Abstract

Lifestyle and nutritional intake are factors that affect the nutritional status of final year students. Undernutrition conditions in adulthood due to lack of energy cause students to get tired easily because of the many demands ranging from thesis work, organizational duties and personal problems they experience and several other factors. This study aims to determine the factors associated with the nutritional status of final year students of the Hang Tuah University Pekanbaru public health program. By using quantitative research methods with observational analytic research type, the design used is cross sectional with consecutive sampling technique. With a population of 203 people with a sample size of 67 respondents. This research was conducted from July to August 2023. Data collection tools using questionnaires with interview methods. Data analysis used is univariate and bivariate using the chi square test. From the results of the study obtained factors associated with nutritional status, namely Stress (p value = 0.000), Emotional Eating (p value = 0.48), Energy Intake (p value = 0.003), Sleep Qualities (p value = 0.32). It is recommended for students to pay more attention to lifestyle and nutritional intake so that nutritional status remains normal and body health is well maintained. Abstract

Kedisiplinan adalah kesadaran dan kesediaan seseorang menaati semua peraturan perusahaan dan norma-norma social yang berlaku. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisisindikator kedisiplinan perawat di ruang rawat inap. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif yang bertujuan untuk mendapatkan informasi dengan metode wawancara dan observasi lapangan dimana penelitian ini dilakukan di Ruang Rawat Inap Rumah Sakit Ibu dan Anak Eria Bunda Pekanbaru pada bulan Juni-Agustus 2021.Informan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 7 orang yang bekerja di RSIA Eria Bunda di antaranya 5 Perawat, 1 Kepala ruang rawat dan 1 Staff  HRD. Variabel dalam penelitianini yaituteladan pimpinan, balas jasa, pengawasan melekat, sanksi hukuman, dan ketegasan. Hasil penelitian bahwa secara kualitas maupun kuantitas sudah baik. Pimpinan telah menunjukkan kedisiplinan dalam bekerja dan memberikan contoh yang baik agar perawat mampu bersikap disiplin terhadap aturan-aturan Rumah Sakit, balas jasa yang diterima oleh pegawai tidak mempengaruhi kedisiplinan perawat. Pengawasan melekat yang dilakukan pimpinan di Rumah Sakit sudah bagus tetapi perlu ditingkatkan.Sanksi hukum yang ada di Rumah Sakit sudah cukup baik, sehingga pelanggaran aturan oleh perawat sedikit dan juga ada hukuman berat yang diberikan pimpinan kepada perawat yang melanggar peraturan. Pimpinan sudah memiliki ketegasan yang baik namun masih ada perawat di Rumah Sakit yang beperilaku tidak disiplin meski pimpinan sudah memberikan sanksi hukum bagi perawat yang melakukan pelanggaran aturan Rumah Sakit yang ditetapkan. Discipline is a person's awareness and willingness to obeyall applicable company regulations and social norms.The purpose of this study is to analyze the disciplinary indicatorsnurse in the inpatient room. This research is a researchqualitative with a descriptive approach that aims toget information by interview and observation methodthe field where this research was carried out in the Home Inpatient RoomSick of Mother and Child Eria Bunda Pekanbaru in June-August2021. The informants in this study amounted to 7 people who worked inRSIA Eria Bunda of which 5Nurse, 1 head of the ward and 1 HRD staff. Variable inThis research is an example of leadership, remuneration, supervisionattachment, punitive sanctions, and firmness. The results of the study thatboth in quality and quantity are good. The leadership hasdemonstrate discipline in work and set a good examplegood so that nurses are able to be disciplined against the rulesHospital, the remuneration received by the employee is notaffect nurse discipline. The inherent supervisioncarried out by the leadership at the hospital is good but necessaryimproved. The existing legal sanctions in the hospital are good enough,so that the violation of the rules by nurses is few and also theresevere punishment given by the leadership to nurses whobreak the rules. Leaders already have firmnessgood but there are still nurses in the hospital who behave notdiscipline even though the leader has given legal sanctions to nurses

Abstract

Manajemen risiko adalah suatu upaya mengelola risiko K3 untuk mencegah terjadinya kecelakaan yang tidak diinginkan secara komprehensif, terencana dan terstruktur dalam suatu kesisteman yang baik. Adapun masalah yang terdapat di RSUD Mandau duri adalah tidak terlaksananya program K3 di laboratorium serta kurangnya kesadaran petugas dalam penggunaan Apd. Maka dari itu, Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis identifikasi bahaya, evaluasi, dan pengendalian risiko di laboratorium. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif, yang bertujuan untuk mendapatkan informasi dengan metode wawancara dan observasi lapangan dimana penelitian ini dilakukan di Laboratorium Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Mandau Duri pada bulan September 2021. Informan penelitian ini sebanyak 5 orang yang terdiri dari Kepala Laboratorium, Kepala K3 Rumah Sakit, dan 3 Petugas Laboratorium. Variabel penelitian ini yaitu, identifikasi bahaya, analisa risiko, evaluasi risiko, dan pengendalian risiko. Hasil penelitian bahwa identifikasi bahaya, pada petugas laboratorium  belum cukup baik, belum terlaksananya program-program K3 di laboratorium, dan juga dari segi penggunaan APD pada petugas sebaiknya diperhatikan kembali agar tidak terpapar dari COVID-19. Analisa risiko sudah cukup baik karena tingkat keparahan kecelakaan kerja jarang terjadi, namun dilihat dari Risk Matrix dengan teknik kualitatif di dapat kan hasil bahwa kategori risikonya adalah extreme dan high. Evaluasi Risiko sudah baik karena para petugas Laboratorium saling mengingatkan satu sama lain dalam menggunakan APD lengkap sesuai SOP. Pengendalian Risiko kurang baik karena pihak Rumah Sakit sudah menyediakan APD, tetapi masih ada petugas yang belum taat menggunakannya, padahal para petugas. Risk management is an effort to manage 3 risk to prevent unwantedaccidents in a comprehensive, planned and structured manner in a goodsystem. The problems found in RSUD Mandau hospital are notimplementation of the K3 program in the laboratory and the lack ofawareness of officers in the use of PPE. Therefore, the purpose of thisstudy is to analyze hazard identification, evaluation, and risk control in thelaboratory.This study is a qualitative study of a descriptive nature, whichaims to obtain information with interview methods and field observationswhere this study was conducted at the Laboratory of Mandau DuriRegional General Hospital in September 2021. There were 5 Informantsof this study which consisting of the Head of Laboratory, Head of K3Hospital, and 3 Laboratory Officers. The variables of this study are,hazard identification, risk analysis, risk evaluation, and risk control. Theresults of the study that the identification of hazards, in laboratory workershas not been good enough, has not been implemented OHC programs inthe laboratory, and also in terms of the use of PPE in officers should beconsidered again so as not to be exposed from COVID-19. Risk analysisis good enough because the severity of work accidents is rare, butjudging from the Risk Matrix with qualitative techniques, it can result thatthe risk category is extreme and high. Risk Evaluation is good becauselaboratory officers remind each other in using complete PPE according toSOP. Risk Control is not good because the Hospital has provided PPE,but there are still officers who have not obeyed it, even though theofficers.

Abstract

A career path is a formal, planned and organized effort to achieve a balance between an individual's career needs and the demands of work in an organization. At Tabrani Hospital, there are still nurses with a long working period who still do not have a good career path or have improved. The variables in this study are dependent variables, namely the career path of nurses and independent variables, namely education, training, employment period, and promotion. This research was conducted to see if there is a relationship between education, training, work period, and promotion with the career path of nurses at Prof. Dr. Tabrani Hospital Pekanbaru in 2024. The location of the research was carried out at Tabrani Hospital Pekanbaru in March-July 2024,This study is a quantitative, cross sectional research design. This study was conducted at Prof. Dr. Tabrani Hospital Pekanbaru, the population in this study amounted to 66 nurses, with a sample of 57 nurses. Data analysis was carried out univariate and bivariate with chi-square test (α=0.05). The results of bivariate analysis showed that there was no significant relationship between education (p = 0.705 <α=0.05), no relationship between working period (p = 0.346 <α=0.05), no relationship between training (p = 0.551 <α=0.05), and there was a relationship between promotion (p = 0.046 <α=0.05) and nurse's career path. Based on the results of the research, it was concluded that there was no relationship between education, working period, training, and there was a relationship between promotion and nurse career path.So the suggestion for hospitals to pay more attention to the main thing so that it can be beneficial for nurses and the hospital itself. Where both parties feel benefited in achieving the expected work results.
