Abstract

Tanjungpinang City is one of the cities located in the Riau Islands Province which is rich in tourism objects, while the potential for tourism objects in Tanjunpinang City are natural tourism, cultural tourism and artificial tourism. This is reinforced by the growth of foreign tourists visiting Tanjungpinang City in 2019 reaching 80,748 people from January to June. The importance of strategic management in tourism development, therefore researchers are interested in researching local community-based tourism development strategies in Tanjung Siambang Village, Dompak Village, Bukit Bestari District, Tanjungpinang City. This study uses a descriptive type of research. Where the researchers want to aim to explain the phenomena that occur in the field about tourism in Tanjung Siambang Tanjungpinang City by using a calibative method. The results of this study are where the SWOT analysis is an indication of various factors systematically to formulate company strategy. This analysis is based on a logic that can maximize Strengths and Opportunities, but simultaneously minimize Weaknesses and Threats, so from the results of the SWOT analysis on the development of local community-based tourism in Tanjung Siambang Village, it can be concluded that: said it was not running optimally. This can be identified regarding the strengths and weaknesses that come from the internal environment of the Tanjungpinang Culture and Tourism Office as well as the opportunities and threats that come from the external environment of the Tanjungpinang Culture and Tourism Office. Opportunities and strengths are supporting factors while threats and weaknesses are inhibiting factors for tourism development.

Abstract

Tanjung Uban Class II Immigration Office as an agency that has a strategic function in terms of immigration services and immigration control for foreigners and passport services for Indonesian citizens. Therefore, the government provides additional benefits called remuneration. With the remuneration, employees are expected to be able to improve performance. However, there is no benchmark or basis for knowing whether this remuneration affects the level of performance of employees at the Tanjung Uban Class II Immigration Office. This research uses descriptive research method using a quantitative approach. The technique used in data collection is observation and questionnaire or questionnaire. This study aims to determine how much influence between the remuneration of employee performance at the Tanjung Uban Class II Immigration Office. Data retrieval is done by proportional random sampling method with total samples n = 46. Significant test results show that the calculated t value is greater than t table (5.791 > 2,0129), then there is a significant effect between remuneration and employee performance at the Tanjung Uban Class II Immigration Office. It can be concluded that the variable X (remuneration) has a  positive influence on the variable Y (performance).The coefficient of determination (R2) is used to measure how far the model's ability to explain the dependent variable. The SPSS output ver.22 above shows that R is 0.658 or 65.8% which means that the independent variable (remuneration) affects the dependent variable (employee performance) by 65.8% and the remaining 34.2%, which is estimated by other factors.

Abstract

Employees are required to be able to carry out performance in accordance with their capacity, in the performance reports of government agencies it has been summarized in such a way as to be submitted to the governor for evaluation and also checked whether it has gone well or not. According to the existing phenomenon, there are still budgets that have not been fully realized this is due to the lack of accurate reporting to make a report that will see its realization. A weak reporting system will have an impact on the reports that have been made by the LAKIP team. The purpose of this reporting system is to find out whether the preparation of the LAKIP can run well and also to correct whether there are still errors in the preparation. The purpose of the study was to analyze the performance of government agencies at the DPRD Secretariat of the Riau Islands Province. In this study, the theory used is the theory of opinion. The operational concept of Sony Yuwono, et al (2005: 36). The population in the study amounted to 5 people, the data analysis used in this study was a qualitative descriptive data analysis technique. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the Performance of Government Agencies in the Riau Islands Provincial DPRD Secretariat Office has been going well but is still not optimal, this can be seen from the results of the research. access by the public, but if you look at there is a website, https://dprd.kepriprov.go.id/ where if you look at the information provided should have been able to be obtained by the community because it has been presented but in reality, the content of the website is very limited, even the information section is empty, information is still very minimal, even profiles, leaders, and so on can not be accessed, then there is another website that is used, namely https://ppid.kepriprov.go.id/informationpublik but it is also very limited, for the Riau Islands Provincial DPRD, no information is found whatever. Suggestions that can be conveyed is the need for increased disclosure of information that is easily accessible by the public. There needs to be an increase in performance in seeing the needs of the public or the community.

Abstract

This research has the title Management Parking Retribution of Tanjungpinang City. Various policy packages implemented by the government and Tanjungpinang City Parking UPTD to achieve the target of parking retribution realization in increasing Regional Original Income (PAD). However, parking fees always experience fluctuating percentages and do not always reach the targets set by the government. Tanjungpinang City parking retribution management is regulated by Tanjungpinang City Regional Regulation Number 4 of 2016 concerning Parking Implementation and Retribution. Parking implementation includes planning, organizing, mobilizing and supervising. The purpose of this research is to find out the Management of Tanjungpinang City Parking Levy. The type of research method is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The sample collection technique used in this study is purposive sampling. The sources and types of data are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques and tools through observation, interviews and documentation. The findings of this study indicate that the management of Tanjungpinang City parking retribution has been running in accordance with applicable provisions but there are still some shortcomings in the field of mobilization and supervision carried out. The implementation of parking retribution collection carried out by parking attendants is not going well. There are still parking attendants who do things like not giving parking tickets to the public. The supervision carried out by the Transportation Agency, especially the Parking UPTD, is running well, but with the limited number of personnel, the supervision carried out is not optimal.

Abstract

Based on the latest data from 2024, the stunting problem in Tanjungpinang City includes a prevalence that is still high, with a figure of 15.2% in 2024. Stunting cases refer to several sub-districts, such as Pinang Kencana Subdistrict, Tanjung Unggat Sub-district, and Kampung Bugis Sub-district. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the implementation of stunting management policies by the Dinas Kesehatan, Pengendalian Penduduk dan Keluarga Berencana Kota Tanjungpinang. The study used a library research method as its primary approach. The data analyzed was secondary, namely information gathered from various sources such as scientific journals, books, and websites related to the research topic. Based on the evaluation of the implementation of stunting management policies in Tanjungpinang City, it can be concluded that the stunting management program implemented by the Dinas Kesehatan, Pengendalian Penduduk dan Keluarga Berencana Kota Tanjungpinang. has shown positive progress. This is demonstrated by a decrease in the stunting prevalence rate from 15.7% in 2022 to 15.2% in 2023.
