Abstract

Manajemen risiko adalah suatu upaya mengelola risiko K3 untuk mencegah terjadinya kecelakaan yang tidak diinginkan secara komprehensif, terencana dan terstruktur dalam suatu kesisteman yang baik. Adapun masalah yang terdapat di RSUD Mandau duri adalah tidak terlaksananya program K3 di laboratorium serta kurangnya kesadaran petugas dalam penggunaan Apd. Maka dari itu, Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis identifikasi bahaya, evaluasi, dan pengendalian risiko di laboratorium. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif, yang bertujuan untuk mendapatkan informasi dengan metode wawancara dan observasi lapangan dimana penelitian ini dilakukan di Laboratorium Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Mandau Duri pada bulan September 2021. Informan penelitian ini sebanyak 5 orang yang terdiri dari Kepala Laboratorium, Kepala K3 Rumah Sakit, dan 3 Petugas Laboratorium. Variabel penelitian ini yaitu, identifikasi bahaya, analisa risiko, evaluasi risiko, dan pengendalian risiko. Hasil penelitian bahwa identifikasi bahaya, pada petugas laboratorium  belum cukup baik, belum terlaksananya program-program K3 di laboratorium, dan juga dari segi penggunaan APD pada petugas sebaiknya diperhatikan kembali agar tidak terpapar dari COVID-19. Analisa risiko sudah cukup baik karena tingkat keparahan kecelakaan kerja jarang terjadi, namun dilihat dari Risk Matrix dengan teknik kualitatif di dapat kan hasil bahwa kategori risikonya adalah extreme dan high. Evaluasi Risiko sudah baik karena para petugas Laboratorium saling mengingatkan satu sama lain dalam menggunakan APD lengkap sesuai SOP. Pengendalian Risiko kurang baik karena pihak Rumah Sakit sudah menyediakan APD, tetapi masih ada petugas yang belum taat menggunakannya, padahal para petugas. Risk management is an effort to manage 3 risk to prevent unwantedaccidents in a comprehensive, planned and structured manner in a goodsystem. The problems found in RSUD Mandau hospital are notimplementation of the K3 program in the laboratory and the lack ofawareness of officers in the use of PPE. Therefore, the purpose of thisstudy is to analyze hazard identification, evaluation, and risk control in thelaboratory.This study is a qualitative study of a descriptive nature, whichaims to obtain information with interview methods and field observationswhere this study was conducted at the Laboratory of Mandau DuriRegional General Hospital in September 2021. There were 5 Informantsof this study which consisting of the Head of Laboratory, Head of K3Hospital, and 3 Laboratory Officers. The variables of this study are,hazard identification, risk analysis, risk evaluation, and risk control. Theresults of the study that the identification of hazards, in laboratory workershas not been good enough, has not been implemented OHC programs inthe laboratory, and also in terms of the use of PPE in officers should beconsidered again so as not to be exposed from COVID-19. Risk analysisis good enough because the severity of work accidents is rare, butjudging from the Risk Matrix with qualitative techniques, it can result thatthe risk category is extreme and high. Risk Evaluation is good becauselaboratory officers remind each other in using complete PPE according toSOP. Risk Control is not good because the Hospital has provided PPE,but there are still officers who have not obeyed it, even though theofficers.

Abstract

Vaksinasi campak adalah proses memasukkan antigen yang yang dapatmerangsang sistem kekebalan tubuh manusia yang berfungsi untuk mengenali danmelawan virus campak. Cakupan imunisasi campak di wilayah kerja PuskesmasKuala Lahang belum mencapai target nasional pada tahun 2020 yaitu hanyasebesar 64% sedangkan target nasional ialah 95%. Tujuan penelitian ini adalahsecara umum untuk menggambarkan dan menganalisis determinan vaksinasicampak pada baduta di Kelurahan Kuala Lahang Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir tahun2021. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kelurahan Kuala Lahang Kecamatan GaungKabupaten Indragiri Hilir. Jenis penelitian ini adalah analitik kuantitatif dengandesain Cross Sectional. Metode penelitian ini dengan menggunakan kuesionerkepada 89 responden secara Total Sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukanbahwa adanya hubungan pengetahuan dengan dan efek samping dengan vaksinasicampak pada baduta. Nilai pengetahuan ( p value= 0,000, POR CI 95% = 0,990)dan efek samping ( p value = 0,000, POR CI 95% = 0,898). Dari hasil penelitianini dapat disimpulkan pengetahuan dan efek samping merupakan faktor yangberhubungan dengan vaksinasi campak pada baduta di Kelurahan Kuala LahangKabupaten Indragiri Hilir.   A vaccination against measles is the process of inserting an antigen that triggers a human immune system that can recognize and combat the measles virus. The scope of immunization of measles in the work region of Kuala Lahang’s central labor force has not reached its national target by 2020, a mere 64% while a national target is 95%. The aim of the study is generally to describe and analyze the measles vaccination determinations in baduta in Kuala Lahang sub district in 2021. The study is conducted in Kuala Lahang sub district, gaung district of lower Indragiri Hilir districts. This type of research is a quantitative analtic with a sectional design. This study method using a questionnaire to 89 total sampling responders. This study suggests that there is a link between knowledge and side effects with vaccinating measles in baduta. Value of knowledge (p value= 0,000, POR CI 95% = 0.990) and side effects (p value= 0,000, POR CI 95% = 0.898). The results of this research can be deduced that knowledge and side effects are a factor related to the recent measles vaccination in baduta in Kuala Lahang sub district of Indragiri Hilir regencys.

Abstract

Komunikasi, Informasi dan Edukasi (KIE) program KB khususnya MKJP dilakukan sebagai sebuah proses penyampaian isi pesan dari PPKBD kepada PUS yang sudah ber KB maupun yang belum ber KB untuk diketahui, dipahami, dimengerti dan dilaksanakan, yang pada akhirnya dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat itu sendiri. Jumlah pengguna kontrasepsi IUD di Kota Pekanbaru tahun 2018 tercatat 12,1% dan 2019 tercatat 11,6%, masih berada dibawah rata-rata Indonesia pada tahun 2019 sebanyak 62%. Tujuan kegiatan ini untuk meningkatkan kemampuan PPKBD melaksanakan KIE yang komunikatif informatif dan edukatif, pendekatan tokoh formal dan pembuatan media brosur poster. Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat ini dilakukan selama 3 hari dalam bentuk pelatihan dengan metode kegiatan melalui ceramah dan tanya jawab, microteaching dan praktek lapangan yang langsung dilakukan oleh peserta ke masyarakat. Kegiatan ini diselenggarakan di Kampung KB Berkah Bersama Kelurahan Air Dingin Kecamatan Marpoyan Damai. Hasil kegiatan tatap muka berupa ceramah dan tanya jawab diperoleh peningkatan pengetahuan sebelum dilakukan pelatihan baik (20%) menjadi baik (85%) setelah dilakukan pelatihan. Peserta dapat melakukan simulasi (Microteaching) dengan berperan sebagai penyuluh lapangan dan masyarakat. Hasil praktek lapangan dapat dilaksanakan secara baik langsung kepada PUS yang berdomisisli di wilayah kampong KB Berkas Bersama. Diharapkan kepada instansi terkait dapat meningkatkan kemampuan PPBKBD melalui peningkatan kuantitas dan kualitas dalam bentuk pelatihan, bimbingan teknis, workshop dan menggunakan alat peraga yang lebih lengkap, meningkatkan perhatian dan sinergitas melalui lintas sektor dan optimalisasi dana desa.

Abstract

Human Resources is an important component of an institution which acts as a thinker and planner for the development of an institution. Every institution needs to analyze and identify the availability of human resources to achieve its goals. One way is by mapping the workload. Patient visits to the Langsat health centre are 35-40 people/day. There are 2 medical records officers, none of whom have a D3 Medical Records education. This research aims to determine the estimated number of medical records personnel using the WISN method. This research uses a qualitative descriptive research design with the time and motion study method. The research informants were 2 medical records officers and 1 TU head. Data were collected using observation table instruments, interviews, stopwatches and computers and then analyzed using the WISN method. When the research was carried out in August 2023. The variables of this research were available working time, workload standards, allowance standards, and the number of workers needed. The research results are the amount of available working time is 69,360 minutes/year, the workload standard is 180,336 minutes/year, the allowance standard is 15,480 minutes/year or 0.22, and the workforce requirement is 3 people. From the results of the workforce calculation, it is hoped that there will be an additional 1 person on staff, especially D3 Medical Records staff.

Abstract

The Social Security Administering Body (BPJS) is a program as a follow-up to the National Health Insurance (JKN). The BPJS claim process requires files that are used as a condition for accepting the claim. The files will be processed by Casemix staff after the patient has finished receiving services. Bina Kasih Hospital indicated that there were incomplete files for hospital billing costs and filling in the patient's way of going home when entering the identity of the outpatient BPJS Health patient. If the proof of service is not completed and supporting sheets such as hospital billing costs are not yet available, then the case-mix officer will not be able to process the outpatient BPJS Health claim. This research aims to determine the BPJS Health claim procedure for outpatients to support health services. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive study with 2 informants (1 Casemix head, and 1 Casemix officer). The research location was at Bina Kasih Hospital Pekanbaru in June – August 2023 using observation guidelines and interview guidelines. The results of the research are that the BPJS will only verify outpatient files if all the files are complete, the procedure flow for submitting an outpatient BPJS Health claim at Bina Kasih Hospital in writing does not yet exist, the BPJS Health Claim SPO for outpatients already exists in writing, but it is still there is no separation between outpatient and inpatient SPO. It is hoped that the BPJS Health files for outpatients must be complete before a claim is made and the SPO for BPJS Health claims files at Bina Kasih Hospital is made separately between the SPO for outpatient claims files and the SPO for inpatient claims files

Abstract

A career path is a formal, planned and organized effort to achieve a balance between an individual's career needs and the demands of work in an organization. At Tabrani Hospital, there are still nurses with a long working period who still do not have a good career path or have improved. The variables in this study are dependent variables, namely the career path of nurses and independent variables, namely education, training, employment period, and promotion. This research was conducted to see if there is a relationship between education, training, work period, and promotion with the career path of nurses at Prof. Dr. Tabrani Hospital Pekanbaru in 2024. The location of the research was carried out at Tabrani Hospital Pekanbaru in March-July 2024,This study is a quantitative, cross sectional research design. This study was conducted at Prof. Dr. Tabrani Hospital Pekanbaru, the population in this study amounted to 66 nurses, with a sample of 57 nurses. Data analysis was carried out univariate and bivariate with chi-square test (α=0.05). The results of bivariate analysis showed that there was no significant relationship between education (p = 0.705 <α=0.05), no relationship between working period (p = 0.346 <α=0.05), no relationship between training (p = 0.551 <α=0.05), and there was a relationship between promotion (p = 0.046 <α=0.05) and nurse's career path. Based on the results of the research, it was concluded that there was no relationship between education, working period, training, and there was a relationship between promotion and nurse career path.So the suggestion for hospitals to pay more attention to the main thing so that it can be beneficial for nurses and the hospital itself. Where both parties feel benefited in achieving the expected work results.

Abstract

Behavior is a very important thing to note in dental and oral health. The behavior that people do depends on the knowledge they have. Dental and oral health is very important because if the teeth and gums are damaged and not cared for it can cause pain, interference with mastication and can interfere with other health. Good oral hygiene can be realized through good and correct knowledge and behavior in maintaining dental and oral health. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between behavior and oral health care during the Covid-19 Pandemic at the Rumbai Health Center in 2021. This type of research is a quantitative study with the help of a questionnaire and the design used is a Cross Sectional Design with Accidental Sampling Techniques. The population is 1034 patients and the research sample is 91 patients. The time of the research will be carried out in October - December 2021. The independent variables in this study are knowledge, attitudes, age, education, employment, economic status, government policies while the dependent variable is dental and oral health maintenance. The results of the study showed that there was no relationship between knowledge, attitudes, age, education, employment, economic status and government policies on dental and oral health maintenance. It is hoped that it can add motivational variables and use different designs or methods. Keywords: Behavior, Dental and Oral Health
