Abstract

The essence of education is a learning process. There is no quality education without quality learning. Changes in the system of management, both from the point of view of educators and educational personnel, must have clear supervision. Therefore, in order to improve the quality of education in madrasah, the government, in this case the Ministry of National Education, is developing various programs which are expected to improve the quality of learning, especially through supervision activities. This study aims to determine whether there is a positive and significant relationship between the academic supervision of the head of madrasah and the improvement of the quality of learning at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Jamiatul Huda Bekasi district. This research is based on the idea that one of the ways to improve the quality of education is by increasing the quality of learning. In this case the learning process is an important component in determining the quality of education. besides teachers and students who are in the implementation of the learning process. The activities of the principal of madrasah in supervising, guiding, fostering teachers in the learning process use academic supervision. For this reason, the research was conducted to determine whether there was a relationship between the academic supervision of the head of the madrasah and the improvement of the quality of learning at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Jamiatul Huda, Bekasi district. The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach, correlational type and uses a simple linear regression method. The population is all teacher councils at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Jamiatul Huda Bekasi Regency and as many as 28 people. Research data using the SPSS 26 for windows program. The results of this study indicate that the academic supervision of the head of madrasah has a positive and significant relationship with the improvement of the quality of learning at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Jamiatul Huda Bekasi district. Based on the results of the research, the following suggestions can be made: (1) Madrasah supervisors and madrasah principals are expected to supervise not only matters of an administrative nature, but prioritizes supervision in the academic field, so as to improve the innovative performance of teachers who In the end, improve the quality of education, (2) maximize classroom observations or class assessments, so that the head of madrasah is aware of teacher teaching developments and teacher constraints and is able to provide solutions in improving the learning process.

Abstract

Belajar dapat juga dipandang sebagai proses yang diarahkanuntuk mencapai suatu tujuan dalam pengembangan individu. Sebagaimana definisi belajar menurut kamus besar bahasaIndonesia (KBBI) bahwa belajar adalah berusahamemperoleh kepandaoan atau ilmu, berlatih, berubahtingkah laku atau tanggapan yang disebabkan pengalaman. Dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia di SD, terdapatempat keterampilan berbahasa, diantaranya keterampilanberbicara, membaca, menulis dan mendengar. Semuaketerampilan tersebut saling berkaitan satu sama lain. Begitupun dengan menulis, menulis ini merupakanketerampilan yang dimiliki seseorang untukmengekspresikan apa yang dirasakannya berupa pikiran danperasaan yang disampaikan melalui simbol-simbol sehinggapembaca mampu memahami pesan yang terkandungdidalamnya. Masih banyak peserta didik yang belummemiliki keterampilan menulis yang baik sebagaimanaharusnya, hal ini dapat disebabkan karena metodepengajarannya yang masih belum berkembang. Dalam halini peneliti memberi solusi untuk menggunakan metodepermainan bahasa sebagai salah satu solusi dalampembelajaran. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitumetode PTK (Penelitian Tindakan Kelas). metode penelitiantindakan kelas ini merupakan metode penelitian yang memfokuskan permasalahan yang terdapat di kelas danmemiliki tujuan untuk memperbaiki kegiatan pembelajaran. Metode penelitian ini terdiri dari dua siklus. Tiap siklusnyaterdapat empat tahap yaitu;rencana,pelaksanaan,observasi  refleksi.

Abstract

In the era of globalization which is marked by rapid technological development, education has undergone a significant transformation so it is considered important to innovate learning with coding through the ScracthJr application which aims to increase digital literacy in students and the introduction of coding as a learning method at MI Manba'ul Huda. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach, with data collection through observation and in-depth interviews with teachers, madrasah heads, and students' parents. The results of the study show that the application of coding not only improves students' digital skills but also stimulates critical and logical thinking skills. A total of 57.1% stated that this coding was appropriate to be applied in learning, but as many as 64.3% stated that this coding could improve digital literacy in students while 35.7% expressed doubts. This is because there are difficulties from educators to master the coding, but this is a demand for educators to have more innovative competencies.

Abstract

Background: The background of this study focuses on the crucial role of character education in shaping the morals and personality of students, particularly within the context of Madrasah Aliyah in Bandung Regency. With the evolving social challenges, a systematic approach to guidance and counseling is essential to support the character development of students. Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the influence of guidance and counseling management on the character development of students in Madrasah Aliyah in Bandung Regency. Method: This study uses a quantitative approach to the survey method. Data analysis techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires which were distributed to 37 guidance and counseling teachers. Result: The results showed that there was a significant influence between the management of counseling guidance and the character development of students in Madrasah Aliyah in Bandung Regency by 23.6% and the remaining 76.4% was influenced by other variables not examined, with T_hitung  5,581 >T_tabel  (0,682and a significant value of 0,000<0,05. Conclusion: The results of this study indicate that effective guidance and counseling management can be the key to improving student character development

Abstract

Seiring perkembangan teknologi informasi yang pesat, MTsN Beralih ke sistem absensi berbasis online karena dapat memudahkan proses pencatatan kehadiran pegawai. Sehingga kecurangan yang terjadi dapat terdeteksi secara cepat, akurat, dan transparansi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk : (1) Untuk mengetahui sistem informasi manajemen pusat layanan keagamaan di MTsN Cimahi; (2) Untuk mengetahui motivasi Kerja Tenaga Pendidik di MTsN kota cimahi; (3) Untuk mengetahui hubungan sistem informasi manajemen pusat layanan keagamaan dengan motivasi Kerja Tenaga Pendidik di MTsN cimahi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, data pada penelitian ini diperoleh melalui hasil penyebaran kuesioner dengan menggunakan model skala likert yang terdiri dari lima alternatif pilihan jawaban yang diberikan kepada 67 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan berupa uji instrumen, uji Statistik, uji prasyarat dan uji hipotesis . Hasil analisis data yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini dijelaskan bahwa : (1) berdasarkan hasil pengelolaan data, menunjukan bahwa nilai rata-rata keseluruhan dari jawaban responden pada setiap indikator variabel X memiliki nilai rata-rata yaitu sebesar 3,4. (2) berdasarkan hasil pengelolaan data, menunjukkan bahwa nilai rata-rata keseluruhan dari jawaban responden pada setiap indikator variabel Y memiliki nilai rata-rata sebesar 3,4. (3) Berdasarkan hasil analisis statistik untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa hubungan sistem informasi manajemen pusat layanan keagamaan dengan motivasi Kerja Tenaga Pendidik di MTsN Kota Cimahi yaitu diketahui berdasarkan perhitungan uji koefisien korelasi didapatkan nilai Sig. (2-tailed) sebesar <0,001 angka tersebut lebih kecil dari 0,05. Didapatkan pula nilai pearson correlation sebesar 0,720 angka tersebut masuk kedalam kategori hubungan yang kuat karena berada pada rentang interval 0,60-0,799. Kemudian uji koefisien determinasi didapatkan nilai R Square sebesar 0,519. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa hubungan sistem informasi manajemen pusat layanan keagamaan dengan motivasi Kerja Tenaga Pendidik sebesar 51,9%. Disimpulkan bahwa Ha yang menyatakan sistem informasi pusat layanan keagamaan berhubungan kuat dengan motivasi Kerja Tenaga Pendidik. Abstract

The digital report card application is a form of implementation of government policies where technology has now entered the realm of education. So that the digital report card application increases productivity and effectiveness, especially teachers. This study aims to describe: (1) the use of the digital report card application in Public Madrasah Tsanawiyah throughout Sumedang Regency (2) the performance of teachers in Public Madrasah Tsanawiyah throughout Sumedang Regency and (3) the relationship between the use of digital report cards application with the performance of Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri teachers. throughout Sumedang Regency. This study uses a quantitative research method by distributing questionnaires as many as 31 teacher samples with a population of 152 using a Likert scale model distributed by using the Goggle Form. Based on data analysis and research results show that: (1) the use of the digital report card application in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri in Sumedang Regency is a high qualification from the results of the research on 31 respondents (2) the performance of teachers at Madrasah Tsanawiyah throughout Sumedang Regency is very qualified. from the results of the research to 31 respondents and (3) there is a strong and significant relationship between the use of the digital report card application and teacher performance by obtaining a correlation coefficient value of 0.644. This means that the higher the use of the digital report card application, the higher the performance of State Madrasah Tsanawiyah teachers in Sumedang Regency. Thus it is recommended that teachers increase the use of digital report cards to improve teacher performance. Key Words: Usage, Digital Report Card Application, Teacher Performance
