Abstract

Anemia is a nutritional problem that often occurs in the world and affects more than 600 million people. The estimated prevalence of anemia in general is around 50%. The World Health Organization (WHO) reports that 40% of maternal deaths in developing countries are related to anemia in pregnancy. This study aims to determine the effect of counseling on pregnant women's compliance with taking Fe tablets to prevent anemia at the East Walenrang Community Health Center. This research design is a pre-experimental design whose design uses the one group pretest-posttest design. This research was conducted at the East Walenrang Community Health Center. The population of this study was 33 pregnant women. Sample of 33 people. The data analysis used was the Wilcoxon test. The research results showed that the p value = 0.000 (p<0.05), this shows that Ha was accepted, which means there was an influence before and after the intervention. The conclusion is that there is an influence of counseling on the compliance of pregnant women in consuming Fe tablets to prevent anemia at the East Walenrang Community Health Center. Advice is given to pregnant women to adhere to taking Fe tablets during pregnancy to prevent anemia.

Abstract

Sisa makanan pasien di rumah sakit menjadi masalah yang kerap kali sulit untuk ditangani, hal ini berpotensi menambah jumlah hari rawat inap yang dijalani pasien, kebutuhan gizi merupakan salah satu faktor yang penting dalam proses penyembuhan pasien. Kepuasan pasien terhadap pelayanan kesehatan terutama pelayanan gizi merupakan hal yang sangat penting dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan nutrisi pasien selama dirawat. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan penampilan dan rasa makanan dengan sisa makanan pasien di ruang Edelweis RSUD Sawerigading Palopo, Penelitian ini bersifat observasional dengan desain cross-sectional. Penelitian telah dilaksanakan di ruang rawat inap RSUD Sawerigading Palopo. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah pasien rawat inap di RSUD Sawerigading Palopo dengan jumlah sampel adalah 78 orang. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer. Hasil penelitian ditemukan sebanyak 14,1% pasien tidak puas atas pelayanan gizi di ruangan Edelweis RSUD Sawerigading Palopo. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian terhadap hubungan penampilan makanan dengan faktor sisa makanan pasien rawat inap diperoleh hasil p-value= 0.002. Adanya hubungan penilaian rasa makanan dengan faktor sisa makanan pasien rawat inap di RSUD Sawerigading Palopo p-value=0.039. Sebaiknya rumah sakit lebih meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan terutama bagian gizi agar tercapai pelayanan prima yang maksimal serta mempertahankan tingkat kepuasan yang sudah dirasakan pasien pada pelayanan gizi di rumah sakit.

Abstract

Preeclampsia is a pregnancy complication that has the potential to harm both the mother and the fetus, and is clinically characterized by an increase in blood pressure above normal limits. The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors associated with preeclampsia in pregnant women. A cross-sectional study design was used in this study. The study was conducted in the working area of the Marawola Community Health Center. The study was conducted in October 2024. The population consisted of all pregnant women with preeclampsia in the working area of the Marawola Community Health Center. The sample consisted of 40 respondents. The sampling technique used simple random sampling. The research instrument used a research questionnaire. Data analysis was performed using univariate and bivariate analysis. The results showed a relationship between the age of the pregnant woman (p-value: 0.00) and gravida (p-value: 0.00) with the occurrence of preeclampsia. It is recommended that health centers implement health promotion programs such as counseling on the dangers and ways to prevent complications that can occur during pregnancy. Women of childbearing age should also be given counseling on controlling hypertension that can occur during pregnancy by explaining the factors that can cause hypertension in pregnancy (preeclampsia). Keywords: Gravida, Pregnant Women, Preeclampsia.
