Abstract

This study aims to determine the Strength, Weaknesses, Opportunity and Treath (SWOT) analysis as a strategy to increase competitiveness at Souvenir Shop. In this study, the author uses a mix method, which is a method that combines quantitative and qualitative methods to be used together in one research activity. The results of the study indicate that the Internal Strategic Factors Analysis Summary (IFAS) matrix has good Strength and the External Strategic Factors Anallysis Summary (EFAS) has good Opportunity. The results of the IFAS and EFAS matrices show that the Souvenir Shop is in Quadrant I (Aggressive) which indicates that the Souvenir Shop has an opportunity where the Souvenir Shop is in a strong condition so that it is able to increase growth and acchieve maximum progress. The Souvenir Shop has good strengths that can be utilized as opportunities to increase product sales volume.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This Reasearch aims to determine the analysis of raw material supply control, the most economical amount of raw material purchases and the right time to reorder and to find out the relationship between costs, sales units and profits using the EOQ (Economic Order Quantity) method. This research is a type of descriptive research with a quantitative approach. This study used primary and secondary data types. The subject in the study was a CV. Wety Papua and the object of this study is the analysis of EOQ (Economic Order Quantity) in controlling raw materials on CV. Wety Papua. Data collection techniques carried out with Literature Studies, observations, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis using field analysis of EOQ models. The results of this study show that the control of raw materials on CV. Wety Papua is less efficient because there is a remaining supply of cement raw materials of 56 sack and 47.7 m3, so there is an excess of raw materials, while using the EOQ method will be more economical and there are no remaining raw materials.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the Quality Control of Mobile Rice Milling Rice Products in Prafi SP2 is under control or not yet controlled and to find the causes of defective product damage in the company with the Six Sigma method. The type of research used is two mixed techniques or mix methods. The subject in this study was the Grandong Saroja rice mill in Desay village, Prafi sub-district, Manokwari district. The object used is the amount of Grandong Saroja's rice production and the number of defects for the period in March 2021-March 2022. The primary data used are observations, interviews. Secondary data obtained from data on the number of production and the number of defective products The results showed that controlling the quality of rice products using the Six Sigma method in the DMAIC concept, it is known that the amount of production in March 2021-March 2022 is 167000Kg with the number of defective products in production of 667Kg, indicating that Grandong Saroja is still at the control limit at the five six sigma level, namely 4, 15 defects out of a million opportunities from the six sigma level, i.e. 3,4 defects are equal to probability.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of job satisfaction and job stress on nurse performance in the inpatient ward of the Regional General Hospital. The research used a quantitative approach with an associative method using saturated sampling of 62 inpatient ward nurses. Data collection techniques used questionnaires that had been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis used multiple linear regression with t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination. The results show that partially, job satisfaction has no significant effect on nurse performance (t-count = 0.855 < t-table = 2.001; sig. 0.396 > 0.025), while job stress has a negative and significant effect on nurse performance (t-count = 9.648 > t-table = 2.001; sig. 0.000 < 0.025). Simultaneously, job satisfaction and job stress have a significant effect on nurse performance (F- count = 46.717 > F-table = 4.00; sig. 0.000 < 0.05) with an R² value of 0.613 or 61.3%. These results indicate that good job stress management is a crucial factor in improving nurse performance in the inpatient ward of RSUD.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of product quality control at Sumber Gizi Factory and to identify the factors contributing to product defects using the Statistical Quality Control (SQC) method. The research utilizes production data and defect records from July 2024 to June 2025, with a total output of 365,000 tofu units. Several SQC tools were employed, including check sheets, histograms, Pareto diagrams, p-control charts, fishbone diagrams, and flowcharts. The findings indicate that 4,980 defective units were produced, accounting for 1–2% of the total output. The most frequent defect was uneven size (2,340 units), followed by hard texture and soft texture defects. The p-control chart analysis reveals that the production process is not fully in control, as several data points fall outside the upper and lower control limits. The dominant causes of defects include human factors (worker accuracy), inconsistent production methods, improper measurement of water and coagulant solution, and suboptimal machine pressure. The study recommends improving worker training, standardizing production procedures, and strengthening machine maintenance to enhance process stability and reduce defect rates.
