Abstract

Many micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) still sell products conventionally and few have used e-commerce. So that not all products from MSMEs are widely known by the public. Al-Firdaus Borneo is a MSME player engaged in woven handicrafts made from purun plants which has been running for about two years in utilizing Instagram social media with an account @pengrajinanyamanpurunalfirdaus. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative, in which the researcher tries to describe and analyze specifically the data obtained in the field in accordance with the focus of the problem to be studied. Information and data obtained by researchers through interviews with craftsmen as well as account owners who are the object of research and through observations made during the research activities in progress. Based on this research, it was found that the use of Instagram social media had a positive impact on the development of Al Firdaus product marketing so that Instagram followers and sales increased. In addition, the operation is easy and has many users so that it becomes a practical promotional media, which is cheap, reliable and can reach all users everywhere. However, there are still some obstacles and weaknesses encountered, namely poor internet access in the account owner area, lack of expertise of the account owner in making good and attractive designs, and product prices are not raised so they have to communicate through the contacts provided.

Abstract

Investment is the process of allocating capital or funds with the expectation of earning profits in the future. Psychological factors are of significant importance in the realm of investment decision making. A person may be influenced by psychological factors to make irrational investment decisions, which could cause a deviation from the desired level of risk and return as estimated by the investor. As a result, there is a need for a comprehensive examination of the psychological variables that can impact investment decision-making. Cognitive dissonance, herding, illusion of control, emotion, and overconfidence are the five variables examined in this research. The relationship between psychological factors and investment decision making can be predicted using the Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) technique. The conclusion that the variables illusion of control, emotion, and overconfidence have a significant impact on investment decision making is supported by the PLS-SEM method's effective application in analyzing the influence of psychology on investment decision making. In the context of investment decisions, cognitive dissonance and herding variables exhibit negligible influence. Additionally, the predictive relevance value acquired in this research is greater than zero, suggesting that the variables and data effectively forecast the model with respect to the present state of affairs.

Abstract

This research is quantitative research with an exploratory approach, namely an approach that uses a number of previous studies as the main reference for finding elements of Novelty and Research Gap in this article. The data used in this research is secondary data that researchers obtained from the annual Central Statistics Agency reports from 2014-2024. The data used was analyzed using the smart PLS 4.0 analysis tool with the hypothesis formulation below. The result in this article show the investment variable has a positive relationship and a significant influence on economic growth. This is because the P-Values value is positive and is below the 0.05 significance level, namely 0.003. This is because large investments can improve all lines that can boost growth, both in terms of industry, education, health, and so on. Apart from that, in the second row of the third table, the Path Coefficient above shows that the Export variable can moderate the influence of the Investment variable on Economic Growth due to the same thing, namely the direction of the positive relationship of P-Values and is below the significance level of 0.05, namely 0.000, which is more significant than the direct test of 0.003. . In this way the first and second hypotheses in the research can be accepted and proven. Keywords: Investment, Econmic Growth, Exports

Abstract

Financial access plays an essential role in establishing financial inclusion and economic welfare. The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of financial literacy, regulatory, infrastructure, and adaptation variables on financial access. To assess the association between independent factors and Financial Access, this study employs a quantitative technique, namely a linear regression model. The findings indicate that Financial Literacy has a substantial impact on Financial Access (t = 2.862, p = 0.005). In contrast, the factors Adaptation, Regulatory, and Infrastructure had no significant effect on Financial Access (p > 0.05). The total regression model is significant (F value = 27.019, p = 0.000), accounting for 53.2% of the variation in Financial Access (R Square = 0.532). The measurement apparatus had a Cronbach's Alpha of 0.899, indicating excellent internal consistency. Financial literacy is demonstrated to be a key determinant in improving financial access, but adaptation, regulatory, and infrastructure variables have no meaningful contribution in the context of this model. The applied regression model effectively explains the majority of the variation in Financial Access, with the instruments demonstrating great reliability and validity. The findings give valuable insights for policymakers and practitioners in enhancing financial access.
