Abstract

Human Resource Development Program and empowerment of marine and fishery communities in Teluk Bakau Village, Gunung Kijang District, Bintan Regency. Is a program contained in the Strategic Plan of the Marine and Fisheries Service of the Riau Islands Province which is a form of transfer from the Bintan Regency Fisheries Service as it should, but in implementation The program still has some obstacles in its implementation. The form of this program is managed by the Department of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries of the Riau Islands Province to help fishermen in the mangrove bay area to develop their potential in terms of fisheries and marine affairs.The purpose of this research is basically to find out how to implement the Human Resource Development Program and empower the marine and fisheries community in Teluk Bakau Village, Gunung Kijang District, Bintan Regency. In this study, the respondents consisted of five DKP staff of the Riau Islands Province and one fisherman group and one village staff. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive qualitative method with purposive sampling technique. The results of this study conclude that the Human Resource Development program and the empowerment of marine and fishery communities in Teluk Bakau Village, Gunung Kijang District, Bintan Regency have been implemented but are still not optimal, there are several things that must be improved in the program. The advice given so that this program can run optimally is to improve the guidance and coordination of the implementation of marine and fisheries development to the local community. Field fisheries assistants are still very minimal in Teluk Bakau Village, not comparable to the existing active fishing groups.

Abstract

Tanjung Uban Class II Immigration Office as an agency that has a strategic function in terms of immigration services and immigration control for foreigners and passport services for Indonesian citizens. Therefore, the government provides additional benefits called remuneration. With the remuneration, employees are expected to be able to improve performance. However, there is no benchmark or basis for knowing whether this remuneration affects the level of performance of employees at the Tanjung Uban Class II Immigration Office. This research uses descriptive research method using a quantitative approach. The technique used in data collection is observation and questionnaire or questionnaire. This study aims to determine how much influence between the remuneration of employee performance at the Tanjung Uban Class II Immigration Office. Data retrieval is done by proportional random sampling method with total samples n = 46. Significant test results show that the calculated t value is greater than t table (5.791 > 2,0129), then there is a significant effect between remuneration and employee performance at the Tanjung Uban Class II Immigration Office. It can be concluded that the variable X (remuneration) has a  positive influence on the variable Y (performance).The coefficient of determination (R2) is used to measure how far the model's ability to explain the dependent variable. The SPSS output ver.22 above shows that R is 0.658 or 65.8% which means that the independent variable (remuneration) affects the dependent variable (employee performance) by 65.8% and the remaining 34.2%, which is estimated by other factors.

Abstract

No foreign tourists visited Tanjung Pinang in July 2020 as international passenger ships have been suspended since April 2020 due to the Covid-19 pandemic. In July 2020, there were 1,765 tourists visiting the Riau Islands, 1,754 (99.38%) from the entrance of Batam City and 11 (0.62%) from the entrance of Bintan Province. On the contrary, in July 2020, no foreign tourists visited Tanjung Pinang City. Since no tourists visited Tanjung Pinang City in July 2020, the number of tourists visiting Tanjung Pinang City, decreased by around 81.71 percent compared to the same period last year. The purpose of this study was to determine the Strategy of the Tanjungpinang City Culture and Tourism Office in the recovery of the tourism sector in the covid-19 pandemic situation. The result of this study is that the Tanjungpinang City Culture and Tourism Office on the recovery of the tourism sector in the covid-19 pandemic situation has not been optimal because it sees weaknesses both internally & externally, this is found in the following, namely the tourism office is still carrying out tactics before covid, even after covid this has not been formulated specific strategies. Tourism development is needed, development of tourism destinations & development of human resources (HR). The Tanjungpinang City Tourism Office has collaborated using particulate parties to increase the tourism potential of the region tourist visits to the Tanjungpinang City area.

Abstract

Abstract Health services for the general public are one of the most prominent of the various types of public services because they are generally considered to be of inferior quality. The demand for more health services will increase as public health awareness grows. To meet the community's need for high-quality health services, the service function must be improved to ensure patient satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the PBI program at BPJS Kesehatan for the poor in Sungai Enam Village. In the study of the Effectiveness of the Program for Recipients of Health Insurance Contribution Assistance for the Poor in Sungai Enam Village, East Bintan District at the BPJS Bintan Regency Branch referring to Sutrisno's opinion (Rahmah Muin, 2020), the effectiveness of a program or activity can be seen from the suitability between objectives and program realization, which can be measured by uses five indicators, namely: (1) Program Understanding, (2) Target Accuracy, (3) Timeliness, (4) Goal Achievement and (5) Real Change. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the effectiveness of the BPJS health contribution assistance program carried out by the Bintan Regency government for the people of the Sungai Enam sub-district can be said to be effective because from the results of the research conducted, the poor people of Keluharan Sungai Enam get free treatment, get good and maximum service, while seeking treatment using the BPJS card does not encounter problems such as an inactive card or arrears in BPJS contributions, it can be used for caesarean deliveries by taking care of administration easily and some are using it for routine health check-ups every month. It turned out that the program had helped the people of Sungai Enam Kelurahan who were not well off in terms of health services as described above. Abstrak Pelayanan kesehatan bagi masyarakat umum merupakan salah satu yang paling menonjol dari berbagai macam pelayanan publik karena umumnya dianggap kurang bermutu. Permintaan akan lebih banyak layanan kesehatan akan meningkat seiring dengan tumbuhnya kesadaran kesehatan masyarakat. Untuk memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat akan pelayanan kesehatan yang bermutu tinggi, maka fungsi pelayanan harus ditingkatkan untuk menjamin kepuasan pasien. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Efektivitas Program PBI pada BPJS Kesehatan terhadap masyarakat miskin di Kelurahan Sungai Enam. Dalam penelitian Efektivitas Program Penerima Bantuan Iuran Jaminan Kesehatan Masyarakat Miskin Kelurahan Sungai Enam Kecamatan Bintan Timur di BPJS Cabang Kabupaten Bintan mengacu kepada pendapat Sutrisno (Rahmah Muin, 2020), efektivitas suatu program atau kegiatan dapat dilihat dari kesesuaian antara tujuan dengan realisasi program dapat diukur dengan menggunakan lima indikator yaitu : (1) Pemahaman Program, (2) Ketepatan Sasaran, (3) ketepatan Waktu, (4) Tercapainya Tujuan dan (5) Perubahan Nyata. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa efektivitas program bantuan iuran kesehatan BPJS yang dilakukan pemerintah Kabupaten Bintan untuk masyarakat kelurahan Sungai Enam dapat dikatakan efektif karena dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan, masyarakat miskin Keluharan Sungai Enam mendapatkan pengobatan secara gratis, mendapatkan pelayanan yang baik dan maksimal, saat berobat menggunakan kartu BPJS tidak terjadi kendala seperti kartu tidak aktif atau adanya tunggakan iuran BPJS, dapat digunakan untuk operasi caesar melahirkan dengan mengurus administrasi secara gampang dan ada juga yang menggunakan untuk check up rutin kesehatan setiap bulannya. Ternyata program tersebut telah banyak membantu masyarakat Kelurahan Sungai Enam yang tidak mampu dalam segi pelayanan kesehatan seperti yang telah dijelaskan.

Abstract

The Family Hope Program (PKH) is a government program in providing social protection for poor families (KM). As part of poverty alleviation efforts through the provision of conditional assistance. However, the number of Family Hope Program (PKH) Beneficiary Families in East Tanjungpinang District was 2231, only 1976 houses were labeled, and the number of graduates increased. This study aims to determine the Impact of Family Hope Program (PKH) Labeling Policy on PKH Aid Beneficiaries in East Tanjungpinang District. This research method is qualitative descriptive. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The data is analyzed by qualitative techniques. Based on the results of research on the Impact of Family Hope Program (PKH) Labeling Policy on PKH Aid Beneficiaries in East Tanjungpinang District. The impact seen from the interview results and data findings is very clear with a decrease in the number of 300 PKH Beneficiary Family members resigning independently in Tanjungpinang City. In East Tanjungpinang District, there was a decrease of 176 PKH members. The impact felt by the government is in accordance with the objectives of the PKH labeling policy. The impact not only affects the policy itself but also affects PKH Beneficiary Family members.

Abstract

Bintan Regency is one of the districts/cities in Indonesia that implements the STBM program in order to improve sustainable clean and healthy lifestyles by reducing the problem of open defecation in Bintan Regency. Kelong village is one of the villages that implements STBM, but Kelong village has not been declared an Open Defecation Free (ODF) village/sub-district because some of the people still build houses above the sea so they still practice defecation even in private. The aim of this research is to evaluate the First Pillar Community-Based Total Sanitation program to Stop Open Defecation (BABS) in Kelong Village, Bintan Pesisir District, Bintan Regency. The type of research used is evaluative analysis with a qualitative approach. The informants in this research were employees of the Bintan District Health Service, Kelong Community Health Center sanitarian workers in the field of environmental health, employees of the Public Works, Spatial Planning and Land Services and the Kelong village community who received benefits from the STBM program. The data collection tools used were observation, interviews and documentation. Next, a qualitative analysis was carried out. From the research results, it is known that the implementation of the STBM program in Kelong Village is still not optimal. Suggestions that can be given for this research are that the relevant agencies should respond more to reports or complaints from the public regarding the communal septic tank facilities that have been built in Kelong Village.

Abstract

Gerakan Literasi Nasional sejak terbentuk pada tahun 2016 terus berkembang sampai saat ini. Hal ini tidak terlepas dari komitmen semua stakeholder akan pentingnya literasi dalam rangka mencerdaskan kehidupan bangsa dan menciptakan masyarakat yang memiliki budaya membaca menulis serta mencintai sastra. Bantuan Pemerintah untuk Komunitas Penggerak Literasi dari Badan Pengembangan dan pembinaan Bahasa Kemdikbudristek memberikan kesempatan bagi Forum PUSPA Kota Tanjungpinang untuk melestarikan budaya literasi di tengah masyarakat melalui berbagai kegiatan. Kolaborasi baik yang bertemakan Pekan Bercerita Anak bertujuan untuk melatih keterampilan mendongeng maupun membaca nyaring yang ditujukan kepada peserta anak maupun peserta orangtua (dewasa). Dampak positif dari kegiatan berupa peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan mendongeng maupun membaca nyaring.

Abstract

The Writing Essay Workshop About Project Implementation of Strengthening Profil Pelajar Pancasila became a positive activity in supporting the Merdeka curriculum policy, emphasizing the urgency of education character and 21st-century skills. This workshop realized the government assistance for the literacy community provided by The Agency for Language Development and Cultivation, Kemendikbudristek RI. PUSPA Kota Tanjungpinang was one of the beneficiaries among 340 literacy communities in Indonesia. The participants were 25 children aged 15-18 years old from several high schools in Tanjungpinang. Through this workshop, the participants were guided to build a brainstorming as a first step to writing an essay. The theme of the essay was the implementation and the overview of empirical practice about P5 in their school. It would be a constructive suggestion about project-based learning. The output of this workshop was a dummy book containing all of the participant’s essays.

Abstract

Untuk mewujudkan budaya literasi dan mendorong minat bakat anak menjadi seorang penulis membutuhkan dukungan dari banyak pihak baik pemerintah/pemerintah daerah (state) maupun unsur di luar pemerintah (non-state). Keterlibatan Forum Partisipasi Publik Untuk Kesejahteraan Perempuan dan Anak (PUSPA) Kota Tanjungpinang merupakan wujud nyata sebagai bagian dari elemen pentahelix di mana akademisi yang berada di dalamnya turut berkontribusi dalam mengembangkan potensi dan minat bakat anak di bidang literasi. Pelatihan ini diselenggarakan melalui serangkaian tahapan yang dimulai dari perencanaan, sosialisasi, pelaksanan pelatihan, pendampingan, seleksi naskah, penerbitan buku, launching buku dan publikasi online yang diakhiri dengan pelaksanaan bedah buku hasil karya pelatihan ini. Berdasarkan hasil penilaian, terdapat dampak positif yang dirasakan oleh stakeholders dan manfaat yang dirasakan oleh penulis anak sebagai kelompok sasaran.

Abstract

Online product promotion training was carried out on February 26, 2024. Shopee Indonesia and the Tanjungpinang City PUSPA Forum collaborated to organize this activity. This basic class training is called "Sobat UKM Shopee" for MSME players in Tanjungpinang City. Millennials represent the vast majority of participants. The Tanjungpinang City PUSPA Forum, an alliance of 32 independent organizations, is a regional government partner supported by the Tanjungpinang City Women's Empowerment and Child Protection Service. This forum remains committed to serving the community and is open to collaboration with other parties. The dynamics of collaboration between non-state elements continue to develop and have become a characteristic of Collaborative Governance. This digital marketing training provides entrepreneurs with knowledge and skills for leveraging technology to expand product market share. Training is conducted online via Zoom meetings, followed by mentoring via WhatsApp Group, and Shopee Indonesia handles further training for participants who meet the requirements. Abstrak Pelatihan promosi produk secara online dilakukan pada tanggal 26 Februari 2024. Kegiatan ini merupakan hasil kolaborasi Shopee Indonesia dengan Forum PUSPA Kota Tanjungpinang. Pelatihan ini merupakan pelatihan kelas dasar dengan tema “Sobat UKM Shopee” yang ditujukan kepada pelaku UMKM di Kota Tanjungpinang. Mayoritas peserta merupakan kelompok millenial. Sebagai mitra pemerintah daerah yang dibina oleh Dinas Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak Kota Tanjungpinang, Forum PUSPA Kota Tanjungpinang yang merupakan gabungan 32 organisasi independen terus berusaha berbuat untuk masyarakat dan terbuka untuk kolaborasi dengan berbagai pihak. Kolaborasi antar unsur non state ini menjadi dinamika kolaborasi yang terus berkembang dan menjadi ciri dari Collaborative Governance. Pelatihan digital marketing ini diharapkan dapat memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan bagi wirausaha dalam memanfaatkan teknologi untuk memperluas pangsa pasar produk. Pelatihan dilakukan secara online melalui zoom meeting, dilanjutkan dengan pendampingan melalui WhatsApp Group, serta pelatihan lanjutan yang ditangani oleh Shopee Indonesia bagi peserta yang memenuhi syarat.
