Development program strategy is implemented through work culture mindset training, it has a positive impact, resulting in improvements in work behavior such as the development of cooperative social skills, work quality, positive work habits, and personal presentation or self-control.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the role of science and technology-based edutourism in community empowerment efforts for economic improvement in Banyuwangi Regency, East Java. The subject matter studied includes the impact of the application of science and technology in edu-tourism programs on community economic improvement, strengthening the quality of education, and preserving local culture, improving the quality of human resources, utilizing technology in edu-tourism, and its impact on local economic development. The research method used was a literature study, as well as field research to collect relevant qualitative data. The data used includes data on the economy, education, tourism, and science and technology innovation in the education and tourism sectors. Based on the data analysis, this study highlights the importance of utilizing science and technology in the development of edu-tourism programs as an effort to improve the quality of the tourist experience, empower local communities, and strengthen the regional economy. The conclusion of this study shows that the implementation of science and technology-based edu-tourism has great potential to be one of the effective strategies in the effort to empower the community and improve the economy in Banyuwangi Regency. It is hoped that the results of this research can provide input for the government, educational institutions and tourism actors to develop edu-tourism programs in the form of sustainable digital modules and based on website technology to support economic and social development in Banyuwangi Regency.

Abstract

Salah satu aspek penting yang harus dimiliki oleh peserta didik adalah kemampuan dalam literasi. Literasi adalah kemampuan seorang individu dalam membaca, menulis, berbicara dan berhitung. Peningkatan literasi bagi peserta didik dapat dilakukan melalui lembaga pendidikan nonformal Sanggar Kegiatan Belajar yang terletak di Kabupaten Pandeglang. Sanggar Kegiatan Belajar Kabupaten Pandeglang sebagai tempat bagi peserta didik untuk belajar ilmu pengetahuan dan sebagai lulusan yang setara dengan pendidikan formal. Melalui Sanggar Kegiatan Belajar Kabupaten Pandeglang peningkatan kemampuan literasi dilakukan dengan pembuatan majalah dinding. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui pembuatan majalah dinding sebagai upaya peningkatan literasi dan kreativitas peserta didik di Sanggar Kegiatan Belajar Kabupaten Pandeglang. Penelitian ini menggunkan metode kualitatif dengan memahami dan mengamati fenomena di sekitar yang dituliskan dalam kata-kata. Serta menggunakan teknik observasi dengan melakukan pengamatan secara langsung ditempat objek penelitian. Tahapan pembuatan majalah dinding (mading) sebagai upaya peningkatan literasi dan kreativitas peserta didik di Sanggar Kegiatan Belajar Kabupaten Pandeglang terdiri dari tiga tahap yaitu 1) tahap persiapan, 2) tahap pembuatan, 3) tahap pelaksanaan. Hasil yang didapatkan dari kegiatan ini adalah peserta didik dapat meningkatkan literasi dan kreativitas, terbukti dengan keikutsertaan peserta didik dalam menghasilkan karya berupa poster, dari adanya pembuatan majalah dinding. Kesimpulannya majalah dinding merupakan salah satu media komunikasi yang digunakan untuk penyempaian informasi dan sebagai sarana peserta didik untuk memajang hasil karyanya sehingga membantu peserta didik dalam peningkatan literasi dan kreativitas di Sanggar Kegiatan Belajar Kabupaten Pandeglang

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam membuat perencanaan pembelajaran, meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam mengelola proses pembelajaran dan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Group Investigation dalam pembelajaran IPA tentang sifat-sifat benda di kelas V SD Negeri 3 Sodong. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) model Kemmis&Taggart yang terdiri dari empat tahap yaitu : perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Subjek penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas V SD Negeri 3 Sodong tahun pelajaran 2021/2022 yang terdiri dari 28 orang. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data diperoleh perencanaan pembelajaran pada siklus 1 mencapai 78,1% dan siklus II mencapai 95,3%, aktivitas guru dalam mengelola proses pembelajaran pada siklus 1 yaitu 84,3%, meningkat pada siklus II yaitu 96,8%. Sementara ketuntasan belajar peserta didik pada siklus I mencapai 35,7% dari seluruh peserta didik yang mencapai KKM dan mengalami peningkatan pada siklus II menjadi 89,3%.  Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran group investigation dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dalam materi sifat-sifat benda pada siswa kelas V SD Negeri 3 Sodong Kecamatan Sodonghilir Kabupaten Tasikmalaya. Abstract

Rembang Regency is not a tourist destination in districts or cities in Central Java because tourist visits to tourist objects in Rembang Regency are still relatively small when compared to other areas around Rembang Regency such as Demak Regency, Kudus Regency, and Semarang Regency. The potential for cultural tourism in Rembang Regency is still relatively small compared to natural and artificial tourism. So that the potential to be taken is the potential for cultural tourism. There are six components of tourism development as the basis for research: Attraction, Amenities, Ancillary Service, Activity, Accessibility, and Accommodation. There are additional tourism development components from interviews with the Culture and Tourism Office of Rembang Regency, namely Environment and Human Resources. So that it can be managed clearly and accurately measured and tourism potential can be said to be feasible, it must first design indicators so that tourism managers can find out what must be developed for cultural tourism potential, so that later it is expected to become a tourist destination that can help the economy in the Regency Rembang. This study uses the SECI method (Socialization, Externalization, Combination, and Internalization). After getting the indicator then, calculate the weight using AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process)
