Abstract

There are many factor that affect the rapid development of online busniness in Indonesia among the more eccommerce users. Associated with this researcher will examine about the influence of business with content ecommerce on retail business to the  aspect marketing of micro small medium in Depok. Specific objectives of this research are 1). To help retail business managers maximize distribution, information and product socialization to be easily accessible by the community so as to be able to compete with business managers with ecommerce content. 2). the process of socialization, product education, marketing and product data processing through e-commerce. As for the results of the research, there is a significant effect of e-commerce content on retail business on the marketing aspect of  Micro Small Medium in Depok

Abstract

Di era globalisasi saat ini, masyarakat khususnya para generasi muda harus berfikir untuk dapat membuat suatu industri kreatif yang menekankan pada inovasi dan kreasi, sehingga dalam industri kreatif harus dituntut untuk selalu berubah mengikuti perkembangan yang ada. Menjawab tantangan kompetensi dan keterampilan persaingan dalam pengembangan di dunia industri tersebut, Dalam sebuah Desa yang telah mempunyai organisasi karang taruna secara terstruktur dan dapat memberikan wadah untuk pengembangan kreativitas dan penanaman karakter remaja di Desa sangatlah dibutuhkan oleh generasi muda. Berdasarkan uraian diatas, maka dapat dirumuskan permasalahan permasalahan diantaranya kurangnya pengembangan jiwa entrepreneur generasi muda sebagai dasar untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat di Desa Sukamanis. Kurangnya kesadaran tiap-tiap individu remaja karang taruna untuk melestarikan dan membuat kegiatan-kegiatan berbasis wisata.

Abstract

Vocational High Schools (SMK) is a type of formal school that provides special education, including entrepreneurship education that can lead students to be a graduate who is ready to enter and participate professionally in the business and industrial world. So that in this study there are several objectives, including identifying the influence of the role of parents and teachers in fostering the entrepreneurial spirit of SMKS students in South Jakarta. This research was conducted using a correlational survey method. Meanwhile, the analysis used to test the truth of the hypothesis was carried out by simple linear regression analysis. The population in this study was 50 students of private vocational schools in South Jakarta. Therefore. the sample was obtained by taking 100% of the population. Thus, the sample size was 50 students of private vocational schools in South Jakarta. The results showed that there was an influence of the Role of Parents together with the Role of Teachers on Fostering the Entrepreneurial Spirit of Students in South Jakarta Vocational High School. This was confirmed by the value of the hypothesis calculation obtained that the value of Sig = 0.000 <0.05 and Fcount = 41.488> Ftable = then H0 was rejected, which meant that the regression coefficient was significant.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini merupakan untuk mengetahui sebaran UMKM yang terdampak pandemi serta mengetahui strategi pertumbuhan UMKM pasca Pandemi Covid-19 di kelurahan Tanjung Barat. Penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif, Data yang digunakan oleh penulis dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer. Data primer dalam penelitian ini adalah berupa hasil wawancara terhadap pelaku usaha UMKM yang berada di UMKM wilayah Tanjung Barat Jakarta Selatan. Hampir semua pelaku usaha di sektor UMKM ini mengalami penurunan omzet penjualan yang sangat drastis, mengalami berbagai kendala pemasaran dan penjualan, juga distribusi produk. Di satu sisi para pelaku usaha mengupayakan untuk menemukan alternatif pemasaran dan penjualan, mengamankan modal dan aset, mengalihkan sementara untuk usaha lainnya, dan harus mempelajari teknologi yang dipandang efektif untuk melakukan promosi dan penjualan

Abstract

 Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui 1). Prospek volume usaha Koperasi Cahaya Uma Hasti dari tahun 2015-2018. 2). Prospek Sisa Hasil Usaha (SHU) Koperasi Cahaya Uma Hasti dari tahun 2015-2018. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode survei korelasional, sedangkan analisis yang digunakan untuk menguji kebenaran hipotesis dilakukan dengan analisis regresi linier sederhana. Sampel diambil dari pengurus dan Anggota Koprasi Cahaya Uma Hasti di Depok yang berjumlah 50 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan berdirinya koperasi (X) terhadap Perekonomian Pengurus dan anggota (Y), sebesar  21%, sisanya (79%) karena pengaruh faktor lain. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai Sig = 0.001< 0,05 dan Fhitung = 13.349.

Abstract

Tujuan khusus dari penelitian ini adalah Mengetahui pengaruh strategi promosi terhadap peningkatan penjualan Pengusaha garam di daerah purwokerto. Mengetahui pengaruh strategi saluran distribusi terhadap peningkatan penjualan Pengusaha garam di daerah purwokerto. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survei korelasional. Sedangkan analisis yang digunakan untuk menguji kebenaran hipotesis dilakukan dengan analisis regresi linier sederhana. koefisien determinasinya sebesar 0,482 menunjukkan bahwa besarnya kontribusi marketing mix (product, price, place, promotion) pada peningkatan volume penjualan (X) terhadap aspek pemasaran UMKM (Y) adalah sebesar  48%, sisanya (51,7%) karena pengaruh faktor lain. ABSTRACT The specific purpose of this study is to determine the effect of promotional strategies on increasing sales of salt entrepreneurs in Purwokerto. Knowing the effect of distribution channel strategy on increasing sales of salt entrepreneurs in Purwokerto. The method used in this research is the correlational survey method. While the analysis used to test the truth of the hypothesis is done by simple linear regression analysis. the determination coefficient of 0.482 indicates that the contribution of the marketing mix (product, price, place, promotion) to the increase in sales volume (X) to the MSME marketing aspect (Y) is 48%, the rest (51.7%) is due to the influence of other factors

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline on the performance of employees of PT. Pendekar Bodoh (Dcost). The method used is a quantitative method. The population is employees of PT. The Stupid Swordsman (Dcost) totaling 125 people and the sample taken as many as 95 people using the "Simple Random Sampling" technique. The regression equation obtained is Y = 20.60 + 0.60 X. Based on hypothesis testing, it is obtained that t count is 5.641 > 1.986, which is greater than t_table which is 1.986. So Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. It can be concluded that there is a significant influence between work discipline on employee performance at PT. Pendekar Bodoh (Dcost). Based on the calculation, the correlation coefficient value is 0.5, which means that there is a positive and quite strong correlation between work discipline and employee performance. Based on the calculation results, the coefficient of determination (KD) value is 25.5%, this means that employee performance is influenced by work discipline by 25.5% while the remaining 74.5% employee performance is influenced by other factors that have not been studied.
