Abstract

(Service Accessibility and Affordability at the Malang City Public Service Mall) The dynamics of public services in Indonesia indeed give rise to many interesting topics in people's lives when interacting with the bureaucracy. The presence of MPP can produce new findings that increase efficiency and effectiveness while facilitating public access to public services. This research aims to analyze the accessibility and affordability of services at the Malang City Public Service Mall (MPP). This research uses a quantitative approach with descriptive percentage analysis techniques using questionnaires and direct surveys as primary data in collecting data. Based on the research results that have been processed, it can be concluded that the public has responded positively to the Malang City Government's policy of developing MPP as a means of facilitating public services, as well as the effectiveness of these services, this is proven by the level of public trust in the existence of public service malls (MPP) of 100 percent. In implementing a Public Service Mall that can meet the needs and expectations of the community, it is important to maintain high service quality standards. ABSTRAK Dinamika pelayanan publik di Indonesia memang memunculkan banyak topik menarik dalam kehidupan masyarakat ketika berinteraksi dengan birokrasi. Kehadiran MPP dapat menghasilkan temuan-temuan baru yang meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas sekaligus memfasilitasi akses masyarakat terhadap pelayanan publik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis aksebilitas dan keterjangkauan layanan pada Mal Pelayanan Publik (MPP) Kota Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis dekriptif persentase yang menggunakan kuesioner dan survei langsung sebagai data primer dalam mengumpulkan data. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah diolah dapat disimpulkan bahwa masyarakat menyambut positif kebijakan Pemerintah Kota Malang yang mengembangkan MPP sebagai sarana kemudahan pelayanan publik, serta efektivitas layanan tersebut, hal ini dibuktikan dengan tingkat kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap adanya mal pelayanan public (MPP) sebesar 100 persen. Dalam mengimplementasikan Mal Pelayanan Publik yang dapat memenuhi kebutuhan dan harapan masyarakat, maka penting untuk menjaga standar kualitas pelayanan yang tinggi.

Abstract

Padi adalah tanaman pangan utama di Indonesia dan memiliki peran vital dalam perekonomian serta kehidupan sehari-hari masyarakat. Namun, produksi padi saat ini mengalami penurunan akibat serangan hama dan penyakit. Deteksi dini dan klasifikasi penyakit padi yang akurat sangat penting untuk mengurangi dampak negatif ini. Penelitian ini membangun dan melatih model Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) menggunakan arsitektur MobileNetV3 Large untuk mengenali kondisi kesehatan tanaman padi. Model dilatih dengan dataset citra daun padi berlabel, melalui 30 epoch, batch size 45, dan optimizer Lion. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan akurasi 75% untuk data uji dengan loss 59%, dan akurasi 76% untuk data latih dengan loss 61%. Model ini juga berhasil diimplementasikan dalam aplikasi mobile berbasis Android. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat berkontribusi pada sektor pertanian Indonesia dengan menyediakan alat deteksi penyakit padi yang lebih efisien dan efektif.

Abstract

Semakin banyaknnya kasus perceraian di Indonesia diduga bisa mempengaruhi sistem ketatanan negara, diantaranya dapat dipengaruhi oleh Indeks Pembangunan Manusia, Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB), dan kualitas pendidikan. Distribusi binomial negatif dan distribusi poisson digunakan untuk menganalisis data jumlah perceraian di Indonesia menggunakan pendekatan Integrated Nested Laplace Approximation (INLA). Metrik Widely Applicable Information Criterion (WAIC) bertujuan untuk memilih distribusi mana yang cocok digunakan pada data tersebut. Hasil penelitian merekomendasikan penggunaan distribusi binomial negatif dengan pendekatan INLA untuk analisis lebih lanjut dalam memodelkan kasus perceraian di Indonesia.

Abstract

This study focuses on designing and optimizing a spreader bar for lifting a pressure vessel are 14,214 millimeters in length, 4,364 millimeters in diameter, and a total weight of 80 tons, addressing challenges in load distribution and safety. The spreader bar, constructed from API 5L X52material, was modeled using SolidWorks and analyzed through Finite Element Analysis (FEA) under four lifting configurations. Key parameters such as stress, strain, and displacement were evaluated to ensure compliance with safety standards. Results indicated that all configurations meet the required safety factor of 1.5, with simulation 3 (C-C) demonstrating the best performance in minimizing stress and displacement. The discussion highlights the design's ability to balance structural integrity, material efficiency, and operational safety. The study concluded that the proposed spreader bar design enhances workplace safety, reduces the risk of equipment failure, and provides a cost-effective solution for heavy lifting tasks.

Abstract

This study aims to model the poverty rate in Aceh Province using the Generalized Linear Models (GLMs) approach with the Integrated Nested Laplace Approximation (INLA) method. The models used in this study include Poisson and Negative Binomial regression. The data used includes variables of per capita expenditure, population density, average years of schooling, open unemployment rate, and labor force participation. Multicollinearity tests were conducted using Tolerance and Variance Inflation Factor (VIF) values to ensure the absence of multicollinearity problems between predictor variables. The results show that the Negative Binomial model is better than the Poisson model, as indicated by the smaller WAIC value. The average years of schooling variable has a significant negative effect, while the open unemployment rate has a significant positive effect on the poverty rate. Meanwhile, the variables of expenditure per capita, population density, and labor force participation make smaller and partially insignificant contributions in the model. Thus, increasing access to education and reducing unemployment are key factors in poverty alleviation efforts in Aceh Province. The results of this study are expected to serve as a reference for policy makers in formulating effective strategies to reduce poverty.

Abstract

This study analyses the influence of factors causing crime in Central Java Province in 2022, with variables including poverty, population density, education, Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP), unemployment rate, and food and non-food consumption. Crime in this region is a social issue that needs attention, given the impact it has on both the economy and social community. Criminality data in the form of count data is analysed using Poisson and Negative Binomial regression to overcome the problem of overdispersion, which allows the model to more accurately estimate the relationship between variables. The results showed that the Negative Binomial regression model was better than Poisson regression, based on the AIC (Akaike Information Criteria) value. The variables of poverty and education were found to have a significant influence on crime rates, indicating the importance of social and educational policies in reducing crime rates. Meanwhile, the variables of population density, GRDP, unemployment rate, and food consumption showed no significant effect. These findings provide important insights for the government in formulating policies aimed at reducing crime rates and improving social stability in Central Java Province. This research is expected to be the basis for the development of data-based policies to improve the welfare of the community.
