ABSTRACT The development of tourism business can have a positive impact in the effort to contribute to the country's foreign exchange earnings, increasing business opportunities and new jobs, increasing government and community revenue. The purpose this study is to determine whether the influence of the implementation of service marketing mix (product, price, place, promotion, people, process and physical evidence) affect the decision of tourists visiting the tourist object of Pasumpahan island. In this study this population refers to tourists who have visited the tourist object Pasumpahan Island, samples taken as many as 100 respondents using convenience sampling techniques. Data analysis techniques used are observations, questionnaires and documentation. Method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis , the results obtained show that the product, price, place, process has no significant effect on the purchase decision, while promotion, people and physical evidence significantly influence the purchase decision. Keywords : Product, Price, Promotion, Place, People and Physical Evidence influence the purchase decision.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of tourist attraction, facilities and accessibility on the decision to visit the Air Manis Beach Tourism Object in Padang City. Sampling was done by simple random sampling method, the sample in this study were 99 visitors of the city of Padang sweet water beach. The type of data in this study is cross sectional. The data collection technique in this study is the technique of collecting questionnaire methods. The application used to process data in the study was SPSS version 25. The results showed that tourist attraction had a positive influence on visiting decisions, facilities had a positive effect on visiting decisions and accessibility had a positive effect on visiting decisions at Air Manis Beach Tourism Object in Padang. This is evidenced by the results of the t test with a significance level of less than 0,05. For further research, add the number of variables and the amount of data so that the data ismore accurate.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan bukti empiris pengaruh strategi terhadap gaya kepemimpinan dengan kinerja organisasi pada PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) Regional 2 Teluk Bayur. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja di PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) Regional 2 Teluk Bayur sebanyak 72 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel secara purposive. Purposive sampling adalah salah satu teknik non-probability sampling dimana peneliti menentukan pengambilan sampel dengan cara menentukan ciri-ciri khusus sesuai dengan tujuan penelitian oleh peneliti sendiri. Sampel yang akan digunakan adalah 55 karyawan PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) Regional 2 Teluk Bayur. Analisis regresi linier berganda digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Gaya Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Organisasi pada PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) Regional 2 Teluk Bayur, Strategi secara parsial berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Organisasi pada PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) Regional 2 Teluk Bayur dan Strategi memoderasi hubungan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja organisasi

This research is a type of quantitative research in which researchers look at the performance measures of several shipping companies in the city of Padang based on job characteristics, market competition, and company strategic goals. The research data used in the form of distributing questionnaires to expedition employees in the city of Padang. All data were processed using multiple regression analysis by looking at the validity, reliability, classical assumptions, descriptive analysis and hypothesis testing with T test and R2 test. The variables in this study are job characteristics, with the results having no effect on performance measures for expedition employees in the city of Padang (H1) due to differences in the characteristics of research work, culture, conditions and work situations where the research was conducted with previous studies, while market competition (H2) and the company's strategic objectives (H3) have a positive effect on the size of the company's performance.

The financial report is a file recording money, where the report contains all kinds of transactions involving money, both purchase and sale and credit transactions. This report is made in a certain period, for example every month or every year. It depends on each company's policy. Financial reports are made to determine the company's financial condition. Therefore, the financial manager must make it precise and accurate, and be responsible for presenting the reports that have been made in detail to the superiors. Based on this, we from the Lecturer team do service in the Kuranji Padang area for the business of cultivating stingless bee honey / Galo-galo which is also managed by CV Shahabat Madu. this activity was carried out for approximately 3 hours, by conducting a question-and-answer session between the lecturer team and the honey bee managers regarding how to carry out the recording of financial transactions and financial reports

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Current Ratio dan Debt to Equity Ratio Terhadap Return On Equity Pada Perusahaan Farmasi. Dengan teknik pengambilan puposive sampling. Populasi yang dijadikan sampel adalah 8 perusahaan farmasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Effek Indonesia pada tahun 2017-2021. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode regresi data panel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial (uji T) Current Ratio berpengaruh terhadap Return On Equity. Dan Debt to Equity Ratio berpengaruh terhadap Return On Equity. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara Simultan (uji F) atau secara bersama-sama Current Ratio dan Debt to Equity Ratio berpengaruh terhadap Return On Equity Pada Perusahaan Farmasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Effek Indonesia pada Tahun 2017-2021.

This study aims to explain the effect of clarity on budget targets and accounting controls on performance accountability in government agencies is the goal of this study. Determination of the sample using the total sampling method. The population in this study were structural officials and staff at the Research and Development Agency for West Sumatra Province and the sample used in this study was 31 respondents. The results of empirical studies show that there is an effect of clarity of budget targets on performance accountability of government agencies, there is no effect of accounting control on accountability of government agency performance, there is an influence of clarity of budget goals and joint accounting control on performance accountability of government agencies.

This study aims to explain the influece of informatiomof characteristics and accounting information systems on managerial performance in goverment agencies is the aim of the research. Determination of the sample using the total population sampling method in this study were structural officials and staff at the west sumatera research and development agency and the sample used in this study was as many as 31 respondents. Based on research result that there is an influence of information on characteristics on managerial performance the work of managers of geverments agencies and there is influence of accouting informatios systems on the managerial performance of agencies.

One of the handicraft industries in West Sumatra that is currently being activated is the development of the batik industry. One of the developing batik industries is the Tanah Liek batik industry. With the development of the batik industry, the right strategy is needed so that the batik produced has an added value (value) chain in the eyes of consumers. This service activity provides appropriate counseling so that batik craftsmen, especially Tanah Liek batik in the city of Solok, can provide a value chain that has an impact on the profits of batik craftsmen later. Not only the design of the batik pattern that will be highlighted but also the price and quality of the durable product which will be a competitive advantage against other types of batik. Risk disclosure is a type of risk that companies use in presenting risk information that comes in operating business activities in the financial statements for one period. The company must present risk information and disclose it clearly and accurately.This study aims to test the independent board of commissioners, company size and profitability on corporate risk disclosures in the food and beverage sector on the IDX. This study uses a sample in the food and beverage sector on the IDX in 2019-2021. Based on positive sampling, the number of food and beverage companies used in this study were 12 companies. Hypothesis testing uses panel data regression using the E Views 8.0 program. The results of this study indicate that the independent board of commissioners has a significant negative effect on risk disclosure, firm size has no effect on risk disclosure and profitability has no effect on risk disclosure.
