Abstract

Ha11g Nadim Airport began operations on August 9, 1965, located in Big Stone area about 20 km from downtown Batam can accommodate 18 (eighteen) wide-bodied aircraft like Boeing 767 and has the lo11gest runway in Indonesia which is 4025 meters. Movement of passengers 011 merage 6,000 people/day, with 42 flights/day. To improve air transport services after getting of the plane tawards the ultimate goal, the Hang Nadim Airport in cooperation with PT. Dmnri in order to improve services, especially for passenger air transportation that will melajutkan journey towards the ultimate goal in Batam that is by adding alloying modes of transport other than taxis and motor vehicle (motorcycle taxis). Damri buses started operating on December 5, 2008, and is still running but not according to what was expected because as the location of parking too far from the gate making it difficult for passengers to board buses and schedules refe1Ted to (headway) and things that can diapstikan this is because the number of bus fleet is too small. To peninkgatan services necessary to the addition of the bus fleet and the addition of routes I new routes, especially to human settlements in the area of Batam.

Abstract

Tahuna Island is a border area which has an opportunity to create a coorperation with neighbour countries in Asia Pasific. It is also a nothem gate as an entrance and exit-way of cargoes and passengers. Tahuna also to be a front porch of the unitary state of The Republic of Indonesia as well as a security belt in nothern area and according to government regulation No. 28/2008, it becomes a regency capital that stated as center of national strategy activities and economic development area that has come facilities to support economic, development area that has some facilities to support economic development, social, culture and education. Sea Transportation to serve Manado and Tahuna is operated ever day, in order to attract national tourist visiting this island. So that, the author will access the efficiency of this transportation and carry out research whose topic is connectivity of Tahuna Island to big cities in Indonesia with regarding transportation of passenger aspect. Abstract

Bandar Udara Sultan Thaha Syaifuddin-Jambi dikelola oleh PT. Angkasa Pura II. Bandara ini mulai beroperasi sejak April 2007, dan pada tahun 2012 bandara ini sudah menjadi bandara intemasional. Penerbangan di bandara ini cenderung mengalami peningkatan diketahui pergerakan di Bandara Sultan Thaha SyaifuddinJ ambi yang pada tahun 2011 pergerakan penumpang mencapai 1 juta penumpang dan tahun 2012 mencapai 1,13 juta penumpang atau naik 8,48% dan setiap tahun diperkirakan kenaikan 7-12% setiap tahunnya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengevaluasi pelayanan angkutan lanjutan di Bandara Sultan Thaha Syaifuddin. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis Imponnance and Perfonnance Analysis (IPA) untuk mendapatkan informasi tentang tingkat pelayanan angkutan lanjutan dengan cara mengukur tingkat kepentingan dan tingkat pelaksanaannya. Dalam analisis data ini terdapat dua variabel yang memiliki nilai kepentingan tinggi namun pelayanan masih rendah yaitu ongkos/ tarif angkutan lanjutan saat ini dan jurnlah angkutan lanjutan, sedangkan tingkat kepuasan pelanggan terhadap pelayanan angkutan lanjutan masih sangat rendah dengan nilai 61,360%, oleh karena itu pelayanan angkutan lanjutan pada Bandar Udara Sultan Thaha Syaifuddin-Jambi masih perlu ditingkatkan.

Abstract

Pelabuhan Tanjung Emas Semarang merupakan salah satu pelabuhan besar yang berfungsi sebagai pintu gerbang perekonomian daerah Jawa Tengah dan sekitarnya, nasional bahkan internasional. Posisi pelabuhan ini sangat strategis  karena diapit oleh dua pelabuhan besar yaitu Pelabuhan Tanjung Priok dibarat Pulau Jawa dan Pelabuhan Tanjung Perak ditimur Pulau  Jawa, dan berdasarkan sejarah pelabuhan ini melakukan kegiatan bongkar muat barang mulai 2 Mei 1947 (abad ke-19). Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kompatibilitas peralatan bongkar muat barang di Pelabuhan Tanjung Emas Semarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriftif kualitatif untuk mengetahui kegiatan bongkar muat barang di TPK Semarang. Dari hasil analisis dari 35 responden 21 orang (21,60%) menjawab pelayanan bongkar muat barang di TPKS memuaskan, dan untuk ketersediaan peralatan bongkar muat barang 28 responden (80%) menjawab memuaskan. Untuk mengantisipasi peningkatan arus bongkar muat petikemas di TPK Semarang perlu penambahan jumlah dan pengadaan peralatan, seperti penambahan jumlahCCdari 4 unit menjadi 5 unit, HT dan Chassis dari 30 unit menjadi 35 unit, RTG dari 8 menjadi 19 unit, Forklif dari 3 menjadi 7 unit, serta perlu adanyaFix Spreader (FS) danSide Loader (SL).

Abstract

Soekarno-Hatta International Airport as a gateway has supported facilities such as the availability of airport transportation service integrator modes, namely: Damri Bus, Taxi, Bus Primajasa, Cipaganti Shuttle, Shuttle Bus, Transport Charter, City transport, and Motor Vehicle/Ojek as an alternative option for passenger air transport to final destination in Soeakrno Hatta Airport. Based SKEP. Adbandara Number ADSH.03/HK.30/III/2000, concerning Rules and Procedures of activities at Soekarno Hatta Airport in Article 78 regarding the operation of public transportation (1) describedthe permission of the operation of public transport in Soekarno Hatta Airport by the Directorate General of Land Transportation. Abstract

Pelabuhan Tanjung Perak Surabaya, merupakan pelabuhan terbesar kedua setelah Pelabuhan Tanjung Priok. Dalam menjalankan fungsi dan tugasnya pelabuhan ini melayani terminal penumpang dan barang dan untuk memperoleh hasil yang optimal dan efisien diperlukan fasilitas penunjang. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Pelabuhan Tanjung Perak Surabaya, terhadap 120 responden dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil analisis diperoleh bahwa jumlah penumpang angkutan laut di pelabuhan Tanjung Perak rata-rata 120.000/hari, sedangkan jumlah angkutan lanjutan yang masuk/lintas di pelabuhan pada saat ini sebanyak 81 bus dengan kapasitas tempat duduk rata-rata 50 seat dan 8 rit/hari (terangkut bus 32.400 orang), dan angkutan kota 81 unit rata-rata 11 seat dan 11 rit/hari (terangkut angkot 9.801 orang), jadi total yang terangkut angkutan lanjutan 42.201 orang. Berdasarkan hasil survei terhadap responden diketahui bahwa 41% dari jumlah penumpang angkutan laut menggunakan angkutan lanjutan (bus dan angkutan kota) sebanyak 49.200 penumpang. Sementara jumlah penumpang yang tidak terangkut angkutan lanjutan 6.999 orang, dan untuk saat ini kekurangan angkutan lanjutan adalah 17 bus.Kata Kunci: Kapasitas, angkutan lanjutan.

Abstract

AbstrakPelabuhan Kuala Tanjung berpotensi menjadi hub logistik untuk kawasan Asia Pasifik. Dari posisi geografis, letaknya sangat strategis karena berhadapan langsung dengan Selat Malaka dan berpotensi sebagai pelabuhan penunjang bagi Pelabuhan Belawan.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menyusuan rekomendasi pengembangan Pelabuhan Kuala Tanjung sebagai pelabuhan hub internasional ditinjau dari aspek jaringan pelayanan. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kombinasi antara penelitian kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif, regresi berganda dan SWOT. Besarnya demand dan posisi yang strategis di alur pelayaran internasional serta didukung oleh kedalaman kolam pelabuhan 16-17 mLWS mampu disandari kapal-kapal dengan kapasitas lebih besar 50.000 DWT. Pelabuhan Kuala Tanjung dititikberatkan untuk dapat menarik demand dari rute-rute strategis yang dilalui oleh shipping line utama di Selat Malaka, seperti MAERSK, CMA, EVERGREEN, dan lain-lain. Menjadikan Pelabuhan Kuala Tanjung sebagai satu-satunya pelabuhan di Indonesia Bagian Barat untuk melakukan Ekspor Impor berdasarkan Port Centrality Index. Pembangunan konektivitas jaringan transportasi global antar pulau secara terintegrasi dengan mengembangkan jalur pelayaran dan operasional short sea shipping secara terjadwal serta revitalisasi pelabuhan pengumpul dan utama guna menjamin muatan di Kuala Tanjung.Kata kunci: Kuala Tanjung, Hub Internasional, Jaringan Pelayanan. AbstractKuala Tanjung Port as an International Hub Port Review from The Service Network Aspect: Kuala Tanjung Port has the potential to become a logistics hub for the Asia Pacific region. From the geographical position, the location is very strategic because it deals directly with the Malacca Strait and has potential as a supporting port for Belawan Harbor. The purpose of this research is to develop recommendation of Kuala Tanjung Port development as international hub port in terms of network service aspect. The research approach used is a combination of qualitative and quantitative research. The analytical method used is descriptive, multiple regression and SWOT. The magnitude of demand and strategic position in the international shipping lanes and supported by the depth of harbor pool 16-17 mLWS capable of in transit ships with a capacity of lebih besar 50,000 DWT. Kuala Tanjung Port is focused on being able to attract demand from strategic routes through major shipping line in the Malacca Strait, such as MAERSK, CMA, EVERGREEN, and others. Making Port of Kuala Tanjung as the only port in Western Indonesia to conduct Import Export by Port Centrality Index. Development of integrated inter-island transport network connectivity by developing shipping lanes and scheduled short sea shipping operations as well as revitalization of main and collecting ports to ensure cargo at Kuala Tanjung.Keywords: Kuala Tanjung, International Hub, Service Network.
