Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis permintaan wisata edukasi di Rumah Batik Tulis Deandra Kota Bandar Lampung, menganalisis penawaran wisata edukasi di Rumah Batik Tulis Deandra Kota Bandar Lampung, serta merancang strategi pengembangan produk wisata edukasi di Rumah Batik Tulis Deandra Kota Bandar Lampung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kombinasi. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan studi kepustakaan, observasi, wawancara dan penyebaran kuesioner. Sedangkan Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, kesimpulan dan verifikasi, serta pengujian keabsahan data. Hasil dalam penelitian ini yaitu: 1) Permintaan wisata edukasi pada rumah batik tulis Deandra cukup tinggi berasal dari Lampung dengan atraksi utamanya adalah kegiatan belajar membatik, meskipun mayoritas pengunjung datang untuk berbelanja, aksesbilitas ke lokasi baik, dengan amenitas memadai seperti tempat ibadah dan penginapan, tetapi perlu perbaikan tempat parkir dan tempat makan, sementara layanan tambahan seperti pembayaran non-tunai, ATM, dan pom bensin sangat membantu dengan aktivitas wisata di dominasi oleh pembelajaran membatik dan belanja, akan tetapi untuk paket wisata yang ditawarkan masih terbatas dan belum ada kerja sama dengan agen perjalanan. 2) Penawaran wisata edukasi di rumah Batik Tulis Deandra sangat baik, aksesibilitas ke lokasi cukup baik dan mudah dikases, layanan fasuilitas dan layanan pembayaran non-tunasi serta aktivitas dalam belajar membatik, melihat proses pembuatan membatik, dan berbelanja batik khas Lampung meskipun penawaran paket wisata masih terbatas dan belum ada Kerjasama dengan agen perjalanan, sedangkan SDM berasal dari warga sekitar dan telah dilatih untuk memberikan pelayanan. 3) Strategi pengembangan wisata edukasi di Rumah Batik Deandra sudah cukup baik mulai dari meningkatkan branding, pengembangan SDM, pengembangan inovasi produk, serta pengembangan dalam fasilitas dan penyediaan paket yang bervariasi.

Abstract

Tanjung Rejo Tourism Village is the only mangrove tourism village in Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra. The priority problem that occurs at the service location is that the people do not yet understand that preserving mangroves can provide prosperity for the community. People still like to cut down mangroves to sell as charcoal or make full-fledged fish ponds. Community’s indifference in preserving mangrove forests can also be caused by their lack of involvement in mangrove forest management. The purpose of holding community service in the Tanjung Rejo is to open the insight of the people regarding the importance of managing mangrove forest resources and in turn will ensure the sustainability of these natural resources. The method is socialization in the form of lectures, discussions and making action plans. The results are community/partners were very enthusiastic about the socialization provided by the PKM Village Development Team. Through the outreach provided, community/partners can understand the concept of sustainable tourism and can develop action plans to implement the sustainable tourism agenda in the Tanjung Rejo Tourism Village. The conclusion and suggestion from the implementation of this PKM is the creation of an action plan to be implemented in Tanjung Rejo village.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and describe tourist attractions and develop strategies for developing tourist attractions at Holbung Hill, Samosir Regency. This research uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques of observation, interviews, documentation studies and questionnaires. The results of the research show that tourist attractions according to Maryani's theory (1991) as a whole meet the criteria as a tourist attraction, which can be proven by the beautiful and stunning view of Holbung Hill (what to see), tourist attractions such as: camping, photography, pre-wedding and shooting locations (what to do), souvenirs processed by MSMEs in Hariara Pohan Village (what to buy), good accessibility including road conditions, ease of transportation and security to tourist attractions (what to arrive) and traditional house homestays that provide an experience The stay is different (what to stay) but there are still several things that need to be improved, namely the addition of new attractions and typical Holbung Hill souvenirs. The development of the Holbung Hill tourist attraction in Samosir Regency is a paragliding tourist attraction but has obstacles, namely limited skilled workers. The Holbung Hill tourist attraction in Samosir Regency, North Sumatra has strengths and opportunities that are greater than threats and weaknesses. Therefore, the development of Holbung Hill's tourist attraction focuses more on strengths and opportunities. A strategy that focuses on strengths and opportunities is a growth oriented strategy.
