Abstract

Industri Pengolahan adalah suatu kegiatan ekonomi yang melakukan kegiatan mengubah suatu barang dasar secara mekanis, kimia, atau dengan tangan sehingga menjadi barang jadi/setengah jadi, dan atau barang yang kurang nilainya menjadi barang yang lebih tinggi nilainya, dan sifatnya lebih dekat kepada pemakai akhir. Nilai Produksi Industri berkaitan dengan nilai tambah, nilai input dan nilai output. Penelitian ini mengambil data tentang nilai input produksi industri mikro dan kecil. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder. Data sekunder yang digunakan adalah penggabungan dari deret waktu (time series) dari tahun 2013- 2015 dan deret lintang (cross section) sebanyak data provinsi di indonesia yang menghasilkan 34 observasi. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari publikasi Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS). Penelitian ini menggunakan datamining dengan metode K-Means. Varibale yang digunakan (1) jumlah nilai input produksi mikro dan (2) jumlah nilai input produksi mikro. Data akan diolah dengan melakukan clustering dalam 3 cluster yaitu cluster produksi nilai input tinggi, cluster produksi nilai input tinggi sedang dan produksi nilai input tinggi rendah. Cetroid data untuk cluster produksi nilai input tinggi 87899515,0 dan 121258942,3, Cetroid data untuk cluster produksi nilai input sedang 10634113,8 dan 15356152,8 serta Cetroid data untuk cluster produksi nilai input rendah 3044143,6 dan 1507129,8. Sehingga diperoleh 3 provinsi cluster produksi nilai input tinggi, 9 provinsi cluster produksi nilai input sedang dan 22 cluster produksi nilai input rendah.

Abstract

Student academic achievement is a very important matter for all school parties that are directly or indirectly related, especially for Depok Tourism Vocational School, student academic achievement is one of the benchmarks in the success of education. Currently, the process of determining student achievement from the academic side of the Depok Tourism Vocational School is still using a manual system, so it takes a long time to determine the assessment of student academic achievement, because there are quite a lot of student data recording. In addition, it is still less relevant because it has not used the right calculation method, resulting in inaccurate calculations. This research uses the Technique For Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method, because this method is a simple concept and easy to understand and to help the optimal decision-making process to solve practical decision problems. The results of the research using the Technique For Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method found that students with the name Akmal Adnanto got the first rank with the highest preference value of 0.760.

Abstract

Abstract - Credit is the provision of money or equivalent claims, based on agreements or agreements on loans between banks and other parties which require the borrowing party to repay the debt after a certain period of time with the amount of interest, compensation or profit sharing. From the credit customer data available at BSM KCP Kemang Pratama still has Non Performing Financing (NPF) or Bad Credit.In analyzing a credit sometimes an analyst does an inaccurate analysis, so there are some customers who are less able to make credit payments, resulting in bad credit. So the researchers conducted an analysis using the C4.5 decision tree algorithm and Rapid Miner application for determining credit worthiness. From the analysis of credit customer data using the C4.5 decision tree algorithm method, the feasibility of credit recipient customers is very effective and produces a value of accuracy on Rapid Miner 5.3 of 80%, Precision of 100% and Recall of 0% so as to minimize the risk.Keywords— Credit, C4.5 Algorithm, Rapid Miner, Value AccuracyAbstrak - Kredit merupakan penyediaan uang atau tagihan yang dapat disamakan dengan hal itu, berdasarkan persetujuan atau kesepakatan pinjaman-pinjaman antara bank dengan pihak lain yang mewajibkan pihak peminjam untuk melunasi utangnya setelah jangka waktu tertentu dengan jumlah bunga, imbalan atau pembagian hasil keuntungan. Dari data nasabah kredit yang ada pada BSM KCP Kemang Pratama masih memiliki Non Performing Financing (NPF) atau Kredit Macet. Dalam menganalisa sebuah kredit terkadang seorang analis melakukan analisa tidak akurat, sehingga ada beberapa nasabah yang kurang mampu dalam melakukan pembayaran kredit, dan pada akhirnya mengakibatkan kredit macet. Peneliti melakukan analisis menggunakan algoritma decision tree C4.5 dan aplikasi Rapid Miner untuk penentuan kelayakan pemberian kredit. Dari analisis data nasabah kredit menggunakan metode Algoritma decision tree C4.5 menghasilkan kelayakan nasabah penerima kredit sangat efektif dan menghasilkan nilai akurasi pada Rapid Miner 5.3 sebesar 80%, Precision sebesar 100% dan Recall sebesar 0% sehingga dapat meminimalisir resiko yang terjadi.Kata kunci— Kredit, Algoritma C4.5, Rapid Miner, Nilai Akurasi

Abstract

Abstrak: Analisa Sentimen adalah proses yang bertujuan membedakan antara polarita diantara tiga harga yaitu positif, negatif dan netral. Opini publik adalah sumber informasi pentingyang dibutuhkan dalam pengambilan keputusan sesorang terhadap suatu produk. Saat ini, opinikonsumen terhadap pengalaman suatu produk semakin meningkat melalui media online. Untukmembaca opini-opini ini membutuhkan waktu yang banyak, tetapi jika hanya mengambil opinidalam jumlah yang sedikit dapat menimbulkan bias informasi. Algoritma Klasifikasi sepertiNaïve Bayes (NB), Support Vector Machine (SVM), dan C.45 dapat digunakan peneliti untuktujuan melakukan analisa sentimen dari opini suatu produk film. Berdasarkan hal ini, dalampenelitian ini dilakukan perbandingan dari tiga algoritma tersebut untuk mendapatkan tingkatpengetesan data yang paling tinggi. Dari penelitian ini didapat kesimpulan bahwa algoritmaNaïves Bayeslah yang mendapatkan tingkat yang paling tinggi. Setelah dilakukan kombinasiantara algoritma Naïve Bayes dan Algoritma Genetika dengan seleksi fitur untuk meningkatkantingkat akurasi dari Naïve Bayes classifier. Evaluasi selesai dilakukan dengan menggunakanmetode 10 fold cross validation. Akurasi dari tingkat pengukuran diukur dengan menggunakanconfussion matrix dan kurva ROC. Hasil akhir yang didapat dari klasifikasi text yang merupakanpenggabungan dari opini positif dan negatif menunjukan terjadi peningkatan dalam hal akurasisebesar 73 sampai dengan 80 persen pada algoritma Naïve Bayes. Classification algorithms such as Naive Bayes (NB),Support Vector Machine (SVM), and C4.5 were proposed by many researchers to be used insentiment analysis of movie opinions. Therefore, in this study will be to compare the third is toget agorima agoritma where most superior in the test data. So Naive Bayes algorithm generatedthe most superior. After the Naive Bayes algorithm will be combined with genetic algorithmfeature selection in order to improve the accuracy of Naive Bayes classifier. The evaluation wasdone using 10 fold cross validation. While the measurement accuracy is measured by theconfusion matrix and ROC curves. This research resulted in text classification in the form of apositive or negative opinions Indonesian language film. The results showed an increase in the accuracy of Naive Bayes 73.00% to 80.50%. Abstract

Abstrak: Dalam dunia pendidikan peran dosen sebagai pengajar sangat penting, karena dosen merupakan kunci utama yang memberikan ilmu kepada mahasiswa dalam proses belajar mengajar. Proses evaluasi dosen yang diselenggarakan ABFI Institute Perbanas masih dilakukan secara manual dengan mengunakan media kertas yang penyebaran kuesionernya dilakukan ke kelas-kelas. Sistem penyebaran ini tidak efektif karena memerlukan banyak waktu, biaya serta dalam perhitungan dan pembuatan laporan masih terjadi kesalahan sehingga hasil yang dicapai tidak cepat dan akurat. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut perlu adanya perancangan sistem yang terkomputerisasi agar hasil yang dicapai akan lebih cepat dan akurat.Oleh karena itu penelitian ini membahas mengenai perancangan sistem guna melakukan evaluasi dosen di lingkungan ABFI Perbanas. Kata Kunci: Evaluasi Dosen, Sistem Informasi, Rapid Aplication Development Abstract: In the world of education the role of lecturers as a lecturer is very important, because the lecturer is the main key that provides knowledge to students in teaching and learning process. The evaluation process of lecturers held by ABFI Institute Perbanas is still done manually by using paper media which spread the questionnaire done to the classes. This deployment system is ineffective because it requires a lot of time, cost and in calculation and making of the report is still error so that result is not fast and accurate. To overcome these problems need to design a computerized system so that the results achieved will be faster and accurate. Abstract

It is an advantage for the bank, in this case, the Bank Mandiri Dramaga1 Bogor Unit, because of the increasing credit activity in banks, it is necessary to have an assessment in credit as consideration for prospective customers before the bank decides to accept or reject a prospective customer request. So it is necessary to develop a method that can assist and facilitate the bank in making decisions quickly and accurately. The basis for decision making is based on the criteria for determining who is eligible or not to receive a loan. To assist in determining whether someone is eligible or not to receive a loan, a decision support system is needed using fuzzy logic and applying the Tsukamoto method. The Lending Decision Support System was created to assist and facilitate the bank in making decisions to provide alternatives if a prospective customer applies for credit is accepted or not.

Abstract

The main objective of the yarn supplier selection process is to determine suppliers who have efficiency in meeting the company's needs consistently and minimize risks related to the procurement of yarn and components needed. In solving problems in supplier selection using the Multi Attribute Utility Theory (MAUT) method which consists of calculating matrix normalization and attribute normalization. The results obtained in this study are to find out the best supplier from other suppliers, namely GSM suppliers with a value of 0.87.

Abstract

PT. Qonita Zikra Semesta fully needs an information system that supports and provides information and good service for customers. That is why the writer tries to make her Final Assignment concerning with the travel ticket reservations system with waterfall method, choosing this method because this method is ordered starting from the analysis, design, coding, testing, and support. Because at this time the existing system is still done manually, starting from customer registration to storing data related to the order process, to making reports. So that it is possible when the order process takes place arises problems such as recording errors during registration, loss of data, duplication of data, burning of documents, and late reporting because the data must be searched first and takes a long time. The design of this information system is the best solution to solve the problems that exist in this company. With a computerized system that can make a company work effectively and efficiently and in a booking system that is now much more conducive and well recorded than the system that is still manual as before
