Abstract

Pemilihan agregat dalam konstruksi perkerasn jalan umumnya menggunakan material yang berasal dari lokasi setempat. Hal ini dilakukan untuk efisiensi dalam segi pembiayaan dan meningkatkan potensi penggunaan material sekitar. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menentukan karakteristik campuran perkerasan HRS-WC dengan bottom ash sebagai pengganti agregat halus. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen di laboratorium. Komposisi bottom ash yang digunakan dalam campuran aspal sebesar 0%, 20%, 40%, 60%, 80%, dan 100%. Penelitian menggunakan variasi kadar aspal 5%, 5,5%, 6%, 6,5% dan 7 %. Setiap kadar aspal dengan variasi bottom ash dibuat dua benda uji, sehingga total benda uji berjumlah 60 buah. Selanjutnya dilakukan uji kuat tarik tidak langsung pada tiap benda uji dan dilakukan analisis dengan metode deskriptif analitis dan korelasi. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan nilai stabilitas 1686,74 kg pada kadar aspal 6%  dengan variasi bottom ash 20%. Nilai flow 8,49 mm pada kadar aspal 7% dengan variasi bottom ash 100%. Nilai VIM 8,82 pada kadar aspal 5% denan variasi bottom ash 100%. Nilai VMA 18,22 pada kadar aspal 7% dengan variasi bottom ash 100%. Nilai VFB 72,82 pada kadar aspal 7% dengan variasi bottom ash 0%. Dan nilai Marshall Quetient 363,93 kg/mm pada kadar aspal 6% dengan variasi bottom ash 0%.  Kata Kunci: Perkerasan Aspal, HRS-WC, Limbah Bottom Ash

Abstract

Preservasi jalan Weda Sagea diharapkan mampu menghubungkan jalan lintas antarkabupaten kota di daratan Halmahera. Pekerjaan preservasi ruas jalan ini diharapkan dapat selesai sesuai dengan waktu pelaksanaan yang tertuang dalam kontrak. Lokasi penelitian adalah Kabupaten Halmahera Tengah, pada ruas jalan Weda – Sagea, Kementerian Pekerjaan Umum Dan Perumahan Rakyat Direktorat Jendral Bina Marga Balai Pelaksanaan Jalan Nasional Maluku Utara. Lokasi penanganan preservasi jalan Weda – Sagea tepatnya berada dari STA 00+000 sampai dengan STA 53+500 dari Weda. Dalam penelitian ini, dilakukan survei menggunakan kuesioner terhadap tenaga kerja di proyek. Faktor keterlambatan yang dipertimbangkan dalam pengumpulan data diperoleh berdasarkan studi literatur. Analisis faktor dan pemeringkatan dilakukan untuk melihat faktor yang memiliki nilai yang paling signifikan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan 3 faktor dengan peringkat tertinggi penyebab keterlambatan proyek Weda-Sagea adalah perubahan kontrak (Addendum) yang belum selesai; jadwal pelaksanaan yang kurang baik; dan lambatnya gambar review design.

Abstract

The city of Tidore Islands is a city whose characteristics are islands, in order to be accessible to other places it has developed itself in the port sector. Where in its development, researchers see the need for community perception as an external basis for determining the development priority scale. This research aims to analyze customer satisfaction and analyze the attributes corrected by Speed ​​Rum Harbor. The sampling method used is accidental sampling and the analysis methods used are Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). The results showed that Customer satisfaction measurement is 55,51%, it means that customers are quite satisfied. Attributes that need to be improved are of the toilet and waiting room.

Abstract

Sea transport is one of the modes of transport providing great benefits such as a wide range, tariffs that are affordable to the public, safe and comfortable. To support the integration of the implementation of intermodal transport, it is necessary to integrate the service network, and the transportation infrastructure network. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of intermodal transportation services at Kupal Port, Bacan Island, South Halmahera Regency and the analysis method used was the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method and the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). The results of the study obtained the average satisfaction index value of Kupal Feeder Port service users on 16 (sixteen) service factors or attributes of 78.97 percent in the satisfied criteria.

Abstract

Unsafe road user behavior is something that can affect the implementation of transportation as data from the police states that 61% of accidents are caused by human factors. This study aims to determine the types and factors that cause violations committed by road users who have passed intersection three (Jalan Hasan Esa-Jalan Ahmad Yani) and (Jalan Pemuda-Jalan A.M Kamaruddin) along with the handling of these violations. The results of the analysis found that the most common type of violation was not using a rear helmet by 88.8% caused by not having a helmet. Meanwhile, based on the analysis with the AHP method, the violation that must be prioritized in handling is against the flow with priority alternative handling, including education, sanctions and training.
