Abstract

This research aims to determine Influance of leadership style, organizational climate and motivation on the performance of lecturers at Batanghari University, Jambi. The research to porpose (1) to know leadership stile, organizational climate, motivation and performance of lecturer at Batanghari University (2) to anlysis influance of leadership stile to performance of lecturer in Batanghari University (3) to analysis influance of organizational climate to performance of lecturer in Batanghari University (4) to analysis influance of motivation to performance of lecturer in Batanghari University (5) to influance of leadership style, organizational climate and motivation on the performance of lecturers at Batanghari University, Jambi. This research used survey methode with porposive sampling in 5 fakulty, with sample amounth 40 respondent. the relationship of each independent variable with the dependent variable, either individually or collectively, and makes predictions for the dependent variable on each independent variable. From the equation, it can be seen that if the leadership style can be more effective by one unit, the lecturer performance will inprove by 0.453; Likewise with the organizational climate, if the organizational climate is better by one unit, the lecturer's performance will inprove by 0.494, something that is not much different from motivation, namely if the motivation is inprove by one unit, the performance will inprovee by 0.010. This means that leadership style, organizational climate and motivation have a positive influance to lecturer performance. Therefore, it is expected that these three components (X1, X2 and X3) can be optimally priority to improved. The results of simultaneous hypothesis testing show that the value of F count is bigger than , F table. (Fcount > F table ) or sig F <0.05, this means that simultaneously, leadership style, organizational climate and motivation have significant effect on lecturer performance at University of Batanghari Jambi.

Abstract

This research is to describe performance assessment, talent management, work motivation and employee performance at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Muara Bungo Branch. From the tests carried out, it was found that work motivation was influenced by performance assessment and talent management by 0.698 or if the percentage was 69.8% while the rest was influenced by other variables. Employee performance in this case is also influenced by the performance assessment and talent management variables of 0.483 or if expressed as a percentage, it is 48.3%. From the results of hypothesis testing, it is known that talent management has no significant effect on employee performance at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Muara Bungo Branch with a p value of 0.281 or (0.281 > 0.05). This research concludes that performance assessment, talent management, work motivation and employee performance are in good and high condition. Apart from that, performance appraisal and talent management have a positive and significant effect on work motivation at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Muara Bungo Branch. Likewise, work motivation has a positive and significant influence on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of Leadership Style and work environment on employee performance through work motivation as a mediating variable at the Regional Secretariat of Tanjung Jabung Barat Regency. The type of research uses descriptive and verification research. The object of this study is the employees of the Regional Secretariat of Tanjung Jabung Barat Regency totaling 118 people. This study uses the PLS analysis method. Based on the results of the questionnaire on Leadership Style, namely in the good category. Then for the description of the work environment variable, the category is good. Furthermore, the description of the work motivation variable is in the high category. While the description of the employee performance variable is in the high category. Based on the results of the study, Leadership Style has a positive and significant effect on work motivation. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on work motivation. Leadership style does not have a significant effect on employee performance. Work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance mediated by work motivation. Work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance mediated by work motivation at the Regional Secretariat of Tanjung Jabung Barat Regency.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan profesionalisme, semangat kerja, disiplin kerja dan kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Pemadam Kebakaran dan Penyelamatan Kota Jambi. Serta ingin mengetahui profesionalisme dan semangat kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui disiplin kerja. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai pada Dinas Pemadam Kebakaran dan Penyelamatan Kota Jambi yang berjumlah 253 orang yang terdiri dari PNS, P3K, dan TKK. ukuran atau jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini ditentukan berdasarkan teori Slovin dengan margin error 10%, sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 72 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survey dan menggunakan analisis data Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa profesionalisme dan semangat kerja secara langsung langsung dan tidak langsung melalui disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kineja pegawai, begitu pula disiplin kerja secara langsung berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja kinerja. Hal ini menjelaskan bahwa profesionalisme dan kemampuan kerja pegawai dilandasi oleh disiplin kerja yang tinggi akan memberikan kontribusi pada hasil kerja yang optimal.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Leadership Style and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance with Motivation as an Intervening Variable in the Secretariat of the Regional People's Representative Council of Jambi Province. The method used in this study is a descriptive, verification and quantitative method. The object of research in this study is the influence of Leadership Style and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance with Motivation as an Intervening Variable in the Secretariat of the Regional People's Representative Council of Jambi Province. Based on the approach, it can be seen that the number of samples is 66 people. This study uses SPSS 26.0 analysis tools. Based on the results of the analysis carried out, the results obtained are that Leadership Style has a significant and positive effect on motivation, organizational culture has a significant and positive effect on motivation, leadership style has a significant effect on employee performance, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, Leadership Style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through work motivation and Organizational culture has a significant and positive effect on employee performance through motivation in the Secretariat of the Regional People's Representative Council of Jambi Province.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine how the Jambi Province Regional Secretariat Organization Bureau's implementation of e-government and competency affects worker performance, with motivation serving as an intervening variable. In this study, quantitative approaches and descriptive verification were the methodologies employed. The impact of competency and the use of e-government on worker performance at the Jambi Province Regional Secretariat Organization Bureau is the study's research topic, and motivation serves as an intervening variable. It is evident from the technique that there are 62 samples total. The PLS analysis method is applied in this study. The Jambi Province Regional Secretariat Organization Bureau's workforce competency, work motivation, and performance, as well as the e-government description, indicate that the organization's overall E-Government score is 3050 in the good category. Next, the competency variable is described as follows: with a score of 2,537, it indicates that personnel in the Jambi Province Regional Secretariat Organization Bureau have a high level of expertise. Moreover, the work motivation variable description indicates that the work motivation score falls into the High group with a value of 3588. In the meantime, the employee performance variables description indicates that the score falls into the high category at 2024. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect, competency has a significant and positive effect on work motivation, e-government has a significant effect on employee performance, competency has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance, and work motivation has a significant and positive effect, according to the results of the Smart PLS 3.0 analysis tools. At the Jambi Province Regional Secretariat Organization Bureau, competency has a significant and positive impact on employee performance through work motivation, and e-government has a positive and significant impact on employee performance through work motivation.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the competence, education and training, career development and performance of civil servants at the Jambi Provincial Setda General Bureau. Furthermore, analyzing the influence of competence, education and training on career development, analyzing the influence of competency culture, education and training on the performance of civil servants. Career development of ASN performance, competence, education and training through career development of ASN performance. This research uses descriptive and definite research methods, namely the method of surveying a group of people, objects, situations and states of thinking systems to describe and perceive meaningfully. means. systematically follow the facts studied. The control study aimed to test hypotheses about the degree of influence between the variables of this study. This research involved 106 civil servants of the Jambi Provincial Setda General Bureau. The sample of 52 respondents was based on the Slovin formula with 1% confidence. Data was analyzed using SPSS 26.0. The results showed that the competency in high conditions, high education and training, high career development and high work performance of civil servants, competence, education and training were simulated and had a positive and significant impact. Competence, education and training simultaneously and partly have a positive and significant effect on the performance of civil servants, as well as career development have a positive and significant effect on the performance of civil servants at the Jambi Provincial Setda General Bureau.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of education and training, compensation on the performance of Aviation Security (AvSec) officers through work motivation at Sultan Thaha Jambi Airport. The method used in this research is descriptive verification and quantitative methods, with a sample size of 46 people. This research uses the PLS analysis method. The research results show that 1) education and training variables have a positive and significant effect on work motivation, but compensation variables do not have a significant effect on work motivation; 2) education and training variables, compensation variables and work motivation variables have a positive and significant effect on performance; and 3) education and training variables have a positive and significant effect on performance through work motivation, but compensation variables do not have a significant effect on performance through work motivation for aviation security (AvSec) officers at Sultan Thaha Jambi Airport.

Abstract

This research is to know the effect of Bank Health partially and simultaneously on Inflation, the effect of Bank Health partially and simultaneously on Third Party Fundraising, the effect of Inflation on Third Party Fundraising and the effect of Bank Health partially and simultaneously on Third Party Fundraising through Inflation. The population of this research amount of was 14 Sharia Banks in Indonesia for the period 2014 - 2019 with sample amount of 8 Sharia Banks. The method used is Path Analysis by using SPSS program or software with version 22. The results showed that partially the Non Performing Financing (NPF) has negative and insignificant effect on Inflation, Good Corporate Governance (GCG) has positive and insignificant effect on Inflation, Net Rewards has positive and significant effect on Inflation and Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) has negative and significant effect on Inflation, while simultaneously Bank Health have no significant effect on Inflation. NPF has positive and significant effect on Third Party Fundraising, GCG has negative and insignificant effect on Third Party Fundraising, Net Rewards has positive and insignificant effect on Third Party Fundraising and CAR has negative and significant effect on Third Party Fundraising, while simultaneously Bank Health have significant effect on Third Party Fundraising. Inflation has negative and insignificant effect on Third Party Fundraising. Partially NPF, GCG, Net Rewards and CAR, indirectly has no significant effect on Third Party Fundraising through Inflation, while simultaneously Bank Health indirectly have no significant effect on Third Party Fundraising through Inflation.
