Abstract

The number of beach tourism in the Serang Regency or Anyer beach region and the diversity of the desires of every tourist, then tourists are required knowledge of traveling in terms of choosing the desired tourist location. For tourists who already have the experience of traveling on the Anyer beach, it is not too difficult to determine the desired tourist location, but most tourists who do not have the tourist experience on the Anyer beach will have difficulty being able to determine the expected beach tourism location. This study aims to provide recommendations of 24 Anyer beach tourist attractions to tourists. Recommendations generated using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method using 12 criteria. The results of this study are in the form of applications that can be accessed online. The application can produce appropriate recommendations for tourists in the form of alternative beach tourism along with details such as the name of the beach tour, address, coordinates of Google Maps, photos of the state of beach tourism and the price of admission.

Abstract

Al-Qur'an is the Holy Book which is the main and first source in Islamic teachings. It is important for us as Muslims to learn about how to read the Qur'an properly. This research  uses two method approach namely Multimedia System Development method and learning method used is to use Tartil method. By using this two-method approach it is hoped that it will be more interesting for students to read and be able to accelerate how to read the Qur'an properly. The results of this research are in the form of an android-based application that can help to learn and read the Al-Qur?an properly. This application is tested using the Black Box method that shows all functions are running properly 100% according to what is expected.. The results show 85% progressed after using the application and only 15% did not progress.

Abstract

Gaya belajar adalah cara individu untuk menyerap informasi. Dalam perguruan tinggi banyak kegiatan yang dibutuhkannya kemampuan dalam menyerap informasi seperti ketika dosen memberikan materi, sehingga gaya belajar perlu diperhatikan. Dalam penyampaian informai yang diberikan oleh dosen ditemukannya permasalahan dan kebutuhan terkait hal tersebut, yaitu belum tersedianya penentuan klasifikasi gaya belajar pada mahasiswa. Yang mana sekarang ini dosen mengalami kesulitan dalam memberikan penilaian pencapaian kemampuan terhadap mahasiswa berdasarkan kriteria dari gaya belajar dan mengklasifikasikannya, dan  juga untuk  meningkatkan kualitas metode pembelajaran. Adapun saran  yang diberikan untuk tercapainya  tujuan dan  mengatasi permasalahan tersebut yaitu dirancangnya  klasifikasi  gaya belajar pada mahasiswa dan pengolahan data yang dilakukan menggunakan komputer. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Algoritma C4.5. Algoritma C4.5 termasuk dalam klasifikasi berbasis Decision Tree, yang mana algoritma C4.5 merupakan metode yang dapat menangani fitur dengan tipe numerik. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu klasifikasi dengan mengimplementasikan Algoritma C4.5 yang dapat mengetahui kemampuan gaya belajar pada mahasiswa, berdasarkan kriteria yang sudah ditetapkan, sehingga klasifikasi ini dapat semakin mudah, efektif, dan efisien. Manfaat dari hasil klasifikasi ini dapat membantu dosen mengetahui gaya belajar pada mahasiswa untuk dijadikan pertimbangan penilaian dan metode pembelajaran di kelas.

Abstract

Community service program was carried out in the Kubang Sepat Inpres area, Cibeber Subdistrict, Cilegon City. This program aimed to enhance the capacity of MSME (UMKM) actors in product innovation, business legality, and digital marketing strategies. The implementation methods included observation, interviews, and documentation. Over eight meetings, MSME actors received direct training in creating Business Identification Numbers (NIB), promotional design (banners), product documentation, and website development as a digital marketing medium. The results showed that MSME actors had a better understanding of the importance of business legality and were able to utilize digital technology to expand their market reach. Additionally, MSME products became more visually appealing and accessible to consumers. This program had a positive impact on improving the quality of business operations and the professionalism of MSME actors.

Abstract

Determining a college major is an important decision that students often make without objective consideration, risking a mismatch between interests and abilities, which can ultimately lead to changing majors or dropping out. This research aims to design and implement a web-based Decision Support System (DSS) capable of providing objective major recommendations by considering students' academic abilities. The Weighted Product (WP) method was chosen due to its capability in handling multi-criteria problems with proportional weighting and automatic normalization. The system was developed using a technology stack of PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with XAMPP as the local server. Data was collected from 30 students of grade XII Science program at SMAN 8 Kota Serang, covering scores from six subjects (Mathematics, English, Indonesian, Physics, Chemistry, Biology) and five alternative engineering majors (Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Informatics). Testing results show that the system can generate major recommendations in less than 2 seconds. Accuracy evaluation using blackbox testing and cross-validation between final grades and try-out scores resulted in a compatibility rate of 36.67% for recommendations based on try-out scores, which is statistically more accurate compared to final grade-based recommendations (with 63.33% incompatibility). These findings indicate that try-out data is more representative in predicting academic potential for university admission. This system has proven to be effective, efficient, and has significant potential to be adopted by educational institutions as a data-based counseling tool
