Abstract

The objective of this paper are 1) to tell how to design logical security tools by using microcontroller 2) to describe the sequence of designing logical using microcontroller toward security controller. To explain the sequence step by step the researcher used design electronic chain. An Embedded system usually consists of at least a system unit microprocessor its memory for the program, data also input or output interface simple system. The interface like floppy disk, keyboard, appearance or printer which are usually available on the personal computer exactly is not available at the micro control system.  Microcontroller systems are used for important simple works like control motors, switch, variable resistor or electronic device, one of micro control used is box control or safe deposit boxes such as house, office, or bank for safe security. By utilizing micro control, the owner has valuables are not felt worried about the safe deposit box from stolen

Abstract

CV Isna Sejati, a manufacturing company that focuses on the production of wooden doors and windows, faces challenges in terms of production efficiency. The main problems faced are inefficient management of raw materials, less than optimal production capacity planning, and inaccurate cost estimates. This condition causes increased production costs and decreases profitability, thus hampering the growth and competitiveness of the company in the market. This study aims to develop a web-based production optimization calculator as a solution to the problems faced by SMEs, especially the manufacturing industry. This calculator is designed to improve production efficiency by managing raw materials better, planning production capacity effectively, and providing accurate cost estimates. Optimization algorithms and mathematical methods are used in this calculator to help companies set more effective and efficient production plans. The results of implementing the production optimization calculator show an increase in operational efficiency in the company. The use of raw materials becomes more efficient, the distribution of work between employees is more even, and production time can be allocated better. In addition, more accurate cost estimates help companies manage budgets and resources more effectively.   Keywords: Production Optimization, Linear Programming, Small and Medium Industries, Manufacturing Industry.

Abstract

High noise levels, as well as insufficient or excessive lighting and extreme room temperatures, can have an impact on employee Occupational Health and Safety (OHS). In testing service companies, employee complaints regarding physical work environment conditions—such as noise from laboratory equipment, overly bright lighting, and excessively cold room temperatures—indicate potential risks to occupational health and safety. This study aims to analyze the influence of physical environmental factors in the workplace. A descriptive analysis method was used to interpret primary and secondary data, which were then compared with Threshold Limit Values (TLVs), and followed by improvement recommendations using fishbone analysis. Measurement data showed the highest noise level in the analyst room at 83.1 dBA, close to the TLV of 85 dBA. The highest lighting levels were found in the BITU division head’s room and at Hilman’s desk, at 556 LUX and 576 LUX respectively. The lowest lighting level was recorded at Denrio’s desk with 301 LUX, compared to the lower TLVs of 150 LUX and 500 LUX. Room temperature measurements across all sampled locations showed a maximum of 27.3°C and a minimum of 21.2°C. Recommendations from this study include the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for impact mitigation, employee training or education, and facility improvements to reduce the negative effects on occupational health and safety.
