Abstract

Materi Sepakbola khususnya praktek menendang dengan kaki bagian dalam di MAN 1 Pangkalpinang masih terdapat banyak kesalahan dan juga cenderung kurang aktif karena hanya terfokus pada guru saja dalam proses pembelajarannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh metode pembelajaran resiprokal terhadap hasil belajar menendang dengan kaki bagian dalam pada permainan sepakbola siswa kelas X MAN 1 Pangkalpinang. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Desain penelitian ekperimental yang digunakan adalah dengan bentuk desain Nonequivalent Control Group Design dengan suatu perlakuan. Populasi terdiri dari 84 siswa dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Metode pengolahan data menggunakan uji normalitas kolmogorov-simirnov, uji homogenitas menggunakan uji fisher, uji hipotesis menggunakan rumus the polled variance dengan syarat thitung lebih besar dari ttabel. Hasil yang diperoleh yaitu ,3,017>1,989, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Ha diterima. Maka dapat dinyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh metode pembelajaran resiprokal terhadap hasil belajar menendang dengan kaki bagian dalam pada permainan sepakbola siswa kelas X MAN 1 Pangkalpinang.

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to analyze the Digital Public Relations (PR) strategy implemented by PT Mulia Industrindo in managing Instagram social media. With the increasing development of technology and social media, companies need to have an effective PR strategy to build and maintain a positive image and interact with audiences directly. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with PT Mulia Industrindo's PR team, Instagram content analysis, and documentation. The research results show that PT Mulia Industrindo implements various strategies, such as structured content planning, consistent use of visuals, active interaction with followers, collaboration with influencers, and the use of social media analytics to measure performance. These strategies have proven effective in increasing user engagement, strengthening brand awareness, and supporting a company's marketing goals. This research provides practical insights for other companies looking to optimize their social media management through a strategic Digital PR approach.

Abstract

This study aims to determine 1) The Influence of Motivation, Organizational Culture, and Work Discipline on Teacher Performance at Bina Ilmi Integrated Islamic School, Palembang City, 2) The Influence of Motivation on Teacher Performance at Bina Ilmi Integrated Islamic School, Palembang City, 3) The Influence of Organizational Culture on Teacher Performance at Bina Ilmi Integrated Islamic School, Palembang City, 4) The Influence of Work Discipline on Teacher Performance at Bina Ilmi Integrated Islamic School, Palembang City. This type of research is Associative. The variables used by the researcher include motivation, organizational culture, work discipline, and teacher performance. The sample in this study consisted of teachers at Bina Ilmi Integrated Islamic School, Palembang City, totaling 100 respondents selected by Cluster Sampling. The data used in this study were primary data collected using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that (1) motivation, organizational culture, and work discipline together have a positive and significant effect on Teacher Performance at Bina Ilmi Integrated Islamic School, Palembang City, (2) motivation has a positive and significant effect on Teacher Performance at Bina Ilmi Integrated Islamic School, Palembang City (3) organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on Teacher Performance at Bina Ilmi Integrated Islamic School, Palembang City (4) work discipline has a positive and significant effect on Teacher Performance at Bina Ilmi Integrated Islamic School, Palembang City.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine how the Jambi Province Regional Secretariat Organization Bureau's implementation of e-government and competency affects worker performance, with motivation serving as an intervening variable. In this study, quantitative approaches and descriptive verification were the methodologies employed. The impact of competency and the use of e-government on worker performance at the Jambi Province Regional Secretariat Organization Bureau is the study's research topic, and motivation serves as an intervening variable. It is evident from the technique that there are 62 samples total. The PLS analysis method is applied in this study. The Jambi Province Regional Secretariat Organization Bureau's workforce competency, work motivation, and performance, as well as the e-government description, indicate that the organization's overall E-Government score is 3050 in the good category. Next, the competency variable is described as follows: with a score of 2,537, it indicates that personnel in the Jambi Province Regional Secretariat Organization Bureau have a high level of expertise. Moreover, the work motivation variable description indicates that the work motivation score falls into the High group with a value of 3588. In the meantime, the employee performance variables description indicates that the score falls into the high category at 2024. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect, competency has a significant and positive effect on work motivation, e-government has a significant effect on employee performance, competency has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance, and work motivation has a significant and positive effect, according to the results of the Smart PLS 3.0 analysis tools. At the Jambi Province Regional Secretariat Organization Bureau, competency has a significant and positive impact on employee performance through work motivation, and e-government has a positive and significant impact on employee performance through work motivation.
