Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi penyerapan kompetensi siswa di SMK Swasta Pembda Nias pada mata pelajaran produktif menggunakan metode penilaian otentik. Penilaian otentik diterapkan untuk mengukur sejauh mana siswa menguasai kompetensi yang relevan dengan kebutuhan industri. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, dimana data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode penilaian otentik membantu siswa dalam memahami aplikasi praktis dari teori yang diajarkan, namun terdapat beberapa tantangan dalam implementasi, seperti keterbatasan sarana dan prasarana. Rekomendasi dari penelitian ini mencakup perlunya peningkatan kapasitas guru dalam merancang penilaian otentik yang lebih efektif serta pemenuhan fasilitas yang mendukung kegiatan belajar praktik.

Abstract

The Triple Elimination program aims to prevent vertical transmission of HIV, syphilis, and hepatitis B from mother to child through the integration of routine screening in antenatal care (ANC) services. This program is in line with WHO's global commitment to eliminate the transmission of infectious diseases from mother to child that has the potential to have a long-term impact on infant health. The implementation of this program in primary service facilities such as health centers has a strategic role in improving early detection and proper management. This study aims to analyze the effect of program implementation on the quality of ANC services in Puskesmas. Using a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional design, the study involved 88 pregnant women as respondents. Data was obtained through a structured questionnaire that measured maternal satisfaction with aspects of services, such as accessibility, communication, physical examination, and information provided by health workers. Data analysis was performed by Chi-Square test, and the results showed a significant relationship between the implementation of the Triple Elimination program and the perception of ANC service quality (p = 0.013; OR = 2.7; 95% CI: 1.3–5.5). These results show that pregnant women who receive complete screening tend to be more satisfied with ANC services, because they feel comprehensively served. The implementation of Triple Elimination has a positive impact not only in the medical aspect but also in the psychological and emotional aspect, as it provides a sense of security against the potential transmission of serious diseases to the fetus. Suggestions are needed to strengthen the implementation of the program through improving laboratory infrastructure, the availability of reagents and logistics, continuous coaching for health workers, and intensive counseling to the community, so that the scope of the program is wider and more even. Cross-sector synergy and strong policy support are also key to the success of the program's sustainability

Abstract

A simple and secure security accounting system is a system needed by various large and small companies where of course the company is never separated from accounting in order to process financial expenditures and revenues owned by companies that have a purpose to make a profit. Efforts to achieve success in a company can be seen from financial management which can be monitored and can be managed properly so that finance can be controlled well too, for that accuracy is an important role so with the company's cloud accounting it can be easier to monitor and also manage financial well, so it will be easier to make income / loss statements. cloud accounting provides a user friendly look that can certainly facilitate users. The purpose of this study is so that companies can pay more attention to monitoring and managing finances well so that it can facilitate the making of income statement . In this study took place used observational research methods and field library studies so that the system made can meet the existing needs of the company.

Abstract

Pembangunan kesehatan pada hakekatnya adalah upayayang dilaksanakan oleh semua komponen Bangsa Indonesia yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran,kemauan, dan kemampuan hidup sehat bagi setiap orang agar terwujud derajatkesehatan masyarakat yang setinggi-tingginya. Tujuan dilakukankegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untukmeningkatkan pengetahuan ibu tentang imunisasi dasar lengkapdi Desa Matang Seulimeng Kec. Langsa Barat Kota Langsa. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah Pre test, Dan Post test terhadap pengetahuan ibu tentang imunisasi dasar sertadilakukan penyuluhan kesehatan kepada ibu yang memiliki bayiuntuk memberikan imunisasi dasar lengkap di desa MatangSeulimeng Kec. Langsa Barat Kota Langsa. Hasil kegiatanpengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah pengetahuan ibu yang memiliki bayi sebesar meningkat 30% setelah diberikanpenyuluhan tentang imunisasi dasar lengkap pada bayi. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat iniadalah setelah dilakukan penyuluhan tentang imunisasi dasarlengkap kepada ibu yang mempunyai bayi maka dapat dilihatterjadi peningkatan pengetahuan ibu sebesar 30%.
