Abstract

Batik Indonesia sangat terkenal tidak hanya di Indonesia, keunikannya juga diakui oleh dunia. Jawa Tengah merupakan salah satu provinsi yang menjadi penghasil batik terbesar di Indonesia. Perkembangan industri batik di daerah Jawa Tengah yang semakin berkembang diiringi dengan inovasi batik menjadi berbagai produk fashion kekinian. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis industri kreatif sebagai fashion melalui inovasi batik di 4 Kota Jawa Tengah. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif. Data yang dikumpulkan adalah data sekunder dengan memanfaatkan berbagai literatur online untuk mendapatkan informasi dan data penelitian yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa di daerah Jawa Tengah, batik telah banyak dikembangkan menjadi industri kreatif sebagai fashion seperti di daerah Jepara, Karanganyar, Pekalongan, dan Solo. Fashion yang dihasilkan seperti tote bag, tas, topi, sepatu, hijab, dompet, syal, ikat pinggang, sandal, kemeja, dan celana.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Banyaknya pelaku penyebar konten pornografi di sosial media membuat masyarakat resah. Pornografi adalah sesuatu yang memuat unsur seksual dan melanggar norma kesusilaan dalam masyarakat. Di Indonesia sendiri telah banyak peraturan perundang undangan yang membahas mengenai tindak pornogrfi ini sendiri. Ketentuan pidana mengenai pornografi juga telah diatur dalam Pasal 29 UU No 44/2008 Tentang Pornografi. Ketentuan ketentuan mengenai pornografi ini juga di bbahas di beberapa undang undang, diantaranya ada pada KUHP dan juga pada Undang-undang Nomor 19 Tahun 2016 Tentang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik (ITE). Penulisan ini di lakukan untuk mengetahui mengenai bagaimana sanksi pidana bagi pelaku penuyebarluasn konten pornografi dan juga mengetahui bagaimana perlindungan hukum bagi korban penyebarluasan konten pornografi.   Kata Kunci: Pornografi, Perlindungan, Sanksi     ABSTRACT The large number of perpetrators of spreading pornographic content on social media makes people uneasy. Pornography is something that contains sexual elements and violates the norms of decency in society. In Indonesia itself, there are many laws and regulations that discuss pornography itself. Criminal provisions regarding pornography have also been regulated in Article 29 of Law No. 44/2008 concerning Pornography. The provisions regarding pornography are also discussed in several laws, including those in the Criminal Code and also in Law Number 19 of 2016 Concerning Information and Electronic Transactions (ITE). This writing is done to find out about criminal sanctions for perpetrators of spreading pornographic content and also to find out how legal protection is for victims of pornographic content dissemination. Abstract

Employee performance is a benchmark used by the organization in reflecting its success. Employees can be considered successful if they are able to complete the tasks assigned by the organization. However, there are several factors that can affect employee performance which in turn can have a good / bad impact on the organization. one of those factors is motivation and job training. providing motivation to employees is the obligation of the leadership so that employees are able to increase work productivity. Companies usually prepare each employee to get to know their job better and continue to provide learning guidance in the long run. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence between work motivation and job training on employee performance in the management department of the Management study program of the College of Business Management Multi Sarana Management Administration and Engineering Technology (STMB MULTISMART) Medan. The research method used is quantitative research method where the sampling technique used is saturated sampling technique or census. The results showed that motivation is able to contribute to employee performance, meaning that motivation plays an important role in shaping employee productivity. Therefore, employees who have high motivation tend to be more productive towards employee performance. Job training is able to contribute to employee performance where the more job training provided to employees, the higher employee performance, so that with an increase in employee performance it can improve company development.

Abstract

This research conducts a systematic literature review, adopting the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses guidelines, to examine the impact of green building implementation on health and well-being of users in Indonesia. The aim is to systematically categorize and analyze both the positive and negative effects of green building practices on occupants while identifying specific challenges that influence occupant comfort and safety. After analyzing articles from 2018 to 2023, a total of 15 papers were identified as primary resources for this study. The research found that green buildings have both positive and negative impacts. Positive impacts include minimal air pollution, good natural lighting, cool natural ventilation, and reduced noise disturbance. There are negative impacts such as insufficient natural lighting and ventilation in some areas, high noise levels, and security issues. This research provides insights for improving green building concepts to better support public health and occupational safety. By considering these impacts, future building environments can be designed to be healthier and more conducive to promoting public health and well-being. Future research should address operational challenges by exploring hybrid systems that integrate natural and artificial elements for consistent comfort, along with innovative solutions for noise and wildlife control.

Abstract

This research investigates how accounting conservatism in BEI manufacturing companies from 2019 to 2021 is impacted by size, risk, capital intensity and ownership structure. Over 3 years, 78 companies were selected using the purposive sampling method. This 2019-2021 research was carried out using SPSS, and multiple linear regression, descriptive tests, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, F test, T test, and coefficient of determination. This research also found that company size, risk, capital intensity and ownership structure have an impact on accounting conservatism in manufacturing companies on the IDX.

Abstract

Kasus kekerasan dalam rumah tangga kerap kali terjadi. Korbannya pun bukan hanya terjadi pada pihak perempuan (istri), melainkan juga terjadi pada anak-anak. Pelaku kekerasan dalam rumah tangga pada umumnya adalah orang atau kerabat dekat maupun anggota keluarga sendiri. Kekerasan dalam rumah tangga diatur dalam Undang-Undang No. 23 Tahun 2004. Dalam Undang-undang tersebut diatur tentang Penghapusan Kekerasan Dalam Rumah Tangga (KDRT) Terhadap Perempuan dan Anak. Dampak yang timbul akibat kekerasan dalam rumah tangga sangat merugikan bagi korban. Selain melukai secara fisik, kekerasan tersebut juga melukai secara psikis
