Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze impact of tourism object on employment absorption and local income in  Kaledupa District Wakatobi Regency. Data obtained from Wallacea Operation Office and Local Gowerment of Wakatobi Regency. The data consists: labor, tourists, tourism facilities, infrastructure and local income. Data analyzed through descriptive. The results showed that development Hoga of Island in Kaledupa Distric improve employment opportunity, increase in income of society and  contribute on Local Income. The  local goverment income experience  average rates of growth  about 2,07 percent.

Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian pra-Eksperimen dengan desain One-Shoot Case Study yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil belajar fisika pada peserta didik kelas VIIA SMP Aksara Bajeng pada semester genap tahun ajaran 2011/2012. Subjek penelitian ini adalah seluruh peserta didik kelas VIIA SMP Aksara Bajeng yang terdiri dari 18 orang.Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam empat kali pertemuan. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini diambil dari  data hasil belajar fisika yaitu penilaian aspek kognitif diberi tes pada pertemuan keempat, aspek afektif diberi angket tentang pernyataan untuk mengukur motivasi dan minat peserta didik serta aspek psikomotorik diperoleh dari pengamatan tentang aktivitas belajar setiap pertemuan. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis secara deskriptif.  Hasil analisis deskriptif hasil belajar fisika pada aspek kognitif menunjukkan bahwa jumlah peserta didik yang mengalami ketuntasan belajar adalah 18 orang (100%). Hasil analisis deskriptif hasil belajar fisika pada aspek afektif menunjukkan bahwa peserta didik berada pada kategori sangat baik dan baik. Hasil analisis deskriptif hasil belajar fisika pada aspek psikomotorik menunjukkan bahwa jumlah peserta didik yang mengalami ketuntasan belajar adalah 16 orang (88,89%). Dari hasil analisis di atas dapat disimpulkan bahwa melalui model pembelajaran berfikir induktif dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar fisika peserta didik kelas VIIA SMP Aksara Bajeng tahun ajaran 2011/2012.Kata kunci : Induktif, Pra Eksperimen, dan Hasil Belajar.This research was the research kind Pre- the Experiment with the design of One-Shoot Case Study that aimed at learning results studied physics of the class student VII A SMP Aksara Bajeng was inspected from te cognitive aspect, affective and psychomotor that was taught with the model teaching thought Induktive the Academic Year 2012/2013. The subject of the population in this research was all the class student of VII A SMP Aksara Bajeng totalling 18 participants educated. The data collection was in this research taken from the studyng results data of physics that is the assessment of the kognitive aspect was given by the test in the fourth meeting, the aspect afektive was given by the poll about the statement to measure the motivation and the interest of participants educated as well as the aspect psykomotor was received from observation about the studying activity of each meeting. The data that was gathered was analysed desciptively. Results of the descriptive analysis of studying results of physics in the cognitive aspect showed that the number of participants educated that experienced the studying completeness was 18 people (100%). Results of the descriptive analysis of studyng results of physics in the aspect afective showed that participants educative was in the category was very good and good. Results of the descriptive analysis of studying results of physics in the aspect psychomotor showed that the number of participants educated that experienced the studying completeness was 16 (88,89%). From results of the analysis above could be concluded that through the model teaching thought inductive could increase studying results of participants’s physics of educating the class VII A SMP Aksara Bajeng the Academic Year 2011/2012.Key word : inductive, Pra Eksperimen, and study results.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the pattern of communication between nurses and elderly patients towards a healthy lifestyle through the NLP approach. It was a qualitative study using a case study method involving 6 nurses and 15 elderly patients active in Prolanis activities in Batu Ke'de village, Masalle subdistrict. The results of observations and interviews were then analysed using interactive analysis techniques from Miles and Huberman. Based on the results of observation and analysis, the study found that nurses could use the neurolinguistic programming method in communicating with the elderly which causes changes in the thinking and behaviour patterns of the elderly towards a healthy lifestyle. Therefore, the NLP method can be used by nurses as one method of communicating and influencing elderly patients by taking into account its four main pillars, which are the outcome, rapport, sensory acuity, and flexibility

Abstract

This research shows the implementation of contextual teaching and learning conducted by the English teachers of MAN 1 Enrekang in teaching English. MAN 1 Enrekang is senior high school that is located in Enrekang regency, Sulawesi Selatan, as one of the schools where most of the teachers there implement CTL method in teaching, include teaching English. However, sometimes the students still find it difficult to understand the material being taught, especially English. This research employed descriptive qualitative method, in which the data collected and analyzed qualitatively by giving description about the phenomena or facts have been found in the field. The subjects of the research were the English teachers of MAN 1 Enrekang. They are English teachers who have implemented CTL in teaching English. Based on the result, it can be concluded that the implementation of CTL method in teaching English to the students of MAN 1 Enrekang was not totally or fully conducted. There are seven elements should be applied in teaching and learning for implementing CTL. They are constructivism, inquiry, modeling, reflection, learning community, questioning, and authentic assessment. Eventhough the teachers understood and admitted implementing CTL in teaching English, the result of the observation shows that the English teachers applied only five elements of CTL in the classroom, while there were two elements of CTL those have not been applied because of the limited time in teaching and learning process, they are constructivism and inquiry. Abstract

ABSTRAK Telah dilakukan penelitian Pengembangan Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik Berbasis Discovery Learning Materi Larutan Elektrolit dan Non Elektrolit  Media  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui  kualitas Lembar Kerja Peserta Didikberbasis discovery learning materi larutan elektrolit dan non elektrolit dan respon siswa terhadap produk Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik berbasis discovery learning materi larutan elektrolit dan non elektrolit yang dikembangkan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah (Research and Development) dan Model pengembangan yang digunakan adalah model pengembangan 4D (define, design, development and disseminate.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata penilaian validator dari aspek kelayakan isi, bahasa dan penyajian memiliki persentasi sebesar 91.5%  (Sangat baik) sedangakan hasil analisis repon siswa memiliki persentasi sebesar 91,46% (sangat baik). Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat disipulkan baahwa  Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik Berbasis Discovery LearningMateri Larutan Elektrolit dan Non Elektrolit yang di kemabangkan memiliki kualitas yang sangat baik.i

Abstract

Kabupaten Enrekang dibudidayakan kopi pengembangan di Desa Buntu Mondong Kecamatan Buntu Batu yang menghasilkan kopi yang merupakan potensi yang dapat dikembangkan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan petani kopi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui factor-faktor internal (kekuatan dan kelemahan) dan factor-faktor eksternal (peluang dan ancaman) dalam Usaha Mandiri Kopi Mondong serta untuk menentukan strategi yang tepat untuk Pemasaran Produk Kopi Bubuk Mondong Di Usaha Mandiri Kopi Mondong. Adapun metode analisis yang digunakan adalah Analisis SWOT. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa factor internal dan eksternal berdasarkan pembobotan dan pemberian rating diperoleh skor untuk factor kekuatan utama di Usaha Mandiri Kopi Mondong ini adalah kualitas produk yang baik dan kelemahannya yaitu promosi produksi masih lemah, sedangkan untuk factor peluang paling mendukung pada pemasaran pada perusahaan ini adalah produksi kopi yang meningkat dan factor ancaman yang akan dihadapi adalah daerah distribusi pesaing yang luas. Strategi yang sebaiknya diterapkan pada Usaha Mandiri Kopi Mondong Di Desa Buntu Mondong Kecamatan Buntu Batu Kabupaten Enrekang ini berdasarkan matriks SWOT adalah strategi strength-opportunities (SO) yaitu berupaya menggunakan kekuatan utamanya yaitu kualitas produk yang baik sehingga memperoleh peluang utamanya yaitu dapat bersaing dengan produk lain. Enrekang Regency cultivated coffee development in Buntu Mondong Village, Buntu Batu District which produces coffee which is a potential that can be developed to improve the welfare of coffee farmers. The purpose of this study was to determine the internal factors (strengths and weaknesses) and external factors (opportunities and threats) in the Mandiri Kopi Mondong Business and to determine the right strategy for Marketing Mondong Coffee Powder Products at the Mandiri Kopi Mondong Business. The analysis method used is SWOT analysis. The results of the study indicate that internal and external factors based on weighting and rating are obtained for the main strength factor in Usaha Mandiri Kopi Mondong, which is good product quality and the weakness is that production promotion is still weak, while the opportunity factor is the most supportive of marketing at this company. is the increasing coffee production and the threat factor to be faced is the wide distribution area of competitors. The strategy that should be applied to the Mondong Coffee Independent Business in Buntu Mondong Village, Buntu Batu District, Enrekang Regency, based on the SWOT matrix is a strength-opportunities (SO) strategy, which is trying to use its main strength, namely good product quality so that it gets the main opportunity, namely being able to compete with other products.

Abstract

Good Governance in Indonesia is defined as a democratic way of government in which social and economic resources can be managed well for the common interests of the Indonesian people through deliberation and consensus. This opportunity is given to the public to find out various information about how the government runs its affairs which can help them assess how well the government pays attention to the public interest. This research uses descriptive qualitative data collection techniques, namely interviews, observation and documentation. The data sources used are primary data and secondary data, as well as data analysis techniques consisting of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, withdrawal. conclusion and. data verification. The informants involved came from various backgrounds. positions and institutions. Research results with a focus on 1) Implementation of the principles of transparency and accountability in the Parangloe sub-district: (a) Implementation of the principles of transparency with. indicators (i) Provision of clear information about implementation procedures and accountability (ii) Openness of information about finances (iii) Implementation of activities involving the community; (b) Implementation of the principle of accountability with indicators (i) Increased public trust and satisfaction with financial management by sub-district governments (ii) Increased public awareness regarding the right to assess government administration in sub-districts. 2) Factors that influence the implementation of the principles of transparency and accountability in Parangloe sub-district: (a) Factors that influence transparency with indicators (i) communication (ii) resources. (b) Factors that influence accountability with indicators (i) openness and clarity (ii) exemplary leadership (iii) adaptability. The implementation of the principle of transparency in serving the community in Parangloe Village has been carried out well. This is due to the availability of clear information related to government administration that is easily obtained and understood by the public.
