Abstract

Tujuan  dari penelitian ini adalah : 1) Untuk  mengetahui penerapan  Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia (MSDM) dalam meningkatkan produktivitas kerja Medical Representative PT. Otto Pharmaceutical Industries cabang Sorong. 2) Untuk mengetahui nilai-nilai MSDM  yang  berpengaruh   terhadap produktivitas kerja Medical Representative pada PT. Otto Pharmaceutical Industries  cabang Sorong. 3) Untuk mengetahui kendala-kendala apa saja yang dihadapi dalam penerapan Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia terhadap peningkatan produktivitas kerja Medical Representative pada PT. Otto Pharmaceutical Industries cabang Sorong. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kota Sorong, sedangkan objek penelitian  adalah  pihak yang diteliti, yaitu seluruh karyawan  pada  PT. Otto Pharmaceutical Industries cabang Sorong. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara,dokumentasi, dan observasi. Jenis dan sumber data yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh para pimpinan adalah bagaimana  dapat meningkatkan produktivitas kerja karyawannya sehingga dapat mendukung keberhasilan pencapaian tujuan perusahaan. Untuk itu  pengelolaan  sumber daya manusia sangat erat kaitannya dengan pencapaian tujuan tersebut. Karena semakin baik pengelolaan sumber daya manusia (tenaga kerja) maka semakin baik pula pengelolaan sumber daya yang lain,  dan sebaliknya semakin buruk pengelolaan sumber daya manusia maka hal itu akan berakibat pengelolaan sumber daya  yang lain akan semakin buruk.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the role of Muhammadiyah's higher-educational institutions in fostering religious tolerance in West Papua. Applying the qualitative method, this research is conducted in three Muham­­­ma­diyah higher-educational institutions in West Papua i.e., Universitas Muham­madiyah Sorong (UM Sorong) Sorong City, Uni­versitas Pendidikan Muham­madiyah Sorong (UNIMUDA) Sorong Regency, and Sekolah Tinggi Keguruan dan Ilmu Pen­didikan (STKIP) Muham­ma­diyah Manok­wari. The results showed that Muham­ma­diyah’s higher-educational institutions are inclusive in terms of spiritual understanding. In fostering religious tolerance there are three approaches taken by the three Muhammadiyah higher-educational institutions in West Papua: 1) social approach, 2) cultural approach, and 3) excellent service approaches. The strategies implemented the role includes: 1) dissem­ina­ting Muham­madiyah’s vision and mission, 2) inculcating tolerance values since the beginning of students joining Muham­madiyah higher-educational institutions, 3) strengthening tolerance value by lecturing processes, conducting, sharing sessions both formally and informally, and 4) empowering student activity units and other facilities that support multicultural student interaction processes.

Abstract

Planning and implementation of Village Fund Allocation activities, has shown an accountable and transparent management. Meanwhile, in terms of accountability, the physical results have shown an accountable and transparent implementation, but from the administrative side, further guidance is still needed, because it is not fully in accordance with the provisions. The main obstacle is the ineffectiveness of fostering village government officials and human resource competencies, so that they still need assistance from local government officials on an ongoing basis. This study aims to describe the management of village funds in terms of the management of village fund allocations that have not been in accordance with applicable regulations. The research method using qualitative. Data collection techniques by observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques, the data collected in this study, both primary data and secondary data were re-examined in order to determine the completeness of the data obtained. The results of this study indicate that for the planning and implementation of development activities, community empowerment in Fafi Village, Mariat District which utilizes village funds, lacks optimization of management, but in terms of being responsible for the physical results and effectiveness of the use of development that is felt by the community is also lacking. The main obstacles in utilizing village funds in Fafi Village, Mariat District, Sorong Regency are inadequate infrastructure and lack of socialization to the community so that they still need assistance from the District Government officials on an ongoing basis.
