Abstract

The background for this community service activity is the information that most micro-entrepreneurs in Banten do not know how to keep financial records/bookkeeping of their business. Based on this, training activities and bookkeeping assistance were carried out for micro businesses in Banten, especially in Serang Regency, Serang City, and South Tangerang City. The training was given to 20 micro-entrepreneurs in the Regency/City, with the stages of providing material on simple bookkeeping, as well as providing assistance for the preparation of the bookkeeping. The result of this activity is that the micro business community feels helped and can prepare simple financial reports.

Abstract

Lontar Villages in Tangerang Regency with various potentials including marine fisheries and agriculture. The results of community fishing and farming activities are usually sold directly to middlemen so that the profits obtained by the community are less than optimal. Lontar village communities who still lack knowledge and skills in marketing their business need assistance in utilizing digital media. Most people have cellphones and an internet network. Based on these shortcomings and potential, this article aims to determine the role of digitalization for entrepreneurship in Lontar village. The implementation method is carried out through stages (1) Planning and preparation (2) Implementation of workshops and training (3) Evaluation. The result of this training is that the role of digitalization in theory for entrepreneurship is very important. As for its application to community businesses, it is used to improve the marketing of its products and to obtain better profits from these economic activities. The results can be used to focus the use of certain social media that are relevant to the target market.

Abstract

Studi ini menyelidiki bagaimana disiplin dan profesionalisme mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan di perusahaan. Untuk efisiensi maksimal, perusahaan harus meningkatkan sumber daya manusia mereka. Disiplin kerja yang tinggi dikaitkan dengan kinerja yang efektif dan efisien, sementara profesionalisme mencakup keterampilan dan kemampuan yang diperlukan untuk memenuhi tanggung jawab pekerjaan dengan standar tinggi. Studi ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan menganalisis berbagai jurnal penelitian yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa profesionalisme dan disiplin memiliki efek yang baik dan signifikan pada kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that affect employee productivity. The research was conducted at the Kantor Pelayanan Kekayaan Negara dan Lelang (KPKNL) in Pekalongan City. The research respondents were 32 KPKNL employees taken based on the survey method using a questionnaire instrument. Data analysis using Multiple Linear Regression. The results showed that the training and skills variables positively affected work productivity, while motivation did not affect work productivity.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) increasingly use digital marketing to increase visibility, competitiveness, and turnover. The methods used in this community service include lectures, question and answer, and promotional simulations with social media. This program aims to train MSMEs in using digital technology for marketing. The discussion in this article is the application of digital marketing strategies and it is hoped that this training will have an impact on the skills of MSMEs players so they can carry promotions effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

Taxes are a state's primary revenue source and are crucial to national development. However, public awareness of the importance of taxes remains low among the younger generation. Therefore, early tax education is essential to understand and be aware of tax obligations. This article discusses a community service activity in the form of tax socialization for elementary school students in Serang, Banten, using an interactive and engaging approach. The methods include short lectures, educational games, and simple tax-related simulations. Evaluation results demonstrate an improvement in students' understanding of tax concepts and their benefits for development. This initiative is expected to serve as an initial step in building early tax awareness and encouraging active participation of the younger generation in contributing to national development.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas pengaruh Social Media Marketing (SMM), Brand Awareness (BA), dan Customer Engagement (CE) terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen. Dalam era digital yang semakin berkembang, pentingnya strategi pemasaran yang tepat melalui media sosial menjadi kian signifikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi untuk mengeksplorasi hubungan antara SMM dan keputusan pembelian, serta peran mediasi yang dimainkan oleh BA dan pengaruh moderasi yang dihasilkan oleh CE. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa SMM memiliki dampak positif yang signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, di mana BA bertindak sebagai variabel intervening yang memperkuat pengaruh SMM, sementara CE juga berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan efektivitas SMM. Dengan demikian, pemilik usaha disarankan untuk mengoptimalkan strategi pemasaran menggunakan media sosial dan menciptakan konten yang menarik serta membangun hubungan yang baik dengan konsumen untuk meningkatkan penjualan. Hasil ilmiah ini memberikan wawasan berharga bagi produsen dan pemasar dalam merumuskan strategi yang lebih efektif dalam mempengaruhi preferensi dan keputusan pembelian konsumen.
