Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this research is how tne positioning of the hospital in kecamatan kemuning. The goal is fine and analysis the positioning of the hospital. This research is a descriptiv eresearch. The variable in this research is poisitioning the hospital. The indicators are the pysical appereance of building ,equipment fitting, speed of action, friendly nurses, and medical completeness. The primary data is respondent answer to the question. The analytical method is quantitative analysis, kwadran analysis, profile can be seen that Dr.M.Hoesin prominent on the pysical apperence of buildingand equiment fitings measures, for Siti Khadijah prominent of friendliness nurses and the same actor like Rk Charitas.Result from the overall analysis showed that hospital that precies positioning is Dr.M.Hoesin and Rk Charitas while for Siti Khadijah imporer positioning

Abstract

Loyalty has a very important meaning for the sustainability of the Muhammadiyah Association. Muhammadiyah member's loyalty will automatically strengthen and enlarge the existence of the organization through the various propaganda activities it developed. The purpose of the study was to see the effect of satisfaction on Muhammadiyah's loyalty members. The study was developed using an associative design involving two variables, namely member's loyalty, and member's satisfaction. Each variable was developed into 18 and 16 indicators, respectively. The population was determined by all Muhammadiyah members in South Sumatra who had  Muhammadiyah Standard Number (NBM- Nomor Baku Muhammadiyah) of 6,617 people. The number of samples was determined as much as 5% of the population of 232 members by cluster sampling. The determination of clusters was based on districts spread across South Sumatra. The main data used primary data with questionnaire data collection methods. The analysis technique used simple regression. The results of the study showed that member's satisfaction significantly influences Muhammadiyah's loyalty members in South Sumatra.

Abstract

Purpose - This study aims: (1) to determine the effect of leadership style and job environmenton job satisfaction at Bumi Sentosa  Dwi Agung, Ltd, (2) To determine the effect of leadership style and job environmentonemployee performance at Bumi Sentosa  Dwi Agung, Ltd,(3) to determine the effect of leadership style and job environmenton employee performance  through  job satisfaction at  Bumi Sentosa.Design/methodology - The research design used in this study is associative. The variables used were ndependent variables are Leadership Style (X1) and Job Environment (X2), the intervening  variables is Job Satisfaction (Y), and the dependent variables is Employee Performance (Z). Data collection technique used documentation and questionnaires. The population in this study as much as 150 employees, analytical techniques used are cluster sampling, so that the sample used as much as 110 employees. The analytical method using Path Analysis. Findings - Based on the findings that: (1) There is a positive and the significant effect of leadership style and job environment on the job satisfaction at Bumi Sentosa Dwi Agung, Ltd, (2) There is a positive and the significant effect of leadership style, job environment, and job satisfaction on the employee performance at Bumi Sentosa Dwi Agung, Ltd, and (3) There is a positive but not significant effect of leadership style and job environment on employee performance through the job satisfaction at Bumi Sentosa Dwi Agung, Ltd.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Purpose - The purpose of this research is to find out how the Effect of Motivation, Discipline and Teaching Ability on the Performance of High School Teachers in the District of Four Lawang.Design/methodology - The design of this study is associative research using a causal relationship. The data used in this study are primary data from the answers of respondents as many as 107 teachers of Public High Schools in Empat Lawang Regency. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression and through testing validity and reliability. Test the data used to determine the characteristics of the data, namely the normality test and linearity test. The model test used consisted of multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test.Findings - The results of multiple linear regression testing showed motivation, discipline, and ability together to have a significant effect on teacher performance. Partially motivation has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, discipline has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, ability has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara karakteristik demografis dengan keputusan konsumen berbelanja di mall. Penelitian dikembangkan mengguakan disain komparatif. Terdapat dua variabel yang digunakan, yaitu karakteristik demografis dengan indikator jenis kelamin, pendidikan, pekerjaan, dan pendapatan, dan keputusan berbelanja dengan indikator tempat berbelanja dan frekwensi berbelanja. Penelitian menggunakan  data primer berasal dari 257 KK responden yang dipilih secara cluster sampling. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah Chi Square. Hasil penelitian membuktikan 1) terdapat hubungan antara jenis kelamin dengan tempat dan frekwensi belanja 2) terdapat hubungan antara pendidikan dengan tempat dan frekwensi belanja 3) terdapat hubungan antara pekerjaan dengan tempat belanja 4) tidak terdapat hubungan antara pekerjaan dengan frekwensi belanja, dan 5) tidak terdapat hubungan antara pendapatan dengan tempat dan frekwensi belanja

Abstract

The Regional Leadership of Ogan Komering Ilir Regency (PDA OKI) is one of the PDAs in South Sumatra Province which is considered slow to develop. It is therefore necessary to carry out a study as a tabayyun effort by regional leaders. This research is a qualitative descriptive study based on a case study which attempts to summarize a phenomenon to the reality. The research object is the PDA OKI in the key person-based. The main data collection method is interviews with triangulation analysis techniques. The results of the research show that the quiet activity of the PDA OKI is because even though regional expansion has occurred, the vastness of the OKI territory is still in sense, so it has an impact on feedback, tools and facilities, as well as development opportunities. Furthermore, the results of the analysis show that the PDA OKI is not an area that is silent in its activities, in fact it has the opportunity to grow better and become a primadona because of the potential of its cadres and opportunities for communication development.Highlights: Regional Challenges: The vast OKI area limits development and feedback opportunities for PDA OKI. Potential for Growth: PDA OKI has untapped potential due to its capable cadres and leaders. Positive Outlook: Despite challenges, PDA OKI holds promise to become a regional primadona. Abstract

Zakat is a financial axis in Islam. With a Moslem majority population, Indonesia should be able to collect and manage zakat funds properly in order to improve the welfare of the society. However, zakat management is considered less than optimal for all this time. The aim of this study was to determine the effect of promotion on the decision of muzakki for paying zakat with trust and knowledge as intervening variables. The research was designed associatively. The variables used are promotion, trust, and knowledge, which are associated with the decision for paying zakat. The research population was 100 muzakki in Lazismu Palembang which were taken by purposive sampling. The data used is primary data with collection techniques through questionnaires. Furthermore, the analysis technique used is path analysis. The results of the study prove that 1) promotion, trust, and knowledge, have a significant effect on the decision of muzakki for paying zakat; 2) promotion has a significant effect on the decision of muzakki for paying zakat, but trust has no significant effect on the decision of muzakki for paying zakat; and 3) promotion has a significant effect on knowledge and as well as knowledge on the decision of muzakki for paying zakat.

Abstract

Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kapasitas UMKM "Cek Ros" untuk mengelola keuangan, pemasaran, dan branding. Masalah yang dihadapi oleh UMKM ini termasuk manajemen keuangan yang buruk, kurangnya pasar, dan kurangnya identitas merek. Kursus ini terdiri dari tiga tahap: (1) Pelatihan Penyusunan Laporan Keuangan yang didasarkan pada SAK ETAP, dengan studi kasus untuk mempelajari laporan laba rugi, neraca, dan arus kas; (2) Pelatihan Pemasaran Produk, yang berkonsentrasi pada teknik pemasaran online dan offline melalui media sosial dan promosi; dan (3) Pelatihan Branding Produk, yang mencakup pemahaman tentang nilai produk dan desain kemasan yang unik. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan besar. 85% peserta mampu menyusun laporan keuangan, 75% mulai menggunakan media sosial untuk pemasaran, dan 70% memperbarui desain kemasan dengan tampilan yang lebih menarik. Kegiatan ini berhasil meningkatkan daya saing UMKM dan meningkatkan posisi produk mereka di pasar yang kompetitif.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of products, prices, promotions and processes on online purchasing decisions in the Linggossari Village Community, Sungai Lilin District. The type of research used is associative research. The variables used in this research are product, price, promotion and process as independent variables while purchasing decisions are the dependent variable. The indicators used are 15 indicators. The research population is the Linggossari Village Community, Sungai Lilin District, with a sample size of 100 respondents. The data used is primary data. Probability Sampling . Sampling technique using the Cluster Sampling method. The data collection technique in research is by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis, with a significance level of 10%. The results of the research show that 1) There is a positive and significant influence of Product, Price, Promotion and Process on Purchasing Decisions, 2) There is a positive and significant influence of Product on Purchasing Decisions, 3) There is a positive and significant influence of Price on Purchasing Decisions, 4) there is an influence Positive and significant promotions on Purchasing Decisions. 5) there is a positive and significant influence of the Process on Purchasing Decisions. Keywords: Product, Price, Promotion, Process, and Purchasing Decisions

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan 1) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh produk, harga, dan citra merk terhadap Keputusan pembelian lipcream Implora di Universitas Muhammadiyah Palembang. 2) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh produk terhadap Keputusan pembelian Lipcream Implora di Universitas Muhammadiyah Palembang. 3) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh Harga terhadap Keputusan pembelian Lipcream Implora di Universitas Muhammadiyah Palembang. 4) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh Citra Merk terhadap Keputusan pembelian Lipcream Implora di Universitas Muhammadiyah Palembang. Jenis penelitian ini bersifat asosiatif. Variabel yang digunakan yaitu produk, harga, citra merk dan Keputusan pembelian. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini 100 responden mahasiswi Universitas Muhammadiyah Palembang dengan Teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini data primer dan data skunder. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan melalui kuisioner (angket) dan Dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan 1) ada pengaruh signifikan produk, harga dan citra merk terhadap Keputusan pembelian lipcream implora di Universitas Muhammadiyah Palembang. 2) ada pengaruh signifikan produk terhadap Keputusan pembelian lipcream implora di Universitas Muhammadiyah Palembang. 3) ada pengaruh signifikan harga terhadap Keputusan pembelian Lipcream Implora di Universitas Muhammadiyah Palembang. 4) Ada pengaruh signifikan citra merk terhadap Keputusan pembelian Lipcream Implora di Universitas Muhammadiyah Palembang.
