Abstract

ABSTRACTTransportation development for supporting the economic activity of the society must be appropriate with quality. After commuter line Rangkasbitung operating in 2 years, this study aims to find out the level of service quality commuter line Rangkasbitung, and find out the indicators that proposed the improvement for service quality. SERVQUAL and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) used to calculate gap and find the priority indicator depend on the questionnaire that was distributed to 100 passengers. The results of this study indicate that service quality is did notsatisfy yet the customers. All indicators have negative score. Based on the results of the study, indicators that must be proposed the improvement are the accuracy of the scheduled departure and arrival of the train, the responsibility of employee to show priority seats for people with disabilities, pregnant women, the elderly and mothers with young children, as well as safety and comfort in the station and in the train,  safety and comfort when going up and down the train, safety and comfort when move the other railroad platform, the availability of  seats in waiting room, and the availability of priority seats for people with disabilities, pregnant women, the elderly and mothers with young children. Keywords: Service Quality (SERVQUAL); Importance Performance Analysis (IPA); Transportation Service.ABSTRAKPerkembangan transportasi untuk mendukung kegiatan ekonomi masyarakat harus sejalan dengan kualitas layanan yang diberikan. Setelah 2 tahun opersional commuter line Rangkasbitung berjalan, peneliti ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kualitas pelayanan yang dirasakan penumpang dan indikator apa saja yang menjadi penting dan prioritas untuk diperhatikan.  Metode SERVQUAL dan Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) digunakan untuk menjawab masalah penelitian dengan menghitung nilai gap dan indikator prioritas dari kuesioner yang diberikan kepada 100 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukan kualitas layanan jasa commuter line Rangkasbitung menurut persepsi penumpang belum memenuhi harapan yang diinginkan dan belum mampu memuaskan pelanggan. Hal tersebut dilihat dari seluruh indikator yang memiliki nilai gap negatif. Indikator – indikator yang menjadi prioritas utama untuk dilakukan perbaikan yaitu ketepatan jadwal keberangkatan dan tiba commuter line, kesiapan petugas mengarahkan penggunaan kursi prioritas (penyandang cacat, ibu hamil, lansia dan ibu degan anak kecil), keamanan dan kenyamanan pada saat berada di stasiun dan di kereta, keamanan dan kenyamanan pada saat naik dan turun Kereta, keamanandan kenyamanan pada saat berpindah peron, penyediaan kursi di ruang tunggu stasiun, serta ketersediaan kursi prioritas bagi penyandang cacat, ibu hamil, lansia dan ibu dengan anak kecil.Kata Kunci: Kualitas Layanan; Importance Performance Analysis; Jasa Transportasi.

Abstract

Abstrak: Pemerintah telah mengeluarkan aturan melalui Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 69 tahun 1999 dengan mewajibkan pelaku usaha untuk mencantumkan label pada kemasan produknya. Hal ini sering diabaikan termasuk pelaku Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) binaan dari Posyantek Al-Ikhlas. Mayoritas mitra binaannya bermasalah dalam pengemasan produk terutama belum adanya lebel pada kemasan untuk membungkus produk. Padahal mayoritas mitra binaan produksinya berupa makanan. Berdasarkan permasalah ini, maka tujuan dari adanya pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian yaitu meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan (kualitas SDM) pelaku UMKM melalui pelatihan labeling pada kemasan. Program kegiatan pelatihan dan pendampingan dilaksanakan melalui empat tahapan yaitu sosialisasi, persiapan, pelaksanaan kegiatan, serta monitoring dan evaluasi. Hasil dari pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian ini yaitu peningkatan pengetahuan dan terciptanya labeling kemasan produk. Labeling kemasan yang tercipta belum dilengkapi dengan adanya legalitas halal dan ijin produksi, sehingga pada kegiatan pengabdian selanjutnya perlu dilaksanakan pendampingan dalam pembuatan sertifikat halal dan ijin produksi bagi pelaku UMKM Bina Posyantek Al-Ikhlas. Abstract:   The government has issued a rule through Government Regulation No. 69 of 1999 by requiring businesses to include labels on the packaging of their products. This is often overlooked including small and medium-sized micro enterprises (MSMEs) assisted by Posyantek Al-Ikhlas. The majority of its partners have problems in product packaging, especially the lack of label on the packaging to wrap the product. Whereas the majority of its production partners are in the form of food. Based on this problem, the purpose of the implementation of devotion activities is to improve the knowledge and skills (quality of human resources) of MSMEs through labeling training on packaging. The training and mentoring program is carried out through four stages, namely socialization, preparation, implementation of activities, as well as monitoring and evaluation. The result of the implementation of this devotional activity is the improvement of knowledge and the creation of product packaging labeling. The packaging labeling that is created is not equipped with halal legality and production permits so that in the next service activities assistance is needed in making halal certificates and production permits for SMEs Bina Posyantek Al-Ikhlas.

Abstract

AbstractLeadership is one of the sources of strength in a company, where leadership is a factor in the success of the company. Therefore, leadership is an interesting factor to be investigated further, especially in the 5.0 era where leaders must be able to follow the stability of changes in performance from manual to all-digital. This bibliometric research study aims to determine the number of research articles on leadership, build a map of knowledge to determine the extent of research on leadership, to find out the variables that have been widely studied by researchers related to leadership. This bibliometric research was carried out in stages, namely determining initial keywords in the search method, initial research searches, selecting some literature related to leadership science, analyzing research journals with keywords used using the Publish or perish application and Vosviewer. The result of this research is that the field of leadership is divided into four clusters and 24 items from a span of four years. The first cluster consists of Attention, implications, moderating role, motivation, relations, research, researcher, social learning theory, theory. The second cluster is Importance, knowledge, knowledge sharing, mechanism, mediating role, self, transformational leaders. The third cluster includes Authentic leadership, author, impact, meta analysis. The fourth cluster includes job satisfactions, leadership style, nurse, organizational commitment.Keywords: Bibliometric Analysis and Leadership.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) increasingly use digital marketing to increase visibility, competitiveness, and turnover. The methods used in this community service include lectures, question and answer, and promotional simulations with social media. This program aims to train MSMEs in using digital technology for marketing. The discussion in this article is the application of digital marketing strategies and it is hoped that this training will have an impact on the skills of MSMEs players so they can carry promotions effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

MSME players in Tamansari Village, Serang Regency still market their products conventionally. The objectives of this training include obtaining a business permit, making payments with Qris, and displaying business points on GMAPS. The method for carrying out activities in this service is training accompanied by assistance for direct practice and questions and answers. The training activities produced positive outcomes where MSME actors received business permits, registered with Qris, and displayed location points on GMAPS.

Abstract

This research on electronic money aims to determine the factors that influence purchasing decisions. The factors is benefits, convenience and security factors. Of these three factors, which factor has the most influence on purchasing decisions using Gopay. The method used in this study was through a questionnaire distributed to 55 respondents consisting of employees and students of the University of Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa ranging in age from 17 to 50 years. Male respondents were 48.1 percent, while female respondents were 51.9 percent. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple linear regression. The results of the Summery model on SPSS, the amount of adjusted R² is 0.582, 58.2 percent of the variation in purchasing decisions can be explained by variations of the three independent variables, namely the benefit factor, the convenience factor and the safety factor. While the remaining 41.8 percent is explained by other reasons outside the model. The results of this study include the benefits and security factors significantly influence the purchase decision.

Abstract

Smoking behavior is one of the main causes of death from dangerous diseases in various countries, including Indonesia, which records more than 200 thousand deaths per year. To reduce cigarette consumption, a demarketing strategy can be applied with the aim of reducing the demand for dangerous products. This study aims to develop a more complete smoking behavior demarketing model, including the variables Product, Price, Place, Promotion, Reference Group, Attitude towards smoking, and Smoking behavior. This study also formulates a demarketing strategy based on the results of testing the model. Several relationships between variables, such as the influence of the marketing mix (4Ps) and reference groups on smoking attitudes and behavior, still lack empirical exploration. Previous studies also tend to stop testing smoking intentions without directly measuring smoking behavior. This study fills the gap by adding reference groups as important variables and directly testing the influence of various variables on smoking behavior. The questionnaire was distributed to active smokers with a total of 592 smokers. Furthermore, the data collected was analyzed using SEM. The research findings show that product, price, promotion, and reference group influence smoking attitudes and behavior. While the place has no effect. Meanwhile, price influences smoking attitudes, but not smoking behavior. It appears that reference groups have the greatest influence on smoking behavior followed by promotion. Based on these findings, several strategies can be formulated to suppress smoking behavior. Keywords: demarketing, marketing mix, reference group, smoking attitude, smoking behavior.
