Abstract

Pembangunan pada dunia konstruksi semakin berkembang. Oleh karenanya banyak kontraktor yang mendapatkan proyek lebih dari satu. Bila terjadi demikian untuk mempermudah pelaksanaan, biasanya kontraktor akan memberikan pekerjan tersebut kepada subkontraktor. Dalam pemilihan subkontraktor, tiap kontraktor tentu mempunyai kriterianya masing-masing. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini mencoba memberikan solusi alternatif dalam hal pemilihan subkontraktor finishing pada proyek Pengembangan Rumah sakit Dr. Soetomo oleh PT. Pembangunan Perumahan yang berada di wilayah Kota Surabaya, Propinsi Jawa Timur dengan menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). AHP merupakan metode pengambilan keputusan yang dikembangkan untuk pemberian prioritas beberapa alternatif ketika beberapa kriteria harus dipertimbangkan. Dari data lapangan ada 3 subkontraktor yang siap mengerjakan kebutuhan proyek. Dari penelitian ini diperoleh kriteria dengan prioritas paling penting yaitu kriteria keuangan dengan bobot 30% dengan subkriteria nilai penawaran dengan bobot 9,7% dan subkontraktor terpilih adalah subkontraktor X.

Abstract

This study aims to describe gender injustice in Photocopier movie by Wregas Bhanuteja using feminist literary criticism theory and Fakih’s theory of gender to explain the patriarchal culture that causes gender injustice in this movie. This research was conducted through the qualitative research method. The data source in this research is Photocopier movie by Wregas Bhanuteja on Netflix. The steps for data collection with qualitative techniques, library techniques, reading techniques, and note-taking techniques. The form of data in this research is the form of sentences, dialogues, and discourses contained in Photocopier movie by Wregas Bhanuteja, chosen according to the main problem in this study, namely Gender Injustice in Photocopier movie by Wregas Bhanuteja. The results obtained 5 forms of gender injustice by Fakih’s theory namely: marginalization, subordination, stereotype, violence, and double burden which are influenced by the patriarchal culture where men dominate and are powerful toward women

Abstract

Sebuah Komik Ilustrasi yang menceritakan Keluh kesah buah papaya, dengan banyaknya buah yang terdapat didaerah saya yang memungkinkan buah papaya tidak laku untuk dijual maka itulah penyebabnya, dari berbagai sample yang saya ambil harga papaya masih kalah jauh dengan harga buah lain seperti pisang,salak alpukat dan buah lainnya, disini buah papaya merasa tersingkirkan padahal khasiat buah papaya sangat baik untuk Kesehatan vitamin C dan A pada buah pepaya California juga bermanfaat sebagai antioksidan yang berguna untuk menangkal radikal bebas yang menjaga sistem kekebalan tubuh dan mencegah tubuh dari berbagai macam penyakit oleh karena itu saya memanfaat kan buah papaya sebagai alternatif Kesehatan menjadikanya sebagai obat ataupun sabun wajah, observasi mengenai dampak yang terjadi terhadap buah papaya didaerah desa Rajadatu kota tasikmalaya. Penulis ingin sekali membuat sebuah komik ilustrasi yang menjelaskan manfaat buah papaya yang sangat banyak yang dijelaskan melalui komik ilustrasi.

Abstract

Special autonomy is a political consensus on the desire of the Papuans to live in prosperity by considering their indigenous rights. Two decades of the implementation of Special Autonomy for Papua, it is still considered ineffective to answer the crucial demands, such as political rights, material welfare, and indigenous participation in the development. Political participation of Papuan indigenous (OAP) is expected as the main issue of which has crucially affected the mandatory aspects, such as political conductivity, development objectivity, social welfare, and security. This research aims to figure out the importance of political participation to the OAP and how it can affect the special autonomy enforcement in Papua. The results show that political participation of Papua considerably contributes to the local institutional involvement, addressing political conductivity, directing the development target, and realizing the deliberative policy. In other findings, political supervision is highly required to be evaluated in ensuring the optimizing of political participation for OAP.

Abstract

Distal radius fracture is one of the most common fractures, especially in the elderly. This fracture often followed by an ulna fracture, causing interference with the distal radioulnar joint (DRUJ). The aim of this study is to provide an overview of DRUJ trauma management along with its indications. This research is a retrospective descriptive study. Data collection was carried out from the medical record data of DRUJ trauma patients who were treated through the ED of H. Boejasin General Hospital. There were 19 samples that met the inclusion criteria, aged 18-60 years. A total of 7 patients (36.84%) underwent ORIF, 12 patients (63.16%) LAC (91.67%), and 1 patient underwent SAC (8.33%). Surgery is the main choice of treatment by orthopedic surgeons for DRUJ trauma patients due to high impact injuries, while conservative management is sufficient for low impact injuries.

Abstract

Orthopedic cases are still considered as the biggest cause of mortality and morbidity in developing countries. An understanding of epidemiology, expected to help related parties to plan better management. The aim of this study was to determine the prevalence and characteristics of trauma and non-traumatic cases in orthopedics. This research is a retrospective descriptive study. Data collection was carried out retrospectively from the medical records of orthopedic patients admitted to Emergency Department of H. Boejasin Hospital from 2017-2022. There were 137 samples that met the inclusion criteria. A total of 128 patients (93.43%) were categorized as trauma and 9 patients (6.56%) were non-trauma. Orthopedic patients are dominated by males with age in the range of 18-60 years, namely 84 patients (61.32%). 77 patients (56.20%) used BPJS as financing. Trauma is the most frequent cause of patients being brought to the emergency department, which is dominated by men of reproductive age. Health insurance plays an important role in helping patients pay for treatment.

Abstract

Companies in the pharmaceutical industry produce health products such as herbs and medicines. Due to intense competition, companies must optimize the use of their machines to increase productivity. In machine maintenance PT. Kalbe Farma, the total production treatment method is used, but its application is not maximized, as happened with the machines in line 1. PT. Kalbe Farma produces Promag products, which are in great demand in the market, with the production of 30 to 40 batches a month. In February 2023, the percentage breakdown on the E3060 Overwrapping machine was very high, reaching 11.59%. However, the breakdown should not exceed 10% of the Working Time. Therefore, damage can cause many losses such as reduced quantities of products, increased costs and other losses. A machine maintenance Program is required to ensure machine optimization. Using a reliability-centered (RCM) maintenance approach, this study investigated the maintenance of the e3060 wrapper and found critical components. The results showed that the Sade Lipat component has the highest damage frequency of 15 times and has the highest RPN value of 128 which indicates that this component is the component that experiences the most downtime. This RCM methodology helps identify maintenance actions and recommendations for implementing better Predictive Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, and Inventory Management so that equipment remains optimal according to its function Keywords: Pharmaceutical Industry, Reability Centered Maintenance (RCM), Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)

Abstract

This research explores the application of the TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework) framework in designing the enterprise architecture of a Sonic Advertising Company. The study aims to enhance the organizational structure, streamline processes, and optimize technology infrastructure to support the company's business goals and objectives. Through a comprehensive analysis of the current state of the organization, this research proposes a tailored TOGAF-based enterprise architecture design that aligns with Sonic Advertising Company's strategic vision. The findings of this study contribute to the growing body of knowledge in enterprise architecture and provide practical insights for organizations seeking to implement TOGAF in the context of the dynamic advertising industry.

Abstract

Kegiatan Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) Tematik merupakan salah satu program di POLITEKNIK LP3I yang bertujuan untuk membangun kepekaan mahasiswa sebagai generasi penerus untuk mampu bersosialisasi dengan masyarakat, peka terhadap masalah yang terjadi dalam masyarakat dan mampu memberikan solusi atas permasalahan sesuai bidang keilmuan yang ditekuni dan keahlian yang dimiliki. KKN tahun 2020 merupakan KKN yang dilakukan di tengah terjadinya pandemi sehingga untuk membantu kelancaran kegiatan KKN tersebut diperlukan pengelolaan proses berbasis online. Tahapan metode penngabdian meliputi 6 tahapan utama, dimana proses utamanya adalah pelaksanaan fasilitas kkn berbasis online ini menuntut adanya sistem informasi yang berguna dalam menangani seluruh proses perencanaan dan pelaksanaan dan evaluasi proses KKN mulai dari pendaftaran KKN, pembagian kelompok KKN, laporan KKN, fitur deteksi lokasi UMKM serta lokasi KKN tiap mahasiswa, tempat pelaksanaan KKN, mengetahui dosen pembimbing lapangan (DPL) dan sebagai sarana mempublikasikan informasi yang berhubungan dengan kegiatan KKN. Hasil dari rancang bangun ini adalah sebuah sistem informasi yang digunakan untuk pengelolaan kegiatan KKN. Sistem ini dirancang menggunakan pemodelan UML (Unified Modeling Language), sedangkan bahasa pemrograman yang digunakan adalah PHP dan database MySQL serta dibangun menggunakan framework Codeigniter. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini adalah mampu mencetak generasi yang siap berkolaborasi dan membantu masyarakat dalam meningkatkan Indek Pembangunan Manusia (IPM).

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has greatly affected the MSME economy, such as the decline in market demand due to policies related to activities outside the home. The choice of the main content raised in the research requires external parties as partners to support the realization of the solution, so ASPARI was chosen. The Riau Food Industry Association or better known as ASPARI is a gathering of actors in the local sector which was founded in 1996. It was initiated by actors in the food sector in Riau Province. The research method used is descriptive with a descriptive approach to sustainability. The data collection method used is in the form of reports and documentation. The object used in this study is an association which is a forum for food MSMEs in Riau Province, namely as ASPARI. The research subjects are several MSMEs in Pekanbaru City which are members of ASPARI. Researchers took data sources using purposive sampling technique. Various assistance efforts to MSMEs that have an impact on Covid-19 as well as collaborating with the ASPARI (Riau Food Association) by implementing various strategies, including the following: Digital Product Marketing, Create Attractive Packaging and Logo Designs, Business Financial Management.
