Abstract

Social injustice has been exposed to the surface which results in communities that do not prosper together. It is said that they are not prosperous together, considering that the strong social class is in a condition that remains prosperous while the weak ones remain in a state of not prosperity, while both the strong and weak social classes are compatriots who are bound by regulations rooted in Yahweh which want justice and prosperity to be upheld. In other words, a good community character is wanted to be achieved, namely the character of a community that does not like the existence or strengthens conditions of poverty and injustice. The development of social and economic conditions in Israel changed when social classes were formed. The socio-economic structure that was created bringing the problems of poverty began to strengthen in reality. It is predicted not because of the financial economy that was not visible in later Israeli life, for the side-by-side resilience of a financial economic system and a principal of the barter system or the exchange of goods while in Palestine at its inception. But a change in social and economic structure in Israel since the period of the kingdom which experienced rapid development, including increasing state taxes, is burdening the economic life of the rural peasants. This condition felt the need for economic liberation.

Abstract

Christian leadership is also required to positively or positively impact the social environment. Christian leadership exists to respect each other between religions in society and social communities and to maintain mutual feelings between religious communities to avoid friction between religious communities. Using a descriptive qualitative method, it can be concluded that integrating Christian values into the leadership of Christian leaders can be an effective instrument in building a just, harmonious, and peaceful community, as well as creating an environment that promotes harmony, mutual respect, and mutual prosperity. Moreover, harmony is the foundation of Christian leadership, which must emulate what Jesus did in actualizing his leadership. And, of course, Christian Values in Leadership must be practically implemented in God's people and social communities. Abstrak Kepemimpinan kristiani juga dituntut untuk membawa pengaruh positif atau berdampak baik dalam lingkungan sosial. Sebab kepemimpinan kristiani ada untuk saling hormat menghormati antar agama di dalam masyarakat, dan komunitas sosial, dan untuk saling menjaga perasaan antar umat beragama untuk menghindari adanya gesekan antar umat beragama. Menggunakan metode kualitatif deskritif maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai Kristen ke dalam kepemimpinan pemimpin Kristen dapat menjadi instrumen yang efektif dalam membangun komunitas yang adil, harmonis, dan berdamaian, serta menciptakan lingkungan yang mempromosikan kerukunan, saling menghargai, dan kesejahteraan bersama. Terlebih dengan jelas bahwa kerukunan sebagai Fondasi Kepemimpinan kristiani yang harus meneladani apa yang Yesus lakukan dalam mengaktualisasikan kepemimpinannya. Dan tentunya harus diimplementasi secara praktis Nilai-nilai Kristen dalam Kepemimpinan kepada umat Tuhan dan komunitas sosial.

Abstract

The presence of Toki Batu music in Ulahahan Village as a cultural product cannot be separated from the musical narrative of the Maluku people, which has been part of social and cultural life since ancient times. This study aims to explain the concept of inclusiveness within the group and its functional role in society as an inclusive music community. The research method uses a descriptive qualitative with an ethnographic approach. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, semi-structured interviews, and documentation. The study results explain that the concept of inclusiveness in the Ulahahan Babatu Orchestra community lies in membership open to people from various backgrounds, both children and adults. The Community also does not provide special requirements to be able to join the group because Toki Batu’s music belongs to the Community, and anyone should be able to contribute. The leadership style used is based on local culture by adopting respect for elders. As a result, the leader is someone who is older and more experienced in community management rather than someone who has mastered music. Functionally the role of the Toki Batu music community revives community creativity and influences collectively in various fields such as recreational, educational, communication and religious facilities.

Abstract

The development of progress in the digital era that continues to increase significantly has a positive impact on the utilization of technology in everyday life. These technological advances have penetrated various aspects, including spiritual practices in the dimensions of faith and passion for worship. However, there are still problems in utilizing digital media, content, and the quality of human resources to support faith development and increase the passion for worship. This research aims to examine the role of digital media in optimizing faith development and increasing worship motivation among Christians. By using a qualitative method with a literature study approach, conclusions are drawn that emphasize the importance of utilizing digital media to increase the accessibility of worship. This is because digital content that supports faith development and is aligned with digital media has great potential in optimizing worship passion, provided that the content presented follows religious values and supports spiritual goals. Of course, this results in social interaction within the digital community to increase spiritual engagement for the sake of sustainable worship. Abstrak Perkembangan dari kemajuan di era digital yang terus meningkat signifikan membawa dampak positif dalam pemanfaatan teknologi dikehidupan sehari-hari. Kemajuan teknologi tersebut telah merambah berbagai aspek, termasuk dalam praktik spiritual dalam dimensi iman dan gairah beribadah. Namun, masih terdapat persoalan dalam memanfaatkan media digital, konten dan kualitas sumber daya manusia untuk mendukung pembinaan iman dan meningkatkan gairah beribadah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji peran media digital dalam mengoptimalkan pembinaan iman dan meningkatkan motivasi ibadah di kalangan kekristenan. Dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi literature, didapat kesimpulan yang menekankan pentingnya pemanfaatan media digital untuk meningkatkan aksesibilitas ibadah. Ini dikarenakan adanya konten digital yang mendukung pembinaan iman dan selaras dengan media digital memiliki potensi besar dalam mengoptimalkan gairah ibadah, dengan syarat bahwa konten yang disajikan sesuai dengan nilai-nilai agama dan mendukung tujuan spiritualitas. Tentunya hal ini mengakibatkan adanya interaksi sosial dalam komunitas digital untuk meningkatkan keterlibatan spiritual demi gairah ibadah secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This study analyzes Psalm 37 through the lens of liberation hermeneutics, the theology of suffering, and Midrash Tehillim. The findings reveal that the promise of land inheritance for the righteous is not merely an eschatological comfort but a subversive social critique against structures of injustice. The acrostic structure emphasizes God’s order amid social chaos, while Midrash Tehillim teaches that theological protest is a valid expression of faith. The suffering of the righteous is understood as part of God's solidarity, who shares in humanity’s pain. Thus, Psalm 37 calls the church to become an empathetic agent of change, embodying social justice and strengthening believers’ faith. This message is relevant to modern contexts marked by social and economic inequality. This research highlights that experiences of suffering are not just pain, but also a call to action, involving participation in God’s mission of peace and justice in a broken world.   Abstrak Penelitian ini menganalisis Mazmur 37 dengan pendekatan hermeneutika pembebasan, teologi luka, dan Midrash Tehillim. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa janji pewarisan tanah bagi orang benar bukan hanya penghiburan eskatologis, melainkan kritik sosial subversif terhadap struktur ketidakadilan. Struktur akrostik menegaskan keteraturan Allah di tengah kekacauan sosial, sementara Midrash Tehillim mengajarkan bahwa protes teologis adalah bentuk iman yang sahih. Penderitaan orang benar dipahami sebagai bagian dari solidaritas Allah yang turut merasakan penderitaan umat. Dengan demikian, Mazmur 37 mengundang gereja untuk menjadi agen perubahan yang empatik, menghadirkan keadilan sosial dan meneguhkan iman umat. Pesan ini relevan bagi konteks modern yang sarat dengan ketimpangan sosial dan ekonomi. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa pengalaman luka bukan sekadar penderitaan, tetapi juga panggilan untuk bertindak menghadirkan damai sejahtera Allah di tengah dunia yang penuh ketidakadilan.
