Abstract

Semuli Raya Village in the process of selecting home renovations only relies on data collected and does not use criteria or methods, but instead uses conditions obtained from prospective recipients of house renovation assistance, so as to determine who is entitled to receive assistance the results are not in accordance with reality which exists. Citizens who have the right do not get aid as they should, whereas the rich get help. Based on the above problems, a decision support system is needed to help determine the recipient of home improvement assistance using the Weight Product (WP) and Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) methods and using assessment criteria, namely, housing conditions, home status, employment, monthly income and number of occupants

Abstract

Psidum guajava L or often we call guava is a plant originating from the central United States and spreads this plant extends to Southeast Asia, precisely Indonesia. Guava is one of the superior fruits that have a productive market. The support system is a system that is used to assist the process in determining the quality of superior guava products using the weighted product method which is one method used to find optimal alternatives from various alternatives. through the multiplication method to connect the rating attribute where each attribute must be raised using the specified attribute V1 = 0.132661 V2 = 0.105908 V3 = 0.117061 V4 = 0.078243 V5 = 0.109166 V6 = 0.070103 V7 = 0.104337 V8 = 0.073385 V9 = 0.072149 V10 = 0.136982 from the calculation of the most appropriate value is the value of V10 = 0.136982.

Abstract

Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri 1 Kotabumi merupakan salah satu sekolah yang berada di Lampung Utara. SMK Negeri 1 Kotabumi memiliki tujuh jurusan yaitu diantaranya jurusan Akuntansi, Teknik Komputer dan Jaringan, Perbankan, Perbankan Syariah, Pemasaran, Rekayasa Perangkat Lunak, Administrasi Perkantoran, dimana dalam setiap tahunnya siswa atau siswi yang lulus dari SMK Negeri 1 Kotabumi hampir mencapai 500 siswa. Dalam setiap tahunnya dilakukan proses pemilihan siswa atau siswi lulusan terbaik, dalam hal ini proses yang dilakukan masih secara manual. Hal ini terkadang memakan waktu yang lama dalam proses penyeleksian siswa atau siswi lulusan terbaik, dan proses tebang pilih antar siswa masih sering kali terjadi, hal ini dapat menimbulkan konflik dan kecemburuan sosial antar siswa. Sehingganya diperlukannya sebuah sistem baru yang dapat membantu proses seleksi tersebut. Dengan melihat masalah diatas maka penulis menggunkan metode Analitycal Hierarchy Process (AHP) dalam penelitian ini sebagai metode  pengambilan keputusan dengan menggunakan tiga kriteria diantaranya, nilai akhir, kehadiran dan kepribadian. Diharapkan dengan terciptanya sistem ini dapat mengurangi  kecurigaan antar siswa dan dapat membantu bagian kesiswaan dalam  menyeleksi siswa atau siswi calon lulusan terbaik di setiap tahunnya dengan menggunakan metode AHP (Analitycal Hierarchy Process) dan kriteria – kriteria yang telah ditentukan dalam metode AHP (Analitycal Hierarchy Process).

Abstract

Bantuan Langsung Tunai (BLT) or cash transfer is the government's commitment to help underprivileged communities and to improve the economy along with improving the quality of life of underprivileged families. With BLT, it can help people to meet their daily needs. The responsibility of the government, especially in rural areas, is a problem which must be faced by the village administration, especially the village head. The village head has a responsibility towards the people in the village, and the village head is a government official at the village level who is tasked with distributing BLT. BLT funds are sourced from the Village Fund which has been distributed by the central government to help village communities affected by an unstable economy. This research was conducted with the aim of determining prospective recipients of BLT using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. The Simple Additive Weighting method is used because this method connects attribute values, where the value must be raised to the power of the attribute's weight value. In determining the recipient of BLT, there are many criteria which must be owned by the Community as a condition for obtaining BLT. The criteria used are the size of the house, floors, walls, toilet facilities, house electricity, water sources, cooking fuel, consumption of meat, clothing, and the number of meals per day. The recipients of BLT amounted to 29 households from 50 families. From the results of the 50 Alternative Tests, the results of V1 with a value above 0.5 as the alternative were selected as recipients of direct cash assistance.

Abstract

Suatu instansi perlu melakukan pengambilan keputusan penilaian kinerja karyawan untuk mengetahui keberhasilan atau ketidakberhasilan dalam melaksanakan tugasnya. Dalam penilaian karyawan  perlubersifat objektif dan terukur dengan tepat sehingga memperoleh keputusan yang tepat pula. Pengambilan keputusan penilaian kinerjakaryawan pada dinas pendapatan Kabupaten Pringsewu, dengan menggunakan pendekatan Weighted Product dapat memberikan hasil perhitungan secara tepat dan tersistem kedalam program aplikasi. Sistem yang dirancang dapat membantu pengambil keputusan yang bersifat objektif dan pada proses penilaian kinerja karyawan yang lebih efektif dan efisien.

Abstract

The massive digital transformation that has occurred in the industrial world has created a need for workers with high digital skills. Amidst the challenges of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 and the acceleration of the digital economy, digital skill development is an important aspect in increasing the competitiveness of the workforce. However, many individuals have difficulty determining the priority of skill development appropriately. Therefore, this study aims to develop a web-based recommendation system using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method to help individuals determine the priority of digital skill development. This system utilizes four main criteria, namely: (1) Mastery of Digital Skills, (2) Work Experience, (3) Interest in Skills, and (4) Ownership of Digital Certification. Each criterion has its own weight, namely 0.35, 0.25, 0.20, and 0.20. Overall, this system has succeeded in helping the decision-making process for developing digital skills objectively and systematically. Not only is it beneficial for job seekers or professional workers, this system also has the potential to be used by training institutions, educational institutions, and the government in designing policies to improve digital competence. However, this system still has limitations, such as not covering soft skill aspects and not being integrated with external platforms. In the future, development can be done by adding new criteria, data integration from online learning platforms, and using machine learning methods to provide more adaptive and personalized recommendations.
