Abstract

This study aims to determine the forms of emotional, social values of children aged 5-6 years and their implementation with a parent engagement program. The subject of research children aged 5-6 years group B in the Sugihwaras kindergarten in Sidoarjo Temple with a total of 7 children and their parents. The research approach used is qualitative data collection techniques through observation, documentation, and interviews and field notes as well as the use of Cresswell's data analysis which is processing data and preparing data for analysis, reading all data, coding data, applying the results of the coding process and finally describe the results of the data during the study. The findings of this study will be tested for truth by using triangulation techniques. The findings of this study indicate the results that the Parental Involvement in the Children's Emotional Social Value Program in TK Darussalam Sugihwaras Sidoarjo Temple is carried out through the social-emotional value program by involving parents in the TK institution. Parental support has benefits and a big contribution to the education of their children. Throughout bonding activities, cooking classes, parenting, curriculum preparation, habituation activities at home, and modeling to develop children's emotional values according to their age stages and abilities. The involvement of parents in children's emotional, social value programs at every school institution should be fully socialized. Given the participation of parents is needed in the child's emotional, social process. Support, appropriate stimulation, and opportunities to explore children can grow and develop good social-emotional values of children.

Abstract

In this era of globalization, the world of education must carry out a reconstruction of thinking, towards thinking that is more transformative and has a global perspective. In this modern era, information can be obtained from advances in information technology, such as the internet. So Freire's view which states that there is suppression of creativity and the development of student potential becomes true, if the application of traditional learning methods such as lectures is no longer appropriate with the current educational paradigm. Educational institutions are a form of social and cultural structure in a society. Changes in elements in culture will bring changes to a norm, and from these changes in norms will also bring changes to social institutions. Thus cultural change can change social organization. If an educational institution such as a school cannot keep up with social change, then it will lose its function and it is likely that it will be abandoned by society. Therefore, through educational practice, students are invited to understand how history or cultural experience can be transformed in the era of life they will experience and prepare them to face the challenges and demands that lie within. As a strategic step, researchers will discuss how the world of education must carry out a reconstruction of thinking towards thinking that is more transformative and has a global outlook, namely a thinking that is able to read the real conditions of society. Abstract

Pencemaran lingkungan merupakan problematika besar yang dihadapi oleh banyak negara, salah satunya Indonesia. Salah satu penyumbang pencemaran lingkungan yaitu sampah organik rumah tangga. Salah satu desa yang memiliki permasalahan serupa yaitu Desa Banyuajuh. Organisasi HIMATIPA Universitas Trunojoyo Madura merupakan suatu tim yang melakukan gagasan pengolahan sampah organik menjadi eco enzyme. Eco enzyme dapat dimanfaatkan menjadi produk turunan rumah tangga. Tujuan dilakukan kegiatan ini yaitu untuk menambah pengetahuan dan keahlian dalam mengolah sampah organik oleh ibu-ibu rumah tangga di Desa Banyuajuh, Kecamatan Kamal, Kabupaten Bangkalan. Program SIDARLING ini tidak hanya berfokus pada pengolahan sampah organik rumah tangga menjadi eco enzyme, namun juga pemanfaatan eco enzyme dalam rumah tangga (sabun batang, sabun cair, dan detergen cair). Program ini dilakukan dengan edukasi (materi, pretest, dan posttest) dan pelatihan. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan rata-rata peningkatan sebesar 86% terhadap pengetahuan dan keterampilan ibu-ibu rumah tangga di Desa Banyuajuh dalam pengolahan dan pemanfaatan eco enzyme dari sampah organik

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kualitas Produk Dan Harga Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Produk Wardah (Studi Kasus Pengguna Produk Wardah Di Kabupaten Sampang). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei kuantitatif dengan melibatkan 100 responden yang merupakan konsumen pengguna produk Wardah di Kabupaten Sampang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk (X1) memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian (Y) produk Wardah, yang berarti bahwa semakin tinggi persepsi konsumen terhadap kualitas produk Wardah semakin tinggi pula kemungkinan konsumen untuk membeli produk tersebut. Selain itu, harga (X2) juga ditemukan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian (Y) produk wardah, artinya terdapat hubungan searah antara harga dengan keputusan pembelian, semakin sesuai harga maka semakin adanya peningkatan konsumen untuk membeli produk tersebut. Koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 73,5% mempunyai arti kualitas produk (X1) dan harga (X2) mempunyai pengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian (Y) sedangkan sisanya 26,5% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of competence, independence and work culture simultaneously on the performance of internal auditors. The population in the study was 177 people with a sample size of 64 people. The sampling technique was carried out by proportional random sampling technique. This study uses a quantitative method with the type of survey research and data analysis using multiple regression linear test. While the data collection technique using a questionnaire instrument. The results showed that there was a significant influence of competence, independence and work culture simultaneously on the performance of internal auditors at the Regional Secretariat of Pandeglang Regency. The findings of this study provide a contribution or contribution to the Regional Government of Pandeglang Regency in order to improve the competence, independence and work culture of internal auditors properly, so as to improve the performance of internal auditors in carrying out audits of financial statements at the Regional Secretariat of Pandeglang Regency.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan menganalisis faktor penentu tingkat literasi keuangan syariah pada nasabah bank wakaf mikro Prenduan Sumenep. Penelitian termasuk dalam penelitian kuantitatif. Variabel independen terdiri atas pendapatan, pendidikan dan lama menjadi nasabah, sedangkan variabel independennya adalah literasi keuangan syariah. Data penelitian diambil dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang melibatkan empat puluh responden. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah ordered logit model. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa variabel pendapatan dan lama menjadi nasabah, berpengaruh signifikan dan bernilai positif terhadap literasi keuangan syariah, sedangkan variabel pendidikan berpengaruh signifikan namun bernilai negatif. Semakin tinggi pendapatan dan lama menjadi nasabah, maka semakin tinggi literasi keuangan syariah, tetapi tidak berlaku untuk variabel pendidikan. Kata Kunci: Literasi keuangan syariah, Bank Wakaf Mikro, Sumenep
