Abstract

Pemberian insentif  pada  PT. Tromotek prosesnya masih dilakukan dengan cara tradisional dikarenakan perusahaan belum memiliki hasil penilaian kinerja yang sistematis dan kriteria yang digunakan untuk menilai pemberian insentif hanya melihat kriteria absen tanpa melihat kriteria-kriteria yang lainnya, dimana karyawan tersebut absennya tidak boleh sama sekali ada  sakit, izin, alpha, dan cuti mendadak selama satu tahun, sehingga proses kinerja karyawan tidak berjalan dengan maksimal dan juga menimbulkan ketidak seriusan dalam bekerja. Oleh karena itu, dalam rangka menyelesaikan masalah yang ada pada perusahaan, maka  dibutuhkan sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan dalam pemberian insentif kepada karyawan dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan semangat dan motivasi kinerja karyawan, maka diperlukan sebuah metode. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam penyelesaian masalah perusahaan dengan menggunakan sistem  pendukung keputusan pemberian insentif pada pegawai di perusahaan  dengan metode SMART, dimana proses perhitungan awalnya menentukan kriteria-kriteria yang akan dijadikan dalam acuan perhitungan selanjutnya, menentukan nilai bobot pada kriteria, normalisasi pada kriteria, pemberian nilai kriteria pada masing-masing alternatif, menghitung nilai utiliti, menghitung nilai akhir dan melakukan perangkingan. Dalam penelitian ini sampel yang digunakan berupa data altenatif yang terdiri dari 25 karyawan dan memiliki 5 data kriteria yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan teknik pengamatan langsung dan wawancara langsung.  Hasil yang didapat setelah melakukan perhitungan metode SMART bahwa perusahaan dapat menentukan keputusan dengan cepat dan tepat yang berkaitan  pemberian insentif kepada kinerja karyawan, adapun karyawan yang memperoleh insentif adalah Bapak Aditya Maulana dengan nilai 79.

Abstract

Depok Madani Vocational School is a Vocational High School consisting of 2 majors namely Light Vehicle Engineering (TKR) and Computer and Network Engineering (TKJ) with 20 teachers as instructors from class X to class XII. The selection of the best teachers is done once a month to motivate the teacher in conducting teaching and learning activities. Schools in making decisions are often influenced by subjectivity and are done manually. Resulting in social jealousy among teachers and inaccurate decision results. Therefore, in assessing the best teachers a decision support system is needed in order to obtain accurate results. Decision Support System methods used in this study is Profile Matching. The method determines the value of weights on each criterion, which is to be present on time, responsibility, dress neatly and politely, participate and contribute, be active and productive, and help fellow teachers, which is followed by a ranking process. The result of the comparison of the two methods above is to produce the same chosen alternative, so that both methods can be applied to help the school's decision making.

Abstract

A loss-making service company does not yet have a website on the information of making a Tender Guarantee as a prospective principal registration medium that will use our services for the manufacture of warranties. From the system that will be made to facilitate the making of guarantee which is certificate of Bank Guarantee. The purpose of this study to produce a system of information creation and website-based registration and registration. Online information is an important part of the development of technology in the internet world. The use of website media is very profitable for many parties, for the principal or the party of the company making the loss insurance services. The design of information systems making of this guarantee is made to assist and simplify the entire process of making the existing collateral in the company.

Abstract

The process of choosing a laptop that suits their needs is often a challenge for consumers because of the variety of specifications and features offered. Many consumers find it difficult to make the right choice, especially because the information available is often not well structured. In addition, each individual's needs vary, ranging from use for daily productivity to special needs such as gaming or graphic design. Therefore, this study aims to develop a prototype design of a laptop recommendation system using the K-Means clustering algorithm, which is able to group laptop specification data into certain clusters based on the similarity of features. A total of 25 laptop specification data were used in this analysis, with the main parameters being RAM capacity and SSD capacity. The data was processed using the data mining method, and the K-Means algorithm was applied to perform grouping. The optimal number of clusters is determined using the elbow method to ensure accurate and relevant results. The results of the grouping show that laptops can be classified into specific groups that represent consumer needs, such as use for daily productivity or high-load work. The prototype design of this system was created using Figma to visualize an intuitive and easy-to-use user interface (UI). With this prototype design, it is hoped that it can be a reference in the development of a system that makes it easier for consumers to choose a laptop that suits their preferences and needs.
