Abstract

The press brick factory is one of the business sectors with a level of demand that tends to increase every year. The quality of the press brick used as building material must have good quality that can maintain the strength of existing buildings. The quality in question is the compressive strength and absorption of water produced must be in accordance with the requirements of SNI (Indonesian National Standard) that have been determined, the standard used today is SNI 03-0349-1989. P.D. Cijati Jaya is a factory that produces press brick, but there are still many problems with the quality of its products. Quality is not good, like fast breaking and brittle. The purpose of this research is to design the composition of press brick raw materials so that the products produced are of the quality according to SNI. The method used is the Taguchi method. Factors that influence the compressive strength and absorbency that will produce better quality are (A) Stirring Length (11 Minutes), (B) Pressure (60 Kg), (C) Water (0.14 Liter), (D) Long Drying, (8 Days) and (E) Composition of Sand-Lime (0.25 kg; 1.75 kg). According to SNI this quality is in the standard quality 1 to 2.Pabrik batako pres menjadi salah satu bidang usaha dengan tingkat permintaan yang relatif terus bertambah setiap tahunnya. Kualitas batako pres yang dipakai sebagai bahan bangunan harus mempunyai kualitas yang bagus yang dapat mempertahankan kekuatan bangunan yang ada. Kualitas yang dimaksud adalah kuat tekan dan daya serap air yang dihasilkan harus sesuai dengan syarat-syarat SNI (Standar Nasional Indonesia) yang telah di tentukan, standar yang digunakan saat ini yaitu SNI 03-0349-1989. P.D. Cijati Jaya adalah pabrik yang memproduksi batako pres, tapi masih banyak masalah dengan kualitas produknya. Kualitas belum bagus, seperti cepat pecah dan rapuh. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang komposisi bahan baku batako pres agar produk yang dihasilkanberkualitas sesuai SNI. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode Taguchi. Faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap kuat tekan dan daya serap yang akan menghasilkan Kualitas lebih baik yaitu (A) Lama Adukan (11 Menit), (B) Tekanan (60 Kg), (C) Air (0,14 Liter), (D) Lama Pengeringan, (8 Hari) dan (E) Komposisi Kapur-Pasir (0,25 kg ; 1,75 kg). Menurut SNI kualitas ini berada pada standar kualitas I-II.

Abstract

Abstract— U.D. BAROKAH is engaged in the fulfillment of agricultural needs that will move products from the old warehouse to the new warehouse, products include: fertilizers (subsidies and non-subsidies), seeds, and pesticides. The old warehouse with an area of 150m2 and a new warehouse that has an area of 400m2. To streamline the new space and hopefully can reduce the level of damage to the product then, layout layout design is made using 2 methods of ABC classification and Class Based Storage Method. The product is placed in accordance with its activities, looking at the demand of November 2017 which shows the percentage value close to grade A 80%, B15%, and C5% grade. So make the area block based on the class, the area of the block area used class A 49m2, B 14m2, and C10m2. From the results calculated to determine the effectiveness of the warehouse mathematically by using the calculation of Material Handling Cost, the result of the calculation is Rp 375.321,60 per month.Keywords : ABC Classification , Class Based Storage, and Material Handling Cost Abstrak— U.D. BAROKAH yang bergerak dalam bidang pemenuhan kebutuhan pertanian yang akan memindahkan produk dari gudang lama ke gudang yang baru, produk meliputi: pupuk (subsidi dan non subsidi), bibit, dan pestisida. Gudang lama dengan luas 150m2 dan gudang baru yang mempunyai luas 400 m2. Untuk mengefektifkan luas ruangan baru dan diharapkan bisa menekan tingkat kerusakan pada produk maka, perancangan tata letak layout dibuat menggunakan 2 metode yaitu klasifikasi ABC dan Metode Class Based Storage. Produk ditempatkan sesuai dengan aktifitasnya, melihat dari permintaan bulan November 2017 yang menunjukan nilai persentase mendekati untuk kelas A 80%, B 15% , dan kelas C 5%. Sehingga di buatlah blok area berdasarkan kelas tersebut, luas block area yang terpakai kelas A 49 m2, B 14m2, dan C 10 m2. Dari hasil tersebut dihitung untuk mengetahui efektifitas gudang secara matematis dengan menggunakan perhitungan Ongkos Material Handling, hasil dari pehitungan tersebut adalah Rp 375.321,60 per bulan.Kata kunci : Klasifikasi ABC, Class Based Storage, Ongkos Material Handling

Abstract

Abstract— The development of a good automotive industry attracts investors to invest in this industry. The current investment grows into one of the lifestyles of modern society. Individuals or groups who have excess resources will do this activity. The purpose of the investment is to earn a profit or gain additional wealth in the future. There are various forms of investment that are on real assets, financial assets, or securities (stocks, bonds, deposits, and others). Automotive companies that go public serve as subjects in this study. Because the automotive company is a rapidly growing industry. In addition, the automotive industry stocks are among the most actively traded stocks, so the stock price moves quite actively. Based on these thoughts, the authors conducted a study on the design of the model of stock returns on automotive companies that go public. The design of research model refers to the basic model of stock return. Model design on the influence of return on investment, economic value added and stock liquidity by trading volume activity method to stock return. Research data obtained by way of documentation from data of automotive companies listed in Indonesia stock exchange in the year 2013-2016. The data obtained are used to test the model empirically by using multiple linear regression method with time series problem. From the test results, it is known that roi, eva and tva effect simultaneously on stock return and for the model of each variable is explained from the results of the hypothesis that roi is accepted which means partially positive effect on stock return, while for eva and tva is rejected which means no effect on stock returns.Keywords :  Return On Inverstment, Economic Value Added, Trading Volume Activity, Stock Return Abastrak - Perkembangan industri otomotif yang baik menarik para investor untuk melakukan investasi pada industri ini. Investasi saat ini tumbuh menjadi salah satu gaya hidup masyarakat modern. Individu ataupun kelompok yang memiliki kelebihan sumber daya akan melakukan kegiatan ini. Tujuan dari investasi adalah untuk mendapatkan keuntungan atau mendapatkan tambahan kekayaan di masa yang akan datang. Ada berbagai macam bentuk dari investasi yaitu pada aktiva riil, aktiva finansial, atau sekuritas (saham, obligasi, deposito,dan lainnya). Perusahaan otomotif yang go public dijadikan sebagai subyek dalam penelitian ini. Dikarenakan perusahaan otomotif merupakan industri yang berkembang dengan pesat. Selain itu saham-saham industri otomotif termasuk ke dalam saham yang paling aktif diperdagangkan, sehingga harga sahamnya pun bergerak cukup aktif. Berasarkan pemikiran tersebut, penulis melakukan penelitian mengenai perancangan model return saham pada perusahaan otomotif yang go public. Perancangan model penelitian merujuk pada model dasar mengenai return saham. Perancangan model mengenai pengaruh return on investment, economic value added dan likuiditas saham dengan metoda trading volume activity terhadap return saham. Data penelitian diperoleh dengan cara dokumentasi dari data  perusahaan otomotif yang terdaftar di bursa efek indonesia pada tahun 2013-2016. Data yang diperoleh digunakan untuk menguji model secara empiris dengan menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda dengan permasalahan time series. Dari hasil pengujian, diketahui bahwa roi, eva dan tva berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap return saham dan untuk model dari masing-masing variabel dijelaskan dari hasil hipotesis yang menunjukan bahwa roi diterima yang berarti berpengaruh positif secara parsial terhadap return saham, sedangkan untuk eva dan tva ditolak yang berarti tidak berpengaruh terhadap return saham.Kata kunci : Return On Inverstment, Economic Value Added, Trading Volume Activity, Return Saham

Abstract

Abstract— CV.Cipendawa is a shoe company, which was established in 2005. The brand of goods produced is Allstar shoes, which become main products. Problems that occur in the process of shoe production Allstar is a waste in the form of idle time (idle time). Waste in the form (idle time) occurs because the company does not pay attention to the existence of alternative Allstar shoe assembly making the engine scheduling less good. This research is done by using lean manufacturing and machine scheduling, in lean manufacturing concept in using the operation of process chart (OPC) and value stream mapping (VSM) to describe the value in production process which includes material and information flow. While the machine scheduling is used to reschedule the production process of Allstar shoes so it is expected to reduce waste. The purpose of this research is to minimize the time of completion of production by paying attention to the assembly alternatives on the production floor. The results of this study indicate that with the scheduling of machines that pay attention to the order of prakitan get the completion time of production of 718 seconds and the waiting time of 114 seconds.dan on making a single shoe score add value of 7102 seconds Keyword : value stream mapping and Scheduling machine.

Abstract

An integrated approach to distribution route design considers several aspects of the distribution network simultaneously such as customer distribution grouping, warehouse locations, routes and vehicle capacity. This approach aims to optimize these factors as an integrated system so that vehicle travel routes are shorter and more efficient and save overall costs. For this purpose, the use of complex mathematical models in designing distribution routes is unavoidable. Distribution route design begins with grouping retailers/agents so that transport vehicles in only one trip can complete their tasks using the Fuzzy c-Means Clustering approach. The next step is the selection of warehouse locations that consider the distribution of demand from retailers/agents in each cluster. For warehouse location selection that is centered on the distribution of retail/agent demand, geographic analysis is very important to map areas with high demand concentrations, so that placing warehouses close to the majority of customers can speed up delivery times and minimize transportation costs. This step uses the P-Median approach with the Greedy Dropping Heuristic Algorithm. This design ends by determining the optimization route using Insertion Heuristic or Vehicle Routing Problem in each cluster, starting with the vehicle departing from the warehouse providing service until all retailers/agents in the cluster are served and returning to the warehouse in just one iteration. The next approach, Tabu Search metaheuristic, is carried out to see other possible shortest distance alternatives by optimizing the shortest distance obtained in the previous stage. This design is applied to the 3 kg gas distribution route in East Bandung City which has six intermediary warehouses and 72 retailers/agents. The integrated design of the 3 kg distribution route produces a cost efficiency of 72.28%. Pendekatan terpadu terhadap perancangan rute distribusi mempertimbangkan sejumlah aspek jaringan distribusi secara bersamaan seperti pengelompokan sebaran pelanggan, lokasi Gudang, rute dan kapasitas kendaraan. Pendekatan ini bertujuan mengoptimalkan faktor-faktor tersebut sebagai satu sistem yang terintegrasi sehingga rute tempuh kendaraan lebih pendek dan efisien serta menghemat biaya keseluruhan. Untuk tujuan ini, penggunaan model matematika kompleks dalam merancang rute distribusi tidak dapat dihindari. Desain rute distribusi diawali dengan mengelompokkan ritel/agen agar kendaraan angkut dalam hanya satu ritasi dapat menyelesaikan tugasnya dengan pendekatan Fuzzy C-Means Clustering. Langkah berikutnya adalah pemilihan lokasi gudang yang mempertimbangkan sebaran permintaan daripada ritel/agen di setiap klaster. Untuk pemilihan lokasi gudang yang berpusat pada sebaran permintaan ritel/agen, analisis geografis sangat penting untuk memetakan area dengan konsentrasi permintaan tinggi, sehingga menempatkan gudang dekat dengan mayoritas pelanggan dapat mempercepat waktu pengiriman dan meminimalkan biaya transportasi. Langkah ini menggunakan pendekatan P-Median dengan Greedy Dropping Heuristic Algorithm. Perancangan ini diakhiri dengan menetapkan rute optimasi menggunakan Insertion Heuristik atau Vehicle Routing Problem pada setiap klaster dengan diawali kendaraan berangkat dari gudang memberi pelayanan hingga semua ritel/agen dalam klaster terlayani dan kembali ke gudang hanya dalam satu ritasi. Pendekatan berikutnya metaheuristik Tabu Search dilakukan untuk melihat kemungkinan alternatif jarak terpendek lainnya dengan melakukan optimisasi jarak terpendek yang telah diperoleh pada tahapan sebelumnya. Perancangan ini diterapkan pada rute distribusi gas 3 kg Kota Bandung Timur yang mempunyai enam gudang perantara dan 72 ritel/agen. Perancangan terpadu rute distribusi 3 kg menghasilkan efisiensi biaya sebesar 72,28%.

Abstract

Abstract— Quality is one thing that is important in the face of competition in the industry. An industry that can produce a product or service with good quality have a greater opportunity to compete. Customer satisfaction is the most important thing to know if the quality of a product can be accepted in the market or not, the customer satisfaction in the mean is how the compressive strength and absorption of tiles made at the plant WS is already in line with consumer expectations or not. This study aims to mengeathui customers are satisfied or not with the quality of bricks produced. The method used in this study using a model Kano with the results, test the validity of the first statement obtained r count of 0471 and the value of r table at 0294. reliability test results with Crombach's Alpha 0709 of 13 N of the item. Kano categorization results obtained category I (indifferent) and R (Reverse), which means indefferent is neutral, the dimensions of Reliability quality brick is good but it would be nice if it improved again. And on the dimensions showed Responsive service and the level of customer satisfaction with quality brick beraada at the level of R (Reverse), which means a setback, at this level that the quality of tiles made the necessary level.
