Abstract

Culinary is a brand and promotion for a country. Every country has a particular characteristic which makes it different from other countries. There are several creativity and hand-made concoctions from various countries that are familiar in our society, such as dishes and wine from France, Sushi from Japan, Pizza from Italy, Kebab from Turkey, Ice Cream from America, Cane Bread from India, and various culinary from other countries that come together with the symbol of the country of origin. Not only the food, but also the culinary culture has entered and exchanged the realm of our traditional cultural traditions, such as French-style banquets or French dishes. France offers a lot of uniqueness to the world community.Likewise in Indonesia, every province or city has special food and snacks. This sudy aims to know the influence of the Culinary Night Festival on the Development of Local Tourism Potential based Traditional Snacks in Kiaracondong District. The research shows that the traditional cakes have a distinctive taste in Kiaracondong. It is made from natural ingredients that are still feasible and can be explored more to be used as one of the preservation of culture that attracts tourists.

Abstract

In organizing an event there will be various divisions involved including the logistics division, one of the success factors of an event is the supply of goods from the logistics division, the logistics division will provide goods and distribute them to other divisions, the application of time management is one aspect that needs to be Paying attention to managing time properly will produce maximum results, so that the supply of goods by the logistics division will be more effective. This research discusses how the implementation of time management by the logistics division at the event Bingen Festival 2022. The research method used is qualitative research. Sources of research data conducted are from interviews and documentation. From the results of the study it was concluded that the logistics division has implemented several aspects of time management but there are still indicators that become notes for the logistics division that can be applied in the future.

Abstract

The event sector is synonymous with project-based work, which has no work rhythm, requiring event workers to choose higher endurance than those who work in offices. This study aims to identify the level of job satisfaction concerning the level of perspective on the turnover intention of event workers in Palembang. This quantitative research is in the form of survey research with a total sample of 75 event workers divided into five categories of work scope. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression by identifying the effect of four variables on job satisfaction: financial satisfaction, physical satisfaction, social satisfaction, and psychological satisfaction on turnover intention. The descriptive statistics research results show that three variables fall into the unfavorable category: financial satisfaction, psychological satisfaction, and turnover intention. In contrast, other variables fall into the excellent category. Analysis through inferential statistics shows that all job satisfaction variables influence turnover intention. While partially, two of the four job satisfaction variables, namely physical and psychological satisfaction, impact turnover intention, where psychological satisfaction has the most significant influence value. Judging from the correlation, the dependent variable, job satisfaction, has a strong relationship with the level of turnover intention. In contrast, in terms of determination, job satisfaction impacts 71.1 percent of the turnover intention movement of event workers.
