Abstract

Di Indonesia sendiri, pengguna facebook terus meningkat secara signifikan dan puncak tertinggi diusia remaja. Diusia dewasa, penggunaan facebook masih pada bentuk konsistensi mereka untuk mencari informasi saja. Seperti pada table berikut ini, dimana diusia produktif yaitu usia 25-34 tahun adalah 3 range usia yang selalu terendah secara jumlah dari range usia lainnya yang pruduktif menggunakan facebook. Adapun rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah Pemanfaatan Teknologi Media Pada Masyarakat Jakarta Dalam Akses Tanpa Batas Melalui Facebook, dengan menggunakan Studi Kasus Pada Masyarakat Jakarta Range Usia 25-34 Tahun. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori Uses and Gratification yang memandang khalayak sebagai mahluk yang aktif. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif serta metode studi kasus. Adapun hasil serta kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah tujuan penggunaan facebook untuk masyarakat Jakarta dengan range usia 25-34 tahun lebih menekankan pada interaksi sosial tanpa batas serta tujuan bersama untuk membangun sosialisasi yang baru namun masih tetap mampu untuk menjaga harmonisasi hubungan sosialisasi yang lama. Penggunaan facebook untuk masyarakat Jakarta dengan range usia 25-34 tahun yang lebih menekankan pada kebutuhan informasi yang up to date serta kemampuan untuk saling bertukar informasi antar sesama pengguna facebook serta kebutuhan pemenuhan ekonomi keluarga dengan cara berjualan atau mempromosikan segala produk dan jasa yang dimiliki. Kata Kunci: Kemudahan Akses, Masyarakat Jakarta, Pengguna Facebook, Teknologi Media.

Abstract

Perkembangan gaya hidup membuat masyarakat memiliki banyak pilihan untuk hidup sehat. Salah satu cara yang dapat dipilih adalah dengan mengikuti Yoga. Perkembangan Yoga sudah mulai beragam, jika diakses pada situs Google, lebih dari 209 situs Yoga yang selalu bermunculan setiap harinya, baik terkait dengan informasi, tempat kursus hingga komunitas-komunitas Yoga yang semakin banyak bermunculan. Hal ini mampu menjelaskan eksistensi Yoga di Indonesia saat ini, sebagai salah satu pilihan gaya hidup untuk memenuhi kebutuhan kesehatan masyarakat di Indonesia. Sebagai rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah Bagaimana Invasi budaya Hindu dalam eksistensi Yoga sebagai destinasi wisata di Indonesia, yang akan dikaji dengan menggunakan Teori Pemusatan Simbolis juga sering dikenal dengan nama analisis bertemakan fantasi (fantasi theme analysis) adalah sebuah teori yang dikembangkan dengan sangat baik oleh Ernest Bormann, John Cragan, dan Donald Shield, serta berhubungan dengan penggunaan gaya bercerita dalam komunikasi. Cerita-cerita atau tema-tema fantasi ini diciptakan dalam interaksi simbolis dalam kelompok-kelompok kecil serta mereka berpindah dari satu orang ke orang lain dan dari satu kelompok ke kelompok lainnya untuk berbagi sebuah pandangan tentang dunia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Kualitatif serta paradigma Konstruktivis dengan melakukan observasi secara langsung ke komunitas Yoga dan para pelatih Yoga. Pada perkembangannya, Yoga sudah menjadi Gaya Hidup yang mendunia dengan hadirnya festival Yoga hamper diseluruh kota besar di Indonesia sehingga ini akan menjadi salah satu destinasi wisata di Indonesia. Kata Kunci: Invansi Budaya, Eksistensi Yoga, Destinasi Wisata.

Abstract

Indonesia is the country with the largest number of Muslim occupation in the world today. The largest number of Muslims  require various forms of religious education as an attempt to provide insight to the community about the concept and values of Islam. In the process, mass media, which has grown rapidly in Indonesia, especially television come to take a role by providing a variety of spectacle that contains values of Islam. Islamic nuances such as soap operas and television speeches adorn the face of Indonesia. The phenomenon was initially only during the Ramadhan 2010-2012. The focus of this paper is about the deconstruction of Islamic values in TV’s programs, cultural imperialism and mass media capitalism which implies the reconstruction of religious understanding of the ummah. The emergence of commodification and religious shows on television structuration  as a form of capitalism media. This means that the value of profit is the primary consideration nuanced spectacle of Islam on television. That led to a new cultural imperialism in the community because dekonstrusi Islamic values by the mass media in beragamma tv program in the month of Ramadan. Comodification and structuration in the mass media thus changing the value of media is becomes a commodity that has economic value All that become on understanding community that increasingly loose with values of Islam. community more enjoy to understanding the religious impressions are nothing more than a mere entertainment. Reality is changing the way of thinking, attitudes and behavior which was originally more confidence to the understanding that comes from the explanation of 'real' in society, switch to the understanding of religion believe that they watch on television.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the ethnic group or tribe is a group of people whose members identify themselves with one another, usually based on lineage are considered the same as culture, language, religion traits, behaviors, or biological. Ethnicity is a fundamental factor in human life, interactions and intrinsic property of a group. The method of research used content analysis approaches and ethnographic art. The results showed determination by mixing or races as “Peranakan”: for a mixture of Malay race with China, people who are determined according to their religion, for Malays in Malaysia it meant that the Muslim bumiputera, “the Mestis” for Hispanic mix by bumiputera. Upin Ipin-released on September 14, 2010 in Malaysia and produced by Les’ Copaque. The results of this study show Upin-Ipin filled with simplicity in bringing Islamic values, education, manners, and respect among fellow was meant for all people of good Malaysian nation or religion. Good relations between different cultures (Malay, Chinese, Indian) were described in this animated film. Upin-Ipin animated movie brings the perfect image and message, ie, with different cultures can create a good relationship with the harmony of differences in unity and simplicity.

Abstract

In its development, the existence of ethnic Indonesians Chinese descent is inseparable from the development of governmental system in the Country. Since the New Order era, the eth-nic members have been playing pivotal role in economic realm. However a significant de-velopment occurred during the era of Abdurrahman Wahid administration that allowed access for Indonesians Chinese to attend school or study in public universities. Since then, educational institutions in Indonesia have been accommodated multiculturalism by recog-nising the existence of various ethnics in Indonesia, although the term of minority for cer-tain ethnics still become problem and inherent identity. Therefore, this research raised the title; Construction meaning of minority in social interaction of Chinese Indonesian students at Universitas Budi Luhur and Universitas Bina Nusantara. The problem formulation in this research is: How purport identity ethnic minority Chinese students in social interaction at the Universitas Budi Luhur and Universitas Bina Nusantara? How does social interac-tion performed by students of Chinese ethnicity at Universitas Budi Luhur and Universitas Bina Nusantara? This study also uses the theory of identity and theory phenomenology by George Herbert Mead. But as a result of this research was the meaning/significance of Indonesian Chinese minority identity is strongly linked with social interaction occurred. The awareness to boldly preserve and display Ethnic's culture and traditions begins in families. This serves as guidelines to determine how to behave and interact within the community of Indonesians Chinese and within university life. Social interaction within the ethnic group is varied depending on religious beliefs, languages, and cultural stereotypes have become distinguishing factors of social interaction process.

Abstract

Industrial development 4.0 and 5.0 who moved so fast bring curriculum changes in policy direction. However, of the curriculum change independent learning independent campus bring their own special characteristics culture, on the local wisdom and digitalisasi. The theory used in this research was vakyapadia, rasa theory and theory of computer mediated communication. Using paradigm critical and methods of using vakyapadiya linguistic analysis, data collection through study library and forum groub discussion. Research findings curriculum is based design culture culture; existence as a basis for curriculum design, the vedas as philosophical curriculum design, harmonisation as a purpose in the design, curriculum and Brahman as a source of knowledge and object characteristic hindu communication. In addition, cultural values and the philosophical hindu became the basis in the design independent curriculum learning campus independent and be the reference in the vedas philosophical developed the theory hindu communication based scientific culture.

Abstract

This study raises the topic of Hindu pghilosophy contained in the Wonderland Indonesia 2 video by Alffy Rev. The method is narrative analysis with secondary text data in the form of videos on the youtube channel. The results show the: the prologue narration describes the historical symbol constructs the were excavated in the garuda mythology, the Majapahit symbol and depict the under or dark culture of the dragon and the light culture of the garuda. The content narration describes the relationship between the historicity of the mythological wolrd of garuda, Majapahit and national values combined with traditionl art of folk songs and supporting costume elements between various dimensions of banality. The element of banality constructed by the text produser describes a narrative about the integration and unification of the dimensions of nature, creation manajement and idependence after destruction in the trisula philosophy wich is integrated in Hindu culture and teachings. In the final naarative, it is described how the relationship between history and the younger generation of Indonesia is as a form of reconstruction of the values struggle and multiculturalism as a reading of the history of mythology, the history of Majapahit, the history of the independence of the Indonesian nation.

Abstract

The Kampung Bali in Bekasi City has now begun to be known for its characteristics and ornaments as well as a building style that is very thick with Balinese nuances. That is why, now Kampung Bali has begun to be visited by many local officials and journalists from online media and television to see firsthand the sustainable Balinese culture in Kampung Bali. This study suggests how the brand awareness efforts of Kampung Bali in Bekasi City are. This study uses a qualitative approach with a qualitative descriptive method. As the informants of this research are the residents who manage from the village of Bali. The results in this study suggest three things, namely where in an effort to establish brand awareness of Kampung Bali in Bekasi City through the preservation of Balinese culture which is carried out in daily activities. Furthermore, Kampung Bali also received support from the government in the form of a statement and also legality that explained that Kampung Bali was a tourist destination. The next thing to do is to use digital media in building brand awareness of Kampung Bali in Bekasi City.

Abstract

Pemahaman diri terkait karma yang dimiliki oleh perempuan Hindu Bali menjadi identitas kuat dalam membangun kesadaran disaat berfikir, berkata dan berperilaku. Hal tersebut juga yang menarik perhatian peneliti dalam mengamati identitas diri yang dimiliki oleh para perempuan Hindu Bali sebagai penuntas karma. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori identitas yang dikemukakan oleh Michael Hecht dan kolega. Cakupan teori identitas begitu luas, namun dalam penelitian ini akan memfokuskan pada dimensi-dimensi yang melekat pada identitas tersebut yang meliputi perasaan, pemikiran, tindakan serta transenden. Penelitian ini menggunakan paradigma konstruktivis serta metode fenomenologi. Sebagai teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara yang mendalam serta observasi dan studi pustaka. Sebagai informan dalam penelitian ini adalah perempuan Hindu Bali yang berdomisili di Bali yang memiliki peran penting didalam masyarakat dan memiliki latar belakang yang berbeda. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini adalah karma bukan hanya menjadi fondasi penting dalam kehidupan perempuan Hindu Bali, namun juga sebagai kesadaran berkehidupan baik dalam rumah tangga maupun didalam lingkungan sosial. Karma juga menjadi tumpuan segala proses kehidupan para perempuan Hindu Bali. Sehingga ini menjadi komponen kuat sebagai identitas diri perempuan Hindu Bali.

Abstract

Intermoda Modern Market in BSD City is a modern market with a new concept. The thing that distinguishes this modern market from other modern markets is that it provides the concept of a modern market which is not only a place for shopping but also a place for family recreation. Intermoda Modern Market in BSD City combines various concepts, including shopping, culinary tours, children's play areas (playground), and gathering places. Brand Awareness (brand awareness) is the ability of consumers to recognize brands in different situations, this can be done with brand recognition and recall of a particular brand. This study used a qualitative descriptive method with research techniques focused on focus group discussions (FGD). FGDs are conducted by involving managers, consumers and traders. This research resulted in three things, namely facilities, services and promotion, where these three things are important components in forming a brand awareness strategy for the Intermoda Modern Market in BSD City.
