Abstract

This research is based on Law No. 41 of 2004 concerning endowments. The establishment of the Indonesian Waqf Board (BWI) triggered the existence of cash waqf. The problem that arises is the role of entrepreneurs in money waqf programs. The research method uses a qualitative case study approach of the International Council for Small Business (ICSB Surabaya city branch). The results of this study that entrepreneurship in this case ICSB Surabaya branch of the city is still unfamiliar with cash waqf and argues that cash waqf can help the Indonesian economy, and assess BWI performance is still not optimal.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh religiusitas terhadap loyalitas nasabah melalui citra bank sebagai variabel intervening pada bank syariah di Kota Pekanbaru. Dengan populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah nasabah bank syariah di Kota Pekanbaru dan mengambil sampel sebanyak 100 orang dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin. Model yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah model kausalitas atau hubungan pengaruh menggunakan teknik analisis SEM (stuctural equation model) dengan Analisis Partial Least Square (PLS) yang merupakan pendekatan alternatif yang bergeser dari pendekatan SEM berbasis covariance menjadi berbasis variance. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : 1) religiusitas berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas nasabah bank syariah di Kota Pekanbaru, 2) religiusitas berpengaruh  terhadap citra bank syariah di Kota Pekanbaru, 3) citra bank memediasi pengaruh Religiusitas terhadap loyalitas nasabah bank syariah di Kota Pekanbaru.

Abstract

This work discusses good Communication Ethics and the meaning of embedding a description of Communication Ethics in employees, which relates to ethical (moral) norms. Communication Ethics which plays a very important role is useful for a leader because it can be a means of monitoring behavior or behavior in everyday life. Communication is inseparable from the leadership carried out by a leader in an agency or institution. In addition to communication, a leader who is Muslim should be an example for employees. Discourses about leadership and boss problems are something that never stops talking from time to time. None other than the past, the present and the future, many of the above have been reviewed and analyzed from various points of view. Everything is related from where one views and discusses the problem of an object. The object of this study is the ethics of communication and Islamic leadership at the Rotte Factory production house in Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study aims to determine the effect of communication ethics and Islamic leadership on the performance of Rotte Factory employees. This type of research uses quantitative where previously a field survey was carried out with a total of 170 employees as a population and according to Sugiono, a minimum sample of 30 people was determined. Questionnaire distribution uses network technology with the Googleform platform, and data processing uses PLS SEM which is made easy using Microsoft Excel. The results of the research are testing the hypothesis that there can be described that communication ethics on employee performance shows the number -.0.381 with a tolerance of 0.05 so that the effect simultaneously has no effect. However, it produces a negative effect between communication ethics on employee performance where the tolerance number is still below 0.05 with an acquisition of 0.020 which means it has no significant effect. Meanwhile, leadership style affects employee performance with an assumption of 0.517, there is a tendency to increase leadership style so that employee performance can have a direct impact. The number 0.002 can be interpreted that the influence arising from the leadership style on employee performance is positive and significant.

Abstract

In teaching and learning activities on biology materials, educators are often faced with challenges to the ability of students to understand deep biological concepts. An innovation that is needed by educators is the determination of a learning model that adapts to students. The purpose of the research in this article is a rigorous and regular review of the effectiveness of the discovery learning model in learning biology. Literature review is a method used in this article research which is carried out by identifying, analyzing, describing, and making conclusions based on the relevance of the selected research results systematically. The results of the review of 10 articles show that learning biology using the discovery learning model can improve the ability to collaborate, and creative and critical thinking of students as well as the activeness and learning outcomes of students. Based on the results of the research, the use of the discovery learning model is very effective in the biology learning process in that it can improve students' learning outcomes, and critical thinking skills and increase students' motivation to learn.

Abstract

Mr. Ahmad's business, inspired by his uncle, specializes in selling baked bread products in various flavors. The target market includes the general community, students, and children. To promote his products, Mr. Ahmad utilizes banners, promotional coupons, word-of-mouth through friends and family, and social media platforms. In his customer interactions, he prioritizes excellent service by being friendly, polite, and maintaining high product quality. Additionally, he often offers promotional incentives, such as a free product after ten purchases, and provides ordering services via WhatsApp. However, a recurring issue arises as some customers fail to collect their orders despite reminders. A significant challenge faced by Mr. Ahmad is the unavailability of certain bread products ordered through WhatsApp, leading to customer dissatisfaction and a gradual shift to competing businesses. Mr. Ahmad acknowledges the critical role of technology in business communication and emphasizes the need for consistent practices to sustain his enterprise. Furthermore, he envisions support from institutions to provide training and coaching, enabling his business to adapt to modern trends. This aligns with research findings that highlight the Prophet Muhammad’s (SAW) approach to business, characterized by friendliness, politeness, consistency, and effective communication, which remain vital principles for successful entrepreneurship.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari pelayanan terhadap pilihan produk murabahah oleh pelaku Usaha mikro kecil menengah (UMKM) di kota Pekanbaru. Penyeimbangan dari data analisis yang dilakukan menggunakan survey via google form dengan mengukur dari hasil pilihan skala 1-5, dimana nilai 1 terendah dengan ukuran sangat kurang puas dan nilai 5 diambang maksimal dengan ukuran sangat puas. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan kuantitatif dalam hal ini teknik pengumpulan data dengan survey. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Berdasarkan data bahwa 52,1% adalah pria, 47,9% berjenis kelamin wanita. Untuk Jenjang Pendidikan terakhir sebesar 69% adalah tamatan SMA/Sederajat, selebihnya 16,2% tamatan Sarjana dan 9,9% Tamatan SMP/sedejarat. Rentan usia responden 17-35 tahun adalah 58,5%, 36-45 tahun sebesar 27,5%, 46-55 tahun sebesar 11,3% dan rentan 56-64 tahun sebesar 4,2%. Sedangkan untuk jenis usaha yang menjadi dominasi 78,2% adalah usaha kuliner. Kualitas dari pelayanan bank syariah menunjukkan angka kepuasan sangat puas rata-rata 50% ke atas. Hal ini ditunjukkan dari hasil survey terhadap pelayanan bank sudah memberikan kepuasan kepada nasabah. Bagian ini menyajikan hasil dengan deskripsi yang jelas. Hasil dapat dilengkapi dengan gambar dan tabel. Hal ini mempengaruhi keputusan dengan nilai rata-rata di atas 50%. Sebagai nasabah yang cerdas sudah tentu memilih pembiayaan melalui produk yang bebas dari kata riba dan juga memperoleh asa keberkahan di dalamnya.

Abstract

Caraka Creative Hub atau Caraka Corp merupakan wirausaha sosial yang menyediakan jasa konsultasi dan pengembangan bisnis di Provinsi Riau. Sebagai organisasi sosial yang bertekad membangun pusat aktivitas untuk anak muda, saat ini Caraka Corp menaungi banyak komunitas-komunitas sosial dan secara aktif terlibat dalam pengembangan UMKM di Provinsi Riau melalui pemberian pelatihan dan pembinaan UMKM. Namun siapa sangka sosok dibalik kesuksesan caraka Corp dalam menggerakkan dan memberdayakan UMKM dilatarbelakangi oleh kepemimpinan perempuan yang sangat berperan di dalam keberlanjutan UMKM di Provinsi Riau. Penelitian ini menganalisis faktor kepemimpinan perempuan dan iklim organisasi di Caraka Corp. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian kepemimpinan dianalisis dengan 3 pendekatan, yaitu pendekatan sifat, pendekatan gaya, dan pendekatan kontigensi. Secara umum sistem kepemimpinan yang diterapkan Caraka Corp adalah sistem kepemimpinan demokratis partisipatif yang membentuk iklim organisasi yang menekankan pada asas kekeluargaan, keterbukaan, kerjasama tim, dan mendorong anggota organisasinya untuk tumbuh dan berkembang bersama organisasi.

Abstract

Mosques as places of worship today have changed in terms of function. In the time of the Prophet and his companions, mosques were used as places of worship as the main function and as economic activities for the people. The current era makes the function of mosques only as places of worship, therefore socialization was carried out regarding the strategy of mosques in empowering the people's economy. The activity began with the formation of a small team to make a work program plan and continued with a request for permission for socialization to the head of the RT and the head of the local Mosque Management Council (DKM). After obtaining permission, the team began carrying out activities in accordance with the previously determined work program plan. The results of this socialization received appreciation and additional insight and there were people who had made purchases even though the transactions were not in the mosque, but were carried out by the community from goods/services that were available from the community around the mosque so that empowerment of businesses in the radius of the mosque became a priority who wanted to shop according to the needs of the congregation.
