Abstract

Usaha pande besi merupakan usaha menempa logam khususnya besi untuk membuat berbagai perkakas untuk membantu kehidupan manusia. Desa Sukawati Kabupaten Gianyar – Bali sebagaimana halnya dengan desa di Indonesia juga terdapat usaha pande besi. Salah satu usaha pande besi yang ada di Desa Sukawati Gianyar adalah Usaha Pande Besi Bapak Pande Wayan Suanda atau Pak Balik yang memfokuskan produksi perkakas usaha kerajinan seperti gunting, luju, mata pahat, plong, bungut guak disamping juga memproduksi perkakas pada umumnya seperti pisau blakas, pisau kecil dan sabit sesuai pesanan yang diterima. Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh usaha Bapak Pande Wayan Suanda yaitu keterbatasan alat-alat produksi, kurangnya pemahaman dan penerapan K3, pemasaran produk yang masih terbatas pesanan dan belum adanya pembukuan usaha yang baik. Oleh sebab itu, mengacu hal tersebut dirancang beberapa kegiatan untuk meningkatkan dan memberdayakan usaha mitra pada dengan menggunakan metode pelatihan dan pendampingan yaitu peningkatan alat-alat produksi, memberikan pelatihan K3, memberikan pelatihan pemasaran online dengan memanfaatkan media sosial dan memberikan pelatihan pembukuan keuangan usaha. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah membantu peningkatan produk mitra sehingga sejalan dengan peningkatan pendapatan dari usaha mitra. Hasil evaluasi kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa adanya rak yang digunakan untuk menyimpan bahan baku, perkakas dan hasil produksi, 1 orang mitra sudah dapat menggunakan bantuan alat yang diberikan serta adanya peningkatan jumlah produksi sebanyak 50%, peningkatan pengetahuan mitra terhadap kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja pada saat proses produksi serta tersedianya alat-alat K3, adanya media sosial instagram dan marketplace, 1 orang mitra sudah dapat menggunakan pemasaran media sosial tersebut serta 1 orang mitra dapat melakukan pembukuan usaha. Empowerment of Iron Pande Business in Sukawati Village, Gianyar Abstract Blacksmithing is a business of forging metal, especially iron, to make various tools to help human life. Sukawati Village, Gianyar Regency – Bali has a blacksmithing business. One of the blacksmithing businesses in is the Blacksmith Business of Mr. Pande Wayan Suanda or Mr. Balik, which focuses on the production of craft business tools such as scissors, luju, chisels, plong, bungut guak in addition to producing general tools such as blakas knives, small knives and sickles according to orders received. The problems faced by Mr. Pande Wayan Suanda's business are limited production tools, lack of understanding and application of K3, product marketing that is still limited to orders and the absence of good business bookkeeping. Therefore, several activities have been designed to enhance and empower partner businesses by using training and mentoring methods, including the improvement of production tools, providing occupational health and safety (OHS) training, offering online marketing training using social media, and providing business financial bookkeeping training. The purpose of these activities is to help improve the partners' products, which in turn will align with increased income from their businesses. The results of the activity evaluation show that there are shelves used to store raw materials, tools and production results, 1 partner has been able to use the tools provided and there has been an increase in production by 50%, an increase in partner knowledge of occupational health and safety during the production process and the availability of K3 tools, the existence of Instagram social media and marketplaces, 1 partner has been able to use social media marketing and 1 partner can do business bookkeeping.

Abstract

The area of Petapan Hamlet is an upstream area where there are still many water sources as the main flow for downstream irrigation. There is one secondary stream with a fairly large channel size (2 m wide and 1 m deep). The flow velocity of this channel averages 1.6 m / sec with an average water depth in the dry season of 40 cm. The relatively large size of the channel results in a water flow of 1.26 liters / second. There is one place where the dimension of the channel shrinks for the distribution of irrigation to a width of 1 meter so that the correlation with a steady flow rate will increase. The people of Petapan Hamlet have built a tourism area based on green tourism with educational tourism as the main point. This tourism area is traversed by the subak water channel which will later be used as a place to play and educational tours about the subak irrigation system for tourists visiting this place. There is no supporting infrastructure in developing this tourism, both facilities and supporting facilities for the convenience of tourists in carrying out their activities The energy source that will be used to support the development of educational tourism is obtained from PLN sources. Lack of knowledge of the tourism community based on green tourism green technology (environment-based energy) which can be used as educational tourism              In 2019, a micro hydro generator in the form of a waterwheel has been built with an output power of 7000 kg / cm2. This power is obtained from the encouragement of water flow when it touches the blade of the wheel. This power is relatively large if it can be transmitted to generators. Problems that arise related to large power are small rotations. From the mill, the maximum rotation produced is 15 rpm. Making the rotation conversion by means of pulley reduction and gearbox resulting in a rotation of 1500 rpm. This obstacle is overcome by utilizing a DC type generator to lighten rotation and losses due to friction with 500 watts of power.

Abstract

Dusun Petapan merupakan salah satu dusun di Desa Aan yang terletak di Kabupaten Klungkung. Desa Aan memiliki potensi wisata yang sedang dikembangkan, akan tetapi pengelolaan kawasan belum optimal. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah mengoptimalkan objek wisata yang telah ada dengan membangun infrastruktur wisata edukasi. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan meliputi sosialisasi, penyiapan lokasi, pengerjaan pembangunan, pemantauan lapangan dan evaluasi. Hasil dari kegiatan ini berupa dipasangnya papan penunjuk objek wisata, papan nama objek wisata, wahana permainan edukasi anak-anak dan penataan jalan menuju kawasan wisata. Survey yang dilakukan menunjukkan persepsi masyarakat terhadap objek wisata sebesar 78%, dengan tiga aspek yang masih perlu ditingkatkan yaitu variasi permainan edukasi (75%), papan penunjuk (69%) dan staf (65%).

Abstract

ABSTRAKIndonesia memiliki ragam budaya yang sangat bervariasi, mulai dari etnis, agama, tradisi, kesenian, sampai pada industri tekstil. Salah Satu kebanggaan industr1 tekstil tradisional Bali adalah kain tenun ikat yang disebut Endek dan Songket Bali. Setiap kabupaten di Bali memiliki ciri khas desain yang menunjukkan karakter daerah masing-masing. Setiap kabupaten menonjolkan ciri khas daerahnya melalui goresan desain pada setiap lembar kain tenunnya. Keberagaman ini akhirnya menghasilkan corak yang sangat variatif sehingga memudahkan konsumen untuk menentukan pilihan. Selain itu persaingan penjualan menjadi sehat karena setiap hasil tenun daerah di Bali memiliki ciri khas. Program Pengembangan Produk Ekspor (PPPE) yang dilaksanakan oleh Universitas Mahasaraswati Denpasar bekerjasama dengan Politeknik Negeri Bali mengidentifikasi beberapa kendala pengerajin dalam melakukan pengembangan desain, dan teknik pewarnaan. Salah satu alternatif yang sudah mulai dipahami oleh beberapa pengerajin adalah teknik pewarnaan airbrush. Program pendampingan telah dilakukan di UD Anugrah dan UD Arta Darma dalam pewarnaan dengan teknik airbrush. Airbrush mempunyai banyak kegunaan yang sangat beragam. Contohnya adalah untuk memperbaiki foto, sebagai pengecatan seni arsitektur, pembuatan sampul majalah, mewarnai ukiran, dan desain sampul kaset. Tidak menutup kemungkinan juga untuk membuat iklan billboard, melukis diatas body otomotif, bahkan hingga tato. Air brush dapat digunakan secara beragam tergantung kreatifitas dari pengguna / pelukisnya. Pewarnaan dengan teknik airbrush pada kerajinan endek memberikan banyak keuntungan bagi pengerajin terutama pada proses pewarnaan akan lebih mudah, proses mendisain lebih cepat dengan kualitas pewarnaan yang tidak terlalu berbeda dengan pewarnaan alam, apalagi kalau desain kain endek menggunakan pewarnaan tiga dimensi.Kata kunci: Air brush, Endek, Desain, SongketABSTRACT Indonesia has a wide variety of cultures, ranging from ethnicity, religion, tradition, art, to the textile industry. One of the pride of the traditional Balinese textile industry is the woven cloth called Endek and Songket Bali. Each district in Bali has a characteristic design that shows the character of each region. This diversity eventually produces a very varied style that makes it easy for consumers to make choices. In addition, sales competition is healthy because every weaving area in Bali has its own characteristics. The Export Product Development Program (PPPE) carried out by Denpasar Mahasaraswati University in collaboration with the Bali State Polytechnic identified several constraints on craftsmen in developing designs, and coloring techniques. One alternative that has begun to be understood by some craftsmen is the Airbrush staining technique. Mentoring programs have been carried out at UD Anugrah and UD Arta Darma in coloring with Airbrush techniques. Air brush has many very diverse uses. An example is to improve photos, as painting art architecture, making magazine covers, coloring engravings, and cassette cover designs. It is also possible to make billboard advertisements, paint on automotive bodies, even tattoos. Air brush can be used in various ways depending on the creativity of the user / painter. Coloring with airbrush techniques on endek crafts provides many advantages for craftsmen, especially in the processing process, it will be easier, the process of designing faster with quality naan which is not too different from natural coloring, especially if the design of endek fabricuses three-dimensional coloringKeywords: Air brush, Endek, Design, Songket
