Abstract

Pasar Rukoh merupakan pasar tradisional yang berlokasi di Kecamatan Syiah Kuala, Kota Banda Aceh, yang menjual berbagai kebutuhan rumah tangga seperti sayuran, ikan, dan ayam. Proses jual beli di pasar ini dilakukan secara tunai, di mana pedagang membeli barang dari supplier dalam jumlah besar untuk mendapatkan harga grosir. Namun, masalah utama yang dihadapi pedagang adalah ketidakstabilan harga dan kesulitan menemukan supplier tangan pertama. Ketidakstabilan harga menyebabkan pedagang sering merugi karena harus menjual barang dengan keuntungan kecil, sementara kesulitan akses ke supplier tangan pertama membuat harga barang menjadi lebih mahal. Penumpukan barang di tempat penyimpanan juga menjadi masalah serius karena barang yang tidak terjual dapat menimbulkan kerugian lebih besar. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, penelitian ini mengusulkan perancangan sistem informasi berbasis website menggunakan framework CodeIgniter, bahasa pemrograman PHP, dan database MySQL. Sistem ini dirancang untuk menghubungkan pedagang langsung dengan supplier tangan pertama, seperti petani dan nelayan, sehingga pedagang dapat membeli barang dengan harga lebih terjangkau. Dengan adanya sistem ini, pedagang dapat mengurangi penumpukan barang dan memperoleh akses yang lebih mudah ke supplier. Selain itu, sistem ini juga dapat membantu meningkatkan pendapatan baik bagi pedagang maupun supplier tangan pertama.

Abstract

This study aims to determine aspects of satisfaction and increase knowledge of participants in participating in the Business Recovery Plan Training (RPU) in the Micro and Tsunami Recovery Program for the Disasters of the Earthquake and Tsunami conducted by the Muhammadiyah Disaster Management Center (MDMC) in collaboration with Solidar Suisse. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive, data collection methods of observation studies, interviews, documentation, and data analysis techniques through interpretive analysis approach techniques. The results of the study showed that most of the Sirenja people who participated in the Business Recovery Plan Training (RPU) were satisfied and had understood about the preparation of the RPU on good performance. But it is still low in the practice of preparing RPU.

Abstract

This study aims to determine Passenger Behavior at Mutiara Sis Aljufri Airport, Palu, which examines it from a public administration perspective. Passenger behavior at Mutiara Sis Aljufri Airport, Palu, can be analyzed from a public administration perspective by considering how the interaction between passengers and government institutions and public services takes place. At Mutiara Sis Aljufri Airport, Palu, Aviation Security (Avsec) unit officers are officers at the forefront and are authorized to handle public services and are fully responsible for all matters relating to security at Mutiara Sis Aljufri Airport, Palu and can represent government agencies. This type of research is descriptive qualitative, data collection methods are observation studies, interviews, documentation, and data analysis techniques. The results of the study indicate that Avsec officers have carried out their duties according to Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). However, there are still uncooperative passengers, and there are still many passengers who do not or do not know the applicable regulations.

Abstract

In fast-food industry, food quality and safety become pre-requisite to launch a fast-food restaurant. Thus, the players in this industry offer similar quality of food. This has caused a shift of the focus of competition in the industry from competing in the quality of product to the quality of human resources in serving customers. The aim of this study is to find out whether service quality, product, and satisfaction have any impact on customer loyalty. The study surveyed 30 respondents in the pre-testing and 170 respondents in actual data testing. SmartPLS3.2 software was used to process data, that was collected using questionnaire. Data processing was conducted using validity test, reliability test, multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The test revealed that Service Quality is indeed an important variable to affect Customer Loyalty. The same result applied to Product and Satisfaction what also revealed positive effect on Customer Loyalty.
