Abstract

Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) is a primary level Islamic education institution that has an important role in shaping children's character and morals. important role in shaping the character and morals of children. The formulation of vision, mission, and goals of MI is a key step in determining the direction and focus of education in this institution. This researchaims to understand the process of formulating vision, mission and goals in MI and its impact on curriculum development and school policies. On curriculum development and school policies. The research methodology involved interviews with principals, teachers and relevant stakeholders at MI Manba'ul Huda. Results the results show that the formulation of MI vision involves various parties and involves aspects such as Islamic values, local needs, and global developments. MI mission tends to instill Islamic values. The objectives of MI include improving the quality of learning quality, Islamic character building, and preparing students for a better life better life.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the development of the competence of educators and education personnel in MI Manba’ul Huda based on national standard of educator and education personel in accordance with Permendiknas. The object of this research is the entire educators and education personel in MI Manba’ul Huda. Then the research approach used is a descriptive qualitative research approach with research instruments including observation, interviews, and documentation. Based on the results of the analysis obtained that the standar and competence of educators and education personel in MI Manba’ul Huda have a fairly good value with a percentage of 77% or a value of 58 from maximum value of 76. There are four indicators that have a value below 3 or B, namely regarding madrasah special personnel, competence and certification of library staff, the ratio of conseling teacher and the competence of counseling teachers. The strategy carried out in improving the competence of educators and education personnel by including teacher in training in accordance with the field of ability they are capable of to produce competent educators and continue to apply Islamic values.

Abstract

Based on data obtained from the Programe for International Student Assessment (PISA) in 2022 regarding the decline in the quality of education in Indonesia, which is reviewed from literacy, numeracy, and science competencies. In line with that, MI Manba'ul Huda has a goal in improving the quality of education through student management. Challenges and risks in making it happen are always there. Therefore, it is important for him to implement risk management in the institution. To conduct a risk management analysis on student management at MI Manba'ul Huda, the researcher used a qualitative descriptive method. Furthermore, the data obtained was through interviews with school principals, several educators, and education staff, in addition to which the researcher made direct observations at the school. The result of this study is that MI Manba'ul Huda has a strategy and mitigation in its efforts to overcome risks. As for other situations, these schools can accept the risks that occur to avoid greater risks.Keywords: Risk Management, Students, Quality of Education.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the role of teachers in improving the quality of education and developing the competencies of elementary school students (prathom) at Suksa Muslim School, Thailand. Good quality education and developing student competencies are key elements in creating an educated and developed society. This research was carried out from January to February 2023 at Muslim Suksa School, Thailand. This research uses qualitative methods by collecting data through observation, interviews and document analysis. Teachers at these schools are the subjects of research to understand the practices and strategies they apply to improve student quality and competency. The results of this research reveal that the teacher's role is very important in creating a conducive learning environment, motivating students, and facilitating effective learning. Teachers at Muslim Suka School, Thailand apply a variety of creative and diverse learning strategies, integrate values into lessons, and focus on students' comprehensive development. The findings of this research provide insight into best practices in primary education in schools based in Thailand. The implication of this research is that the role of teachers in developing student competencies is very important and can contribute to better quality education.

Abstract

Limbah Sampah yang tidak dikelola dengan baik dapat memberikan dampak buruk pada lingkungan. Terdapat bermacam jenis sampah yang tidak dikelola dengan baik, salah satunya adalah sampah kertas. Sampah kertas dapat digunakan kembali menjadi sebuah kerajinan tangan sebagai langkah menangulangi sampah, dengan Cara mendaur ulang sampah menjadi karya seni yang bermanfaat. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah untuk melatih kreatifitas siswa-siswi kelas IV, V, VI SDN Bendungan pada mata pelajaran Seni Budaya dengan memanfaatkan limbah kertas menjadi karya seni Kerajinan Tangan yang bermanfaat. Pelatihan dilakukan selama 2 hari yaitu pada tanggal 11-12 Maret 2022, dan bertempat di SDN Bendungan, Kecamatan Ciawi, Kab.Bogor Jawa Barat. Hasil pendampingan pengolahan limbah kertas menjadi karya seni kerajinan tangan pada siswa-siswi SDN Bendungan dengan respon positif dari guru serta mendapat antusias dari siswa-siswi. Hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari siswa yang aktif bertanya dan ingin terlibat langsung selama proses pelatihan.

Abstract

In the era of globalization which is marked by rapid technological development, education has undergone a significant transformation so it is considered important to innovate learning with coding through the ScracthJr application which aims to increase digital literacy in students and the introduction of coding as a learning method at MI Manba'ul Huda. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach, with data collection through observation and in-depth interviews with teachers, madrasah heads, and students' parents. The results of the study show that the application of coding not only improves students' digital skills but also stimulates critical and logical thinking skills. A total of 57.1% stated that this coding was appropriate to be applied in learning, but as many as 64.3% stated that this coding could improve digital literacy in students while 35.7% expressed doubts. This is because there are difficulties from educators to master the coding, but this is a demand for educators to have more innovative competencies.

Abstract

Membentuk generasi yang berkualitas adalah salah satu peran penting sekolah dan menjadi tanggung jawab lembaga pendidikan. Untuk mendukung siswa yang berkualitas tersebut, lembaga pendidikan harus memberikan fasilitas yang memadai, memiliki manajemen yang baik, sarana prasana yang mendukung dan sumber daya yang kompeten. Meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan merupakan tujuan dari setiap lembaga pendidikan. Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis implementasi pengelolaan kesiswaan dalam peningkatan kualitas pendidikan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian menyatakan bahwa MI Manba’ul Huda adalah sekolah yang menyelenggarakan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler dan mengikutsertakan siswa dalam berbagai kompetisi serta menghasilkan prestasi. Kesimpulannya berdasarkan Instrumen Akreditasi Satuan Pendidikan (IASP) tahun 2020 MI Manba’ul Huda Kota Bandung telah melakukan implementasi pengelolaan kesiswaan dengan baik dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan

Abstract

Menjadi entrepreneur pada masa modernini tidak hanya dilihat dari siapa pemimpinnya melainkan bagaimana kolaborasi dalam tim. Begitupun dengan lembaga pendidikan tidak hanya seorang pemimpin yang bergerak namun adanya kerja sama dengan pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan. Memiliki komunikasi yang baik dan bernegosiasi yang efektif adalah kunci utama dalam mewujudkan tujuan organisasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pemilihan sumber literatur seperti jurnal, buku, artikel, dan sumber terpercaya lainnya yang relevan dengan topik yang dipilih oleh peneliti. Focus penelitian ini tertuju pada bidang pendidikan dan kewirausahaan. Hasil dari penelitian ini kualitas dari para good team player sangat berarti dan esensial dalam tercapainya goals atau keberhasilan organisasi dengan syarat-syarat yang dimiliki seperti mampu berkolaboratif, memiliki empati, komitmen dan dedikasi.

Abstract

The relationship between genius leaders in realizing superior schools or madrasas encouraged the author to conduct research at MIS Zakaria Bandung City. In essence, humans on this earth are leaders. The Principal of the School/Madrasah and the teacher are a leader for the students. Being a leader is not enough if you only rely on intelligence from the academic side, but you must have social and emotional sensitivity, and have the ability to regulate, direct, and influence someone's actions. This research aims to find out the characteristics of genius leaders and their relationship with superior schools or madrasas. This research method is included in the quantitative descriptive research method. The data collection techniques used are in the form of questionnaires and interviews. The results of the study show that there is a link between genius leaders and superior schools or madrasas. This is evidenced by the score obtained is 75 or the percentage is 81%. The qualification percentage score of 81% is in the good category. So it can be concluded that the leadership at MIS Zakaria, precisely in genius leaders, is included in the good category.
