Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat Pemula ( PMP ) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemeliharaan perahu nelayan dengan menerapkan teknologi kapur CaCO3 dan lem epoxy di Kelompok Nelayan "Mega Buana" Desa Lasitae, Kabupaten Barru. Tim pengabdian masyarakat dari kampus ITBA Al Gazali Barru bekerja sama dengan kelompok nelayan dalam menyediakan pendampingan, pelatihan, dan demonstrasi praktis untuk penggunaan bahan-bahan inovatif ini. Kegiatan dimulai pada 27 Juni 2024 dengan sosialisasi dan berlanjut hingga 22 Agustus 2024 dengan penerapan teknologi, monitoring, dan evaluasi berkala. Evaluasi menyeluruh dilakukan untuk mengukur keberhasilan program dan mengidentifikasi perbaikan yang diperlukan. Diseminasi hasil dilakukan melalui forum dan seminar untuk berbagi pengalaman serta rekomendasi kepada pihak terkait, akademisi, dan masyarakat umum, dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan keberlanjutan dan kemandirian kelompok nelayan dalam merawat perahu mereka.

Abstract

Community participation in the development process has become a crucial key to achieving sustainable and inclusive development efforts. This study aims to analyze the efforts made by the Garessi Village government, Tanete Rilau District, Barru Regency, in enhancing community participation in local development. The research method used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews and direct field observations.The results of the study show that the village government has implemented various strategies and programs to enhance community participation, including education, training, and the formation of working groups. Furthermore, cooperation between the village government, non-governmental organizations, and the private sector also supports these efforts. However, there are still some challenges such as the high school dropout rate affecting the involvement of young people in development and the limited infrastructure access in some areas.This research contributes significantly to understanding the dynamics of community participation in the context of rural development. The implications of this study are expected to provide insights for village governments in designing more effective policies and programs to enhance community participation in local development.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to know the pattern of service at the Barru Religious Court Office during the Covid-19 pandemic and the implementation of online case registration E-Court of physical distancing at the Religious Court Office during the pandemic. This qualitative research include observation, interviews, documentation. Data analysis involve data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drafting. The result shows the implementation used in the registration of the first case is online case registration, the second is to get a down-payment interpretation online, the third can make online payments, the fourth can conduct trials online (litigation), the fifth can view calls online, and the sixth can make decisions online. The case registration E-Court has been carried out following PERMA No.1 of 2019 about the electronic case of registration. In particular, at a time when Indonesians are growing more concerned about the Covid-19 virus outbreak, this PERMA is extremely appropriate to be carried out.

Abstract

This research aims to determine: Implementation of Occupational Safety and Health Management at PT. PLN Indonesia Power, Barru, by collecting data obtained by observation, interviews, documentation. The results of this research show that PLN Indonesia Power UJP PLTU Barru considers it necessary to implement a system occupational safety and health management in every activity carried out. The implementation of an Occupational Safety and Health Management System (SMK3) in a company is basically a requirement stated in Law Number 13 of 2003 concerning Manpower Article 87 that companies are required to implement an Occupational Safety and Health Management System that is integrated with the company's management system. Based on interview procedures, the implementation of occupational safety and health in the work accident prevention and management system at PLN Indonesia Power PLTU Barru OMU has been carried out. Based on Rahmat Kamruddin's presentation as Senior Environmental K3 Supervisor, factors that influence the running of K3 include communication. Communication at work will influence the work process and is even an essential part of it.
