Abstract

One of the most important parts in the development of thinking is language. Language develops systematically with age. Mother tongue in the context of early childhood is the first language mastered by children from birth through interactions with family members and the environment. Mother tongue is often used and even carried over in formal situations in the use of Indonesian. The one-day program in Lampung was established to restore the mother tongue to early childhood in Lampung province. The existence of the Lampung language in Lampung Province is currently in the endangered category because there has been no regeneration of the Lampung language to the next generation as well as the influence of the environment and daily interactions. So that conservation and revitalization are carried out so that the Lampung language continues to exist and needs to be maintained. This research was conducted using the Literature Study method. One-day warning research program in Lampung language for early childhood at TK Kartika II-27 Bandarlampung. Researchers analyzed how children's learning activities by focusing on research programs one day in Lampung language. AbstrakSalah satu bagian terpenting dalam perkembangan berpikir adalah bahasa. Bahasa berkembang secara sistematis bersamaan dengan bertambahnya usia. Bahasa ibu dalam lingkup anak usia dini  merupakan bahasa pertama yang dikuasai anak sejak lahir melalui interaksi dengan anggota keluarga dan lingkungan. Bahasa ibu sering kali digunakan bahkan terbawa kedalam situasi formal pada penggunaan bahasa Indonesia. Program one day with Lampung language dibentuk untuk mengembalikan bahasa ibu pada anak usia dini di provinsi Lampung. Keberadaan Bahasa Lampung di Provinsi Lampung  saat ini juga masuk dalam kategori terancam punah lantaran belum ada regenerasi bahasa lampung kepada generasi-generasi penerus selanjutnya serta pengaruh dari lingkungan, dan pergaulan sehari-hari. Sehingga perlu adanya konservasi dan revitalisasi yang dilakukan agar Bahasa Lampung tetap eksis dan dipertahankan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Studi Literatur. Peneliti mengamati program one day with Lampung language pada anak usia dini di TK Kartika II-27 Bandarlampung. Peneliti menganalisa bagaimana kegiatan belajar anak dengan memfokuskan penelitian pada program one day with lampung language.

Abstract

Usaha kecil menengah (UKM) menjadi salah satu penopang perekonomian negara, karena pelaku usaha ini sebagian besar berupa usaha rumah tangga yang mampu menyerap tenaga kerja. Desa Tekolabbua di Kecamatan Pangkajene merupakan salah satu pusat usaha tani rumput laut yang memiliki potensi usaha kreatif yang mampu menolong perekonomian warga sekitar. Dalam penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peranan kompetensi SDM dalam meningkatkan kinerja UKM usaha tani rumput laut di Desa Tekolabbua, Kecamatan Pangkajene, Kabupaten Pangkep. Kompetensi sumber daya manusia (SDM) merupakan salah satu faktor yang sangat penting dalam berhasilnya suatu usaha, dengan meningkatnya kompetensi SDM melalui peningkatan pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan kemampuan maka, hal tersebut merupakan kunci dari peningkatan kinerja UKM khususnya usaha tani rumput laut di Desa Tekolabbua. Kendala kompetensi SDM dalam meningkatkan kinerja UKM Usaha tani rumput laut di desa Tekolabbua dipengaruhi oleh faktor menurunnya permintaan bahan baku rumput laut oleh perusahaan dan semakin banyak saingan atau pengumpul yang menjalankan usaha ini dengan menawarkan harga yang lebih tinggi ke masyarakat sehingga pendapatan UKM milik pak Heron menurun dibandingkan pendapatan tahun-tahun sebelumnya. Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) are one of the pillars supporting the country’s economy, as most of these businesses are household enterprises that can absorb labor. Tekolabbua Village in Pangkajene subdistrict is one of the centers of seaweed farming businesses with creative potential that can help the local economy. This study aims to determine the role of human resource competencies in enhancing the performance of seaweed farming SMEs in Tekolabbua Village, Pangkajene sub-district, Pangkep district. Human resource competency is a crucial factor in the success of a business; by enhancing knowledge, skills, and abilities, it becomes the key to improving SME performance, particularly in seaweed farming in Tekolabbua Village. The challenges of human resource competency in improving the performance of seaweed raw materials by companies and increasing competition from other collectors offering higher prices to the community, resulting in a decrease in income for Mr. Heron’s SME compared to previous years.

Abstract

Work Discipline in Teacher Performance at SMP Negeri 14 Palu". Guided by Intam Nuraisyah, as (Supervisor I) and Meldi Amijaya as (Supervisor II). This study aims to find out how the work discipline and performance of teachers in SMP Negeri 14 Palu are. The basis of the research used in this study is a qualitative approach with a descriptive type. This research is classified as a descriptive qualitative research type because this research provides an overview of the research results by describing the actual data obtained in the field. This research will describe Work Discipline and Teacher Performance. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that teachers' work discipline is an important factor that affects their performance in carrying out their duties as educators. Work discipline is understood as a form of responsibility, awareness, and commitment to regulations, time, and professional duties, which is reflected in punctuality of attendance, compliance with school rules, completion of teaching equipment, and involvement in school activities. High work discipline also has a positive impact on the quality of learning, relationships with students, and the trust given by school leaders. Despite obstacles such as high administrative burdens and limited support systems, teachers still strive to maintain discipline through personal awareness and strong organizational cultural support. Therefore, teachers' work discipline is not only influenced by internal factors, but also highly dependent on leadership, school management, and the efficiency of the work system that supports the creation of optimal teacher performance.
