Abstract

Background: High transmission of HIV from mother to child can contribute to an increase in the number of pandemic events. Transmission of HIV from mother to baby can be prevented by the PMTCT (Prevention of Mother to Child HIV Transmission) program. The purpose of this study is to analyze the implementation of PMTCT program policies by midwives.Subjects and Method: The design used in this study was observational analytic with cross sectional approach. The number of samples is 184 subjects. The sampling was done using total sampling. The independent variables included midwives' knowledge, midwife's age, job satisfac­tion, team performance, work environment, community support, training, and length of work. Meanwhile, the dependent variable is the implementation of PMTCT policies. Variable data collec­tion was performed using a questionnaire and analyzed using multilevel analysis with Stata 13.Results: The implementation of PMTCT policies increased influenced by period of working ≥8 years (b= 0.50; 95% CI= 0.61 to 0.85; p= 0.004), training ≥2 times (b= 0.44; 95% CI= -0.13 to 0.76; p= 0.005), good midwife knowledge (b= 0.65; 95% CI= 0.36 to 0.93; p<0.001), midwife satisfaction is good (b= 0.05; 95% CI= -0.21 to 0.31; p= 0.694), and midwife performance is good (b= 0.59; 95% CI= 0.25 to 0.93; p= 0.001). The implementation of PMTCT policies decreased influenced by bad working environment (b= -0.09; 95% CI= -0.36 to 0.16; p= 0.451), age ≥35 years (b= -0.51; 95% CI= -0.80 to -0.24; p<0.001), and small community support (b= -0.06; 95% CI= -0.38 to 0.25; p= 0.692). Public health ceneters have weak contextual influence on the implementa­tion of PMTCT program policies with ICC= 6.6%.Conclusion:The midwife's period of work, knowledge, training, midwife's performance, and midwife's satisfaction improve PMTCT implementation. Abstract

The relationship between lines is one of the materials that is difficult for students to understand, because students must be able to think at a higher level, namely analyzing problems, reasoning, drawing, determining point projections on the plane, and determining auxiliary planes to find the distance from the point to the plane. Therefore, one way that can be used to help students understand the distance material on the relationship between lines is to use Kubinov. Kubinov is a teaching aid that is designed to adjust the shape of the questions on the KD relationship between point lines to the plane, especially in the shape of a cube. This study aims to describe the implementation of Kubinov media based on Project Based Learning (PJBL), as well as describe the results and impacts of using Kubinov media based on PJBL as a learning strategy in distance material on the relationship between lines. The results of using Kubinov in learning are very helpful for students to understand material concepts, improve reasoning, generate motivation and student learning outcomes. After using Kubinov increased, student learning outcomes showed an average of 87 in the distance material on the relationship between lines. Before using Kubinov, the average student was only 45

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penggunaan media digital dalam pembelajaran daring pada Program Kesetaraan Paket C di PKBM Asy-Syarwani, Kabupaten Ponorogo, dengan fokus utama pada penerapan media seperti Google Form, PowerPoint, dan WhatsApp. Dalam penelitian ini, rumusan masalah yang diangkat adalah bagaimana penerapan media digital tersebut dalam pembelajaran daring dapat mendukung kebutuhan warga belajar secara optimal. Penelitian ini berusaha untuk mengeksplorasi secara mendalam bagaimana media digital ini digunakan untuk mendukung proses pembelajaran yang efektif dan efisien. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, yang mengutamakan pemahaman mendalam tentang fenomena yang diteliti, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada lima komponen utama dalam pemilihan media yang berpengaruh besar terhadap efektivitas pembelajaran daring, yaitu relevansi media dengan tujuan pembelajaran dan karakteristik peserta didik, kemampuan pengajar dalam menggunakan media, kemudahan penggunaan media, ketersediaan sarana dan prasarata, serta kebermanfaatan media. Pembelajaran daring di PKBM Asy-Syarwani dilaksanakan melalui tiga tahap utama, yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Media yang digunakan, seperti Google Form, WhatsApp, dan PowerPoint terbukti efektif dalam menyampaikan materi, memberikan tugas, serta melaksanakan evaluasi, yang diikuti dengan ujian akhir semester untuk menilai pemahaman peserta didik secara menyeluruh. Kesimpulannya, Pemanfaatan media digital seperti Google Form, WhatsApp, dan PowerPoint efektif mendukung pembelajaran daring yang fleksibel dan dapat diakses kapan saja. Penerapan media yang tepat membuat pembelajaran di PKBM Asy-Syarwani berjalan lancar dan memberikan hasil maksimal, serta meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan bagi warga belajar
