Abstract

Many micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) still sell products conventionally and few have used e-commerce. So that not all products from MSMEs are widely known by the public. Al-Firdaus Borneo is a MSME player engaged in woven handicrafts made from purun plants which has been running for about two years in utilizing Instagram social media with an account @pengrajinanyamanpurunalfirdaus. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative, in which the researcher tries to describe and analyze specifically the data obtained in the field in accordance with the focus of the problem to be studied. Information and data obtained by researchers through interviews with craftsmen as well as account owners who are the object of research and through observations made during the research activities in progress. Based on this research, it was found that the use of Instagram social media had a positive impact on the development of Al Firdaus product marketing so that Instagram followers and sales increased. In addition, the operation is easy and has many users so that it becomes a practical promotional media, which is cheap, reliable and can reach all users everywhere. However, there are still some obstacles and weaknesses encountered, namely poor internet access in the account owner area, lack of expertise of the account owner in making good and attractive designs, and product prices are not raised so they have to communicate through the contacts provided.

Abstract

The Partnership Program is a revolving aid distribution program from State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) towards the economic development of the community, especially micro small and medium enterprises (MSMEs), which focuses on capital aspects. This research is to describe the implementation of the SOEs Partnership Program on the empowerment of MSMEs in Banjarbaru City. This type of research is qualitative research with a case study design. Data collection techniques are in-depth interviews with certain informants with informants deliberately chosen include program coordinators in 3 (three) SOEs, namely PT Telkom Witel Banjarmasin, PT Pelindo III Regional Kalimantan, and PT Pegadaian Banjarmasin, then participant observation of fostered partners, and documentation studies. The results of this research indicate that the implementation of the SOEs Partnership Program is running effectively to increase the efforts of MSMEs to be strong and independent. There are two forms of activities in the SOEs Partnership Program, namely granting loans with administrative services 3 percent per year and grants in the form of coaching, training, apprenticeship, and exhibitions for fostered partners. However, there are weaknesses found among others (1) the absence of partner partners for coaching on an ongoing basis, (2) many MSMEs do not know with the program, and (3) the attitude of the fostered partners who are still lacking discipline in payment. The expectation of this research is to be able to complete the existing SOEs evaluation report and provide input so that it can improve better performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the quality of service at CV Wasis Banjarbaru City. The method uses qualitative descriptive, where what is obtained becomes a description of the process carried out by CV Wasis doing business in the borehole business. The problems that exist in the company include delays in the repair process and the lack of quality service provided by employees. Data analysis techniques used interviews with employee informants CV Wasis Banjarbaru City as many as 9 people. The results showed that the quality of service at CV Wasis Banjarbaru City was not as expected, including employees who were not reliable in serving, less responsive, politeness was still lacking and the physical office was very untidy, not maintained and many facilities were outdated. So, what should be done to improve the quality of service can be training on how to properly serve customers, improve employee responsiveness and courtesy, and immediately replace and repair the physical office and facilities.

Abstract

This research focuses on examining the impact of the benefits provided by the Ministry of Communication and Informatics (Kemenkominfo) with data collected from Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the South Kalimantan (Kalsel) region during the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic, especially MSMEs in the culinary industry. The aim of this research is to ascertain how training, which is mediated by digital marketing skills and entrepreneurial motivation, influences business performance both directly and indirectly. Quantitative method used in this research. In order to collect data online, a survey from Google Form was given to respondents who were alumni of the 2021 DEA training participants in the South Kalimantan region as many as 47 people as a sample of a total population of 115 people. At least Roscoe's 30% of the total population was used to determine the sample size. SmartPartial Least Square (SmartPLS) 3.0 with path analysis test, a statistical tool used in data processing. The results of the descriptive analysis showed an increase in business turnover of 85.11%, both before and after the respondents participated in DEA activities. Based on the findings of the quantitative analysis, the exogenous variable DEA Training (X) has a positive and significant effect on the endogenous variable MSME Business Performance (Y), as well as the mediating variables Digital Marketing Capability (Z1) and Entrepreneurial Motivation (Z2). The indirect effect of all variables is beneficial but not statistically significant on MSME Business Performance, this indicates that there are additional factors other than the mediating variable that significantly affect business performance. For example, respondents may have additional skills and methods of running a business. Considering that there is no research on the DEA program for MSME actors, this research offers a new perspective to the Ministry of Communication and Informatics of the Republic of Indonesia

Abstract

Kajian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pendapatan usaha petani milenial Program YESS di Kalimantan Selatan yang dipengaruhi oleh variabel pemberian bantuan modal berupa dana Hibah Kompetitif, pelatihan, dan pendampingan. Youth Entrepreneurship and Employment Support Services (YESS) merupakan program dilaksanakan Pemerintah Indonesia melalui Kementerian Pertanian bersama dengan International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) terkait pengembangan kewirausahaan muda dan ketenagakerjaan di bidang pertanian. Program ini berlangsung selama 6 tahun dari 2019-2025 dengan lokasi mencakup 4 provinsi antara lain Kalimantan Selatan, Sulawesi Selatan, Jawa Barat, dan Jawa Timur. Populasi dan sampel kajian adalah semua penerima manfaat bantuan modal dan Hibah Kompetitif tahun 2021 sebanyak 65 orang yang berasal dari 3 kabupaten (Tanah Bumbu, Banjar dan Tanah Laut). Pengujian hipotesis kajian ini menggunakan aplikasi SPSS dengan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil kajian melihatkan variabel bebas yaitu bantuan modal berupa dana hibah kompetitif, pelatihan dan pendampingan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan terhadap variabel terikat yaitu pendapatan usaha petani milenial dari nilai R Square 61,4%. Sisanya 38.6% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak dijelaskan dalam kajian ini. Sedangkan hasil analisis deskriptif pendapatan usaha dapat diketahui jumlah kenaikan pendapatan dari petani milenial sesudah mendapatkan bantuan modal, pelatihan dan pendampingan naik sebesar 88,33%. Sedangkan petani yang pendapatan usahanya tidak berubah (tetap) ada 1,67% dan pendapatan usahanya menurun 10%.

Abstract

Sebagai bagian dari pelaksanaan pendidikan dan pelatihan vokasi yang efektif dan efisien, perlu dilakukan revitalisasi vokasi untuk menghasilkan lulusan yang berkualitas dan dibutuhkan pasar kerja atau berjiwa wirausaha. Mengapa softskill penting? Pendidikan Indonesia masih belum menjadikan character building atau softskill sebagai fokus pendidikan dan pelatihan. Orang lebih suka keterampilan atau hardskill seperti menjahit, komputer, perawatan kendaraan, dll.Melalui kegiatan berupa pelatihan softskill dalam kegiatan Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Vokasi Tahap II Tahun 2022 di UPTD Barito Kuala, peserta dari masyarakat tidak mampu sebanyak 32 orang diharapkan memiliki softskill yang akan membantu mereka menghadapi masa depan untuk menyiapkan persaingan kerja dan mereka dapat memulai bisnis sendiri.Oleh karena itu, peserta pengabdian ini akan mendapat bimbingan dan pemahaman berdasarkan standar kompetensi mengenai (1) meningkatkan standar etika dan etiket di lingkungan kerja, (2) mengembangkan kemampuan bekerjasama dalam tim, dan (3) menerapkan 5S (Sisih, Susun, Sasap, Sosoh dan Suluh). Hasil pengabdian dalam waktu relatif singkat setelah pelatihan dalam kelas, terdapat perubahan dan penerapan materi dari peserta. Kedepannya, program pelatihan ini dapat dirancang sebagai kegiatan rutin yang diselenggarakan secara eksternal, sehingga seluruh peserta menjadi pribadi yang percaya diri dalam menghadapi dunia kerja dan dunia usaha.Kata kunci: Kompetensi, Vokasi, Softskill, Etika, Kerjasama Tim, 5S

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the quality of service in increasing customer satisfaction at PT Astra International Daihatsu Banjarmasin. This type of research uses descriptive quantitative. Data analysis techniques used are interviews, observations, and questionnaires with a research time of more than 2 months with 100 respondents. The problem that has been obtained so far is the lack of service provided by employees in the workshop, where employees seem indifferent to customers. In addition, there are often complaints such as delays in the delivery of cars that have been repaired, delays in service and repair, spare parts that are difficult to find so that cars need to be repaired longer, and mechanics who are less friendly and polite to consumers. The results of this study are that PT Astra International Daihatsu Banjarmasin has not carried out the service quality that it should have, which so far has not fulfilled the 10 dimensions that should have. So, this research can help PT Astra International Daihatsu Banjarmasin to more optimally serve customers with the 10 dimensions that have been suggested.

Abstract

Studi ini membahas kegiatan pengabdian yang fokus pada Digital Marketing dan Desain Kemasan bagi Petani Milenial dalam Program YESS. Melalui analisis situasi, ditemukan bahwa petani milenial membutuhkan pengetahuan tentang pemasaran digital dan desain kemasan untuk meningkatkan penjualan produk pertanian mereka. Metode pelatihan yang digunakan meliputi ceramah, demonstrasi, diskusi, dan praktik. Hasil kegiatan pelatihan dilakukan dengan baik di Dinas Pertanian Kabupaten Banjar dengan peserta sebanyak 25 orang, dengan narasumber yang kompeten dalam bidang digital marketing dan desain kemasan. Peserta pelatihan mampu menguasai materi dan menunjukkan semangat untuk melanjutkan pembelajaran. Dari hasil diskusi dan praktik, peserta merasa terbantu dan senang dengan kegiatan ini. Secara keseluruhan, kegiatan ini berhasil mencapai tujuan pengabdian dengan baik, membantu peserta dalam mengembangkan kemampuan digital marketing dan desain kemasan produk untuk meningkatkan usaha pertanian mereka.

Abstract

This study was conducted to examine the factors that affect the receipt of cash waqf based on the perception of the Management of the Provincial Indonesian Waqf Agency (BWI) in Indonesia on the Implementation of Governance, Socialization and Waqf Technology. The research population is 34 Provincial Indonesian Waqf Bodies (BWI) in Indonesia. The unit of analysis in this study is 34 managers from the Indonesian Waqf Agency (BWI) Provincial in Indonesia, especially those who have functional positions. The data collection method is by questionnaire, while the data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis and using the help of SPSS. The results of this study prove that the Perception of the Management of the Indonesian Waqf Agency (BWI) Provincial in Indonesia on the Implementation of Governance, Socialization and Technology of Waqf has an effect on Cash Waqf Receipts.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the general picture of the implementation of the green economy in companies that declare themselves as companies based on a green economy and analyze the implementation of the green economy in companies based on a green economy according to maqashid sharia. This research uses a literature study method (library research). The results of this research show that there is compatibility between the implementation of the green economy according to 5 principles: hifdzu din, hifdzu nafs, hifdzu aql and hifdzu mal. Although in implementation the policy each company carries out different activities. This is focused on go green innovation which is its own focus starting from raw material extraction, production processes to waste management, but all of these are still related to maqashid sharia principles.
